We had a wonderful time staying here. We’ve stayed in many places before, but we’ve never experienced staff as helpful as they are here! We got quick help with everything, and whatever we asked, we got an answer right away. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the view from our room window was beautiful! The room was clean, we have absolutely nothing to complain about!

We had a wonderful stay at Rose Garden Resort. The room was spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful complimentary snacks and drinks prepared for us. It was also a lovely surprise to find a fresh rose in the room — such a beautiful detail. The breakfast was very enjoyable, especially the delicious cappuccino. The swimming pool was absolutely amazing, and the gym with its beautiful view of the pool made the whole experience even more relaxing. The resort truly makes you feel like you are on holiday in Thailand, even though you are in Hangzhou. The atmosphere, design, and facilities are outstanding. A special thank you to Xiaofan for her warm hospitality and attentive service. She made our stay even more pleasant and memorable. Rose Garden is truly one of the best resorts in Hangzhou. We highly recommend it and will definitely come back again!

During the National Day holiday, I brought my whole family to Qiandao Lake for a vacation. I deliberated for a long time when choosing a hotel and finally booked the InterContinental One Thousand Island Lake Resort. My only thought afterward was: it truly lives up to its reputation as the best hotel in Qiandao Lake. First, let's talk about the scenery. The entire hotel feels like it grew out of Qiandao Lake, exclusively occupying the Xianshan Peninsula. The lake view isn't just a peek from a certain room; everywhere you go, it's like a painting. In the morning, standing on the room's balcony, before the mist dissipated, the distant islands layered one after another. When the sun rose, the entire lake surface turned golden-green, like gold powder sprinkled on a traditional ink wash painting. In the evening, sitting by the lighthouse, the lake's surface slowly transformed from orange-red to deep blue. My family and I didn't need to say a word, just watched the changing light. We could watch birds and clouds from the balcony for half an hour. On the way back, my child kept saying, ”Dad, let's come here again next time.” This kind of scenery isn't for 'checking in'; it makes you slow down. Next, the breakfast. In the past, when staying at resort hotels, breakfast was usually just 'edible.' This time, I was truly impressed. The variety is one thing, but the key is that every item is of high quality. The freshly fried sunny-side-up eggs were cooked perfectly, with tender whites and runny yolks. Local ingredients like the Qiandao Lake dried preserved vegetable扣烧饼 (kou shao bing) were prepared even more meticulously than in outside restaurants. My son was particularly fond of the Western bread and salad station, dragging us there for refills every day. What's even more commendable is how quickly dishes were replenished. Even with so many guests during the holiday, popular dishes were refilled promptly, and the staff were diligent in clearing plates, so our table never piled up with dirty dishes. The concierge service was the most pleasant surprise. Upon arrival, the concierge took our luggage, and after the front desk assigned our room, they promptly delivered it, which was very reassuring. One detail particularly touched me: we took a bus out once, and the young lady at the entrance actually gave water to the taxi driver and instructed him to take good care of us and get us to our destination. If the hotel treats taxi drivers like this, I imagine they would be even more attentive to guests 😊 There were so many activities at the hotel that we couldn't get enough. On the afternoon of our first day, we participated in the Xianshan hike. The route was well-designed, with moderate intensity, offering lake views and forests along the way, so even children could manage it. We also learned about the origin of Xianshan, which has a love story: 'Only envy mandarin ducks, not immortals' – that's where the name Xianshan comes from. On the second morning, my son participated in the hotel's parent-child nature craft activity and didn't want to leave. In the afternoon, I took my wife to a nap activity, and she came back and told me, 'It's been a long time since I've had such peace and quiet.' In the evening, we swam in the pool for a while, and then watched a movie. We were initially worried that two days would be boring, but our schedule was packed, and we still felt like we wanted more. Whether it's activities for seniors, children, or individual interests for couples, everyone can find something to enjoy. This is what a resort hotel should be like. Finally, the conclusion: I've stayed at many hotels in Qiandao Lake, but the InterContinental One Thousand Island Lake Resort is truly unique. The price isn't cheap, but every penny you spend shows its value, unlike some hotels where you pay a high price only to find they only win on 'reputation.' For family trips, traveling with elderly parents or children, or just wanting to find a place to unwind for a few days, choosing this place won't disappoint. P.S. The hotel's bougainvillea are very beautiful.

Its location is exceptionally good, offering convenient access to surrounding malls, restaurants, and transportation, making all daily necessities easily accessible. The staff are warm and attentive, and the check-in process was efficient and thoughtful, with prompt responses to requests. The guest rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, providing a truly pleasant stay. It offers incredible value for money, making it my top choice for travel accommodations. I'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Hangzhou Qiandao Lake Resort. The hotel is in a beautiful location with stunning views of the lake, and the whole resort has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated how comfortable and welcoming the hotel was for families. It was a great place to relax, enjoy the scenery, and spend quality time together. The breakfast had a great selection, and everything throughout the hotel was well maintained. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. This hotel has a chic, boutique vibe, with a generally dim aesthetic. The location is quite good, directly across from a park. However, the room was very small with an impractical layout. There were an excessive number of mirrors, likely an attempt to make the space feel larger. While the staff had a service-oriented mindset, their execution didn't quite meet expectations. The dining offered a fusion style, serving breakfast, lunch, and functioning as a bar in the evening. Overall, the value for money isn't great, and I wouldn't highly recommend it.

I've been here several times and have always been very satisfied. The staff are all very enthusiastic and can always resolve any issues. The common areas are exceptionally clean, and the facilities are very new. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, making it truly the best hostel I've ever stayed in. I've tried many of their room types, and they've all been a pleasant surprise.

The environment is beautiful, and the facilities are all new. The room is equipped with a footstool, baby slippers, and toiletries, showing great attention to detail. It also has a small courtyard, perfect for sitting, having tea, and enjoying the breeze. My baby even observed a small snail in the courtyard after waking up. The hotel lobby courtyard has a small outdoor playground, and there's also a sports room inside for playing ball, as well as an indoor playground. It's great for kids to burn off energy, giving parents a bit of a break. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options and tastes really good. I highly recommend the garlic king oyster mushrooms and the Lyonnaise potatoes – they're quite flavorful! Our housekeepers, Cling and Sherly, provided very attentive service throughout our stay. All hotel information can be found in the mini-program, which is very detailed. Traveling with a young baby isn't suitable for rushing through sights; it's perfect for leisurely enjoyment like this. When you're tired, you can just return to your room to relax. Highly recommended!

The room features a multi-functional Jacuzzi, which was incredibly comfortable. The balcony is very spacious, offering a panoramic view of the fountains ⛲️ and the entire lawn, giving it the feel of a large flat villa. Plus, it's pet-friendly, though a cleaning fee applies! The breakfast setting was elegant and pleasant, surrounded by tea hills, and the breakfast itself was rich and nutritious! The exquisite afternoon tea Set B was very delicious.

The overall experience exceeded my expectations! The hotel was very clean, the room was neat and tidy, and the details were handled beautifully, making for a very comfortable stay. The accompanying special activities were a delightful surprise, rich in content, interesting, and very engaging. The most memorable was the sound healing experience; the soothing sounds slowly unfolded, and I unknowingly relaxed and drifted off to sleep, letting go of all my fatigue. It was a healing and relaxing short getaway, perfect for those looking to unwind and destress. Definitely worth another visit!
