Spa Hotels in Busan

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were all really professional and super friendly. The room was very clean, spacious and the view is amazing. Location is great, Taxis were easy to get on Uber. The only negative of our stay was the visit to the sauna, which was an additional charge of 55000won, which is perfectly understandable. However, the sauna was really really old and dirty, to the point of slimy. I was in there for about 20 minutes and left. It was a disappointment. Everything else was great.

The hotel reception has Chinese-speaking staff, which was very helpful. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the commercial street and the Capsule Hotel station. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and the swimming pool and kids' activity room facilities and services were all great.

I specifically chose this hotel for the BTS concert because of its excellent location. From my room, I could even see the capsule train, and the ocean view from the sea-facing room was truly unique. The front desk and concierge staff were very welcoming and even helped us arrange a taxi. They also offer 24-hour room service, which was a lifesaver when I got back to the hotel late at night after the concert, tired and hungry – and the food was delicious! While the executive lounge didn't have a huge selection of food, it was perfect for a quick rest. If only the breakfast had more variety, it would have been absolutely perfect. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Busan.

I stayed here for two nights and unfortunately couldn’t sleep properly on either night. The air conditioning is extremely weak and there is almost no airflow in the room. As you can see from the temperature display, the room was around 26.6°C, which made it very hot and uncomfortable for sleeping. There were also a lot of mosquitoes in the room. I was bitten throughout the night and woke up with my whole body feeling extremely itchy. For a hostel, I don’t expect luxury, but basic sleeping conditions should at least be comfortable. Unfortunately, the combination of poor air conditioning, no airflow, heat, and mosquitoes made both nights very unpleasant.

This was my second stay here. The night shift staff member spoke fluent Japanese, so there were absolutely no issues. Although it's designed like a love hotel, they provide amenities, and even for two people, you get plenty of bottled water. There's also a coffee machine and a microwave. Looking at a map, it's right behind Lotte Department Store, with many restaurants nearby. The subway station can be a bit confusing, but once you get used to it, it's very convenient.

I booked it because of the reasonable price and the interior design, and it was exactly as I saw in the photos. My only regret was that the comforter wasn't in good condition. I mentioned this to the front desk the next day, and they were even more attentive and cleaned it thoroughly. The location was also great, near Yongdusan Park and Gukje Market. I'd love to stay here again next time I'm in Busan.

The room was OK, but the service was poor, especially the breakfast. Except for eggs and fruit on the first day, there was no more. I could only eat instant noodles, and the breakfast cost 150 per person.

It's a love hotel, with all that entails—the interiors and all the service are designed for a short-term stay with a woman. The hotel is located in an area separated from Biff Square by a mountain, through which only cars can pass through a tunnel, and the city center is accessible by metro. You can't reach the city center on foot.

Bath Towels are too small. It was a hand towel size used as bath towel. Hand wash was diluted so it don't feel. Like you have washed your hands. Location is super near Busan Station and many busses available to go places of interest. Bring you own towel. Service desk dependant on the staff manning, one of them is not helpful and always pull long face and not approachable. We avoided him totally

I chose this hotel because of its location and price, assuming I would be taking a taxi to the airport. Although it's far from the main tourist attractions, the shopping mall was convenient for dining and souvenir shopping. The room was clean and comfortable, which I think would be acceptable for most Japanese people. Check-in was also smooth.
