The location of the hotel was great and the customer service was excellent hands down! All of the staff were accommodating, they will recommend you restaurants, places and even book you a taxi. If I return back to Busan, South Korea, I will definitely stay here again in this hotel. I really hope that I stayed in Busan a little bit longer. Thank you! :)

Amazing hotel that is close to the metro (＜5min after tapping out of metro). Staffs at the reception are friendly and helps first time travelers to navigate about the area with maps and their recommendations!

The hotel was very close to the subway station, located right by Jalgalchi Market. For friends who enjoy seafood, staying here is highly recommended. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. My favorite part was the large bathtub – returning to the room after a whole day out in winter and soaking in the bath was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The hotel owner and front desk were also very welcoming, not only providing detailed map and also recommend for good places to eat and visit.

The staff proactively introduced the nearby various food choices, money exchange location, landmark etc. Also provided their website/IG with related info in English lang, although finally we explore on our own.
The bath tub facilities is very large and good.
I am satisfied given with the costs that i paid.

What is great about this hotel is the hospitality that the staff offered.
Upon check-in, they will provide u a self-made map where the staff will explain to you on where are the tourist places and more importantly, good restaurants that the staff recommended (they even catergorise into different cuisines). Personally went for the Sashimi place (inside seafood market) and the grilled beef restaurant (full of locals where im the only foreigner). The grilled beef was the best one I ever had! Definitely worth a try!!!
