The room was very clean, and the staff were incredibly patient. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. (⌒▽⌒)

It was pretty good, you know? I booked for one night and then extended for another day, and I still think it's a decent place. Facilities: Very new. Cleanliness: Very clean. Ambiance: Quite nice, a bit on the 'light luxury' side. Service: The attitude was quite good.

The hotel having its own parking and laundry room is very convenient. The environment is beautiful, and it's close to West Lake, making travel easy. The new restaurant on the first floor tastes great. The rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable, and housekeeping does a fantastic job. The front desk service was excellent; they even offer free luggage storage. Sister Xiaoqi was so enthusiastic and proactively helped us arrange a taxi – she's really great! My family said they'd definitely come back again.

Stayed at the Renhe Hotel for 3 days. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The breakfast was delicious, and housekeeping was diligent. Front desk staff Xiao Qi was very welcoming. Next time I'm in Hangzhou, I'll definitely choose the Renhe Hotel again.

Environment: Just a minute from West Lake, with convenient surrounding amenities and shopping malls nearby. Leifeng Pagoda was beautiful. Service: The front desk staff, especially Mr. Xie, were all very friendly and helpful. He was pleasant to communicate with and provided excellent recommendations.

Every corner was spotless, and the environment was also very good, right by the laundry room. Xiao Xue at the front desk provided excellent service. She even helped us with our luggage when we left. We'll definitely come back next time. There's a newly opened restaurant next door that's delicious! 😋
