Service: The hotel staff were excellent and attentive. The catering also had its unique touches, especially the scallion oil waffles at breakfast which were incredibly fragrant and always had a queue. For the dinner buffet, the Black Forest cake and tiramisu desserts were very good and highly recommended. However, the variety of seafood was a bit limited; it would be great if they could add more options. Ambiance: The outdoor infinity pool is a standout feature. The hotel's photo shoot service is quite interesting; the outdoor environment is perfect for great photos, so I recommend bringing some resort-style clothes for some beautiful shots. Facilities: The shower threshold in the room was a bit low, causing water to spill outside the door after showering. I suggest raising the threshold or improving the sealing of the waterproof strip under the shower door for a better stay experience. Our butler Anna provided thorough service. We'll definitely choose Hilton again for our next family trip! 👍🏻

Excellent value for money! I chose a single room, and the space and functionality were perfectly adequate. The restrooms are separate for men and women and are very clean! The common areas are spacious, and there's even a snooker table. Plus, there's an outdoor balcony area – it's great to sit outside with a few friends and chat when the weather is nice. The location is also fantastic; you can walk to the subway and West Lake, and in the evening, you can feast at the Wulin Night Market! If I come alone again, I'll definitely choose this place.

After 10 years, I drove back to Qiandao Lake again. From the moment I drove into the hotel, I noticed the fantastic greenery, and the high negative oxygen ion content. Once I arrived, I found the entire peninsula was like a botanical garden. The underground parking was very convenient, with Tesla slow chargers and State Grid charging stations. The hotel grounds are huge, and they upgraded my room type. After checking in and getting back to my room, I caught a beautiful sunset. The room was over 50 square meters with a balcony, and the wooden decor made it feel very comfortable. The two-story outdoor infinity pool faces the lake, with views comparable to a beachfront hotel. The public areas like the gym, walking trails, and tennis courts are also great. There are tons of kids' activities; my 8-year-old daughter made new friends at the kids' club and played for ages. We even bumped into them at breakfast the next day and chatted for a while. Oh, and the breakfast was excellent too!

Being able to wash and dry without hunting for a laundromat made all the difference. But the real standout was Connie at the front desk. From check-in to random questions about nearby supermarkets (for that fridge, obviously!) and laundry tips, she went above and beyond. Warm, efficient, and genuinely helpful – she even helped me figure out the washing machine settings when I got confused. It's rare to find that kind of personal attention. Location is solid too – close enough to West Lake without being swallowed by crowds. The room was clean, quiet, and had a small kitchen setup that made extended stays feel like Highly recommend for families, remote workers, or anyone tired of hotel laundry fees!

The room was fantastic, exceeding my expectations by a lot. I was a bit worried when I booked it, fearing it might not be good, but as soon as I opened the door, I knew it was worth it. The room is quite spacious, and the 1.35m bed was very comfortable. The hotel's location is great, quite close to Jinsha Tianjie, where the Yinji Rice Noodle Rolls are both delicious and affordable. The hotel's afternoon tea sunflower seeds were tasty, and there's a terrace on the sixth floor where you can enjoy the night view. Truly a sincere, elegant, and comfortable stay!

The balcony is very spacious, offering a panoramic view of the fountains ⛲️ and the entire lawn, giving it the feel of a large flat villa. Plus, it's pet-friendly, though a cleaning fee applies! The breakfast setting was elegant and pleasant, surrounded by tea hills, and the breakfast itself was rich and nutritious! The exquisite afternoon tea Set B was very delicious.

There are so many fun activities inside the hotel that you won't get bored even if you stay all day. I came here for a vacation with my parents and children. Before arriving, I saw some negative reviews and was a bit nervous, but after getting here, I realized it was absolutely worth the price. Facilities: All the necessary amenities and services are available. There are many things for children to play with, such as rock climbing, archery, basketball, and swimming. We barely had time to try them all. They also host various activities, and I saw the kids participating happily. Environment: The Club Med environment is truly impeccable. As it's a newly opened hotel, everything is very new. Air purifiers are provided, and the toiletries are the same reliable brand as always. Service: There's really nothing to fault about the service. From the beginning, when I accidentally booked the wrong room and contacted the hotel through Ctrip, they responded promptly. On the way to the hotel, staff members greeted us with smiles. Before check-in, the hotel's concierge added me on WeChat. A special mention goes to Cling; we could basically communicate any issues via WeChat at any time. We happened to arrive during a typhoon passing through Hangzhou. Before our stay, they politely inquired about our check-in plans and informed us that we could cancel without penalty. Check-in itself was quick and smooth. Cling arranged the entire itinerary very well and even informed us about party start times. It's worth mentioning that breakfast was indeed excellent, and we also had the buffet dinner, which was priced as expected. Breakfast had everything you could want, and dinner also offered a good variety. The surrounding area is also very convenient; you can go tea picking, there's a town within walking distance, and it's easy to order takeout for milk tea, coffee, or go out to eat.

Upon check-in, Cardine, the Assistant Front Office Manager, enthusiastically helped us choose a room with a better view and patiently explained the operating hours of the hotel's facilities.
