"This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Hangzhou. I didn't even realize it had a bathtub when I booked it; the hotel butler actually pointed it out to me. The room is very clean, and the decor is nice and quite unique. The hairdryer gets full marks, and the shower pressure is excellent. There are buses right outside, which makes getting to some places very convenient. The service is warm and professional. I'll definitely book here again next time I visit."

"Came to Hangzhou with my family of three during the summer holidays. We really love the tranquil surroundings near Yuquan Mountain. It's so close to West Lake, and it's very convenient to walk to Leifeng Pagoda and Jingci Temple. The hotel's facilities are also excellent; the rooms are fully equipped, the environment is good, and the service is great. What more can I say? I've stayed here many times. This time, our room was on the first floor and a bit humid. They thoughtfully placed a dehumidifier in the room beforehand, which definitely deserves a good review!"

"Everything was really impressive - the staff was extremely polite and friendly (helped carry my luggage to the 2nd floor and allowed me to use the staff toilet when I was urgent bc someone else was using the communal washroom). Fully-equipped with smart devices in the room. My favorite was the fact that it had a Dyson hair dryer lol. In addition, really comfortable futon beds (slept well - but also bc we were tired from the flights and train). Overall, clean and neat. Location wise, a lil far from everywhere. We walked 40 minutes or longer to the west lake at night, but went back via Didi in less than 10 minutes I believe. But the weather was cooling at 24°c, so it was still pretty enjoyable. Our first time in China and first accommodation - def made a really positive impression on the guest house."

There were many pleasant surprises, but also areas that could use improvement, so I'll provide an objective review. **Service and Facilities: High-end Standard, Thoughtful and Attentive** The hotel's service was truly first-class, with butler-style care that was meticulous and thorough. Upon arrival, staff proactively helped with our luggage, carrying it all the way to the front desk and then to our room, without us having to lift a finger. The lobby's audio system was exceptional, with sound quality and staging that I'd rate as top-tier among all the high-end hotels I've stayed in. The guest rooms were spacious and grand, with high-quality decor and furnishings. The blend of Song-dynasty garden style with modern smart amenities created a highly comfortable living environment. Although the breakfast selection was simple, the quality far exceeded expectations. The freshly ground coffee was rich and aromatic, and the freshly made noodles were delicious. The ingredients were fresh, and the food was prepared with care. On the day we checked out, we had trouble getting a taxi, and a staff member kindly used their personal phone to call one for us. We only needed to reimburse the fare later. This level of thoughtful service truly went above and beyond, solving our immediate travel needs. **Dining Shortcoming: Extremely Low Value for Dinner, Disappointing Experience** The hotel's dinner experience was quite poor. Whether it's self-operated or outsourced, the value for money was severely lacking. Priced at 200 yuan per person, or 400 yuan for a couple's set meal, the quality of the dishes simply didn't match. The cooking was crude, the flavors bland like plain boiled water, and neither the presentation nor the taste met high-end hotel standards. This was completely inconsistent with the 3000 yuan per night room rate and was truly the biggest disappointment of our stay. **Scenery and Photography: Stunning Cherry Blossoms, but Commercial Shoots Seriously Affect the Experience** The hotel's garden scenery during cherry blossom season was absolutely breathtaking. The ancient architecture combined with the pink blossoms was a major highlight of our stay. However, as a high-paying guest, the photography experience was unsatisfactory. Popular photo spots in the garden were almost constantly occupied by commercial photography teams. A single shoot often took up more than ten minutes, forcing regular guests to wait for extended periods, and then only getting a second or two before having to move aside. Paying 3000 yuan per night, our main purpose was to enjoy the cherry blossoms and take photos, but we were constantly obstructed by these commercial shoots. This inevitably caused displeasure. While commercial shoots are understandable, the hotel should better manage their time and designated areas to balance the experience for both commercial photographers and regular guests/tourists, preventing a small group from monopolizing public scenic resources for extended periods. **Conclusion** The hotel's facilities, service, and scenery are all of a high-end standard, making it an excellent choice for enjoying cherry blossoms and a secluded getaway in Hangzhou. If the hotel can improve the quality of its dinner offerings and better regulate commercial photography, the experience would be even more perfect. I look forward to revisiting after these improvements to enjoy an even more refined Song-dynasty hidden experience."

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this bnb! The location is perfect, just a short distance from the Hangzhou Botanical Garden, making it a peaceful and scenic spot. The room was impeccably clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. As someone who is very sensitive to noise, I slept like a log every single night! The host, the owner lady, was incredibly warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. When I caught a cold during my trip, she not only went out to buy medicine for me but also gave me extra supplies to help me recover. Her kindness and thoughtfulness were truly heartwarming. She upgraded my room without me asking! Despite the language barrier (I don’t speak Mandarin), she made every effort to communicate and ensure I had everything I needed. Her hospitality made my stay in Hangzhou truly delightful and memorable. The convenience of having a bus right outside the complex was also a huge plus, making it easy to explore the city. "This was my favorite stay during the whole trip. The hygiene conditions were excellent! The driver told me this area has the most osmanthus flowers in Hangzhou, and many people come here this season to enjoy them. I even caught a non-heritage market that only appears this time of year. From the shop, you can even see the nearby hot spring house. Plus, it's super convenient to take a taxi to West Lake or Lingyin Temple. You can book this place with your eyes closed!"
