"This hotel is clean, comfortable, and fairly spacious, making it suitable for a short stay. The location is very convenient and it just a short walk from Busan Station with plenty of food and shops nearby. The staff at reception were not that friendly, but it did not really affect the overall experience. A nice feature is the heated floors at night, which made the room cozy."

"This stay was for an important business trip, and I was very satisfied with the convenience and efficiency I received, which are essential for a business trip. First of all, the spacious accommodations were comfortable enough for long hours of work on my laptop. What really stood out was the large television in the room. Beyond its size, it was clear and comfortable enough to watch for long periods without straining my eyes, a huge help in ending a tiring day of meetings and conferences. Furthermore, the hotel's excellent public transportation access, with subway and bus stops within walking distance, allowed me to efficiently manage my business trip without the stress of traveling in an unfamiliar city. This was a particularly important value for business travelers. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect environment for business travelers, and I can confidently rate it as a place that delivers high satisfaction across its facilities, transportation convenience, and overall service level."

"Much better than I expected! The window view was great and the room was spacious. I suspect the hotel information is incorrect; it felt much larger than 18 square meters. The twin room actually came with two double beds, making it feel more like a quad room. They provided four slippers, four towels, and four bottles of water. It was very roomy for two people, though it might be a bit tight for four. The facilities were good, but the bathroom sink didn't have any space for toiletries – a clear case of cutting corners where they could and spending where they had to. The location is excellent, right across from the Canned Food Market. It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, but acceptable. The front desk wouldn't provide extra bottled water; there was only a water dispenser available. I only stayed one night, and the cleanliness was decent."

GGuest UserThis was the perfect spot! It's close to Gwangalli Beach, with lots of entertainment options nearby, making it incredibly accessible. The ocean view floor-to-ceiling window brought so much joy to my partner and me. The complimentary Dyson hairdryer was fantastic, and the bed was so comfortable we both slept soundly. This is definitely a place I'd consider staying at again on my next visit to Busan!

YYuermeiFacilities: Well-equipped. Ambiance: Excellent. We stayed in a new building with a balcony room. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the sound of the waves, gazing at the sea, and sipping coffee was incredibly relaxing. Service: The front desk staff who handled our check-in and check-out were very warm, thoughtful, and professional. Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean and hygienic overall. However, one day, we left in the morning after tidying the bed ourselves, but when we returned in the evening, the bed was very messy. I immediately wondered if housekeeping hadn't cleaned that day. I also questioned why the bed was so messy. So, I checked the trash can, and it had been emptied. Does that mean housekeeping doesn't make the beds??? I then looked closer at the bed and noticed that a small part of the duvet inside the duvet cover was exposed. When we left, the bed was tidied, so why was it so messy when we returned, with part of the duvet exposed? Upon closer inspection, there were bloodstains, which made me feel very uneasy. What could be the reason for this? I even wondered if housekeeping, while tidying the bed, tried to change the sheets, discovered bloodstains on the duvet, and then didn't replace it promptly, or forgot to, or something else? I was very upset at the time and immediately called the front desk to explain the situation. But after waiting a while, no one came up. So I went down to the front desk to explain the situation in person. The front desk staff was very helpful and said that the housekeeper had already gone up to tidy and bring clean linens to the room for replacement, and suggested we go up and check. I went up again and found that the housekeeper had only tidied the bed and hadn't changed anything. I immediately asked the housekeeper, in front of her, ”Didn't the front desk explain the reason clearly to you? Didn't you see that the exposed duvet core was dirty with bloodstains?” I immediately pointed out the spot to her, and she then apologized and said she would immediately bring clean replacements. Sigh..... Overall, the hotel's location, ambiance, and service are all good, and the issue was resolved. Sigh......

GGuest UserBoasting a prime location on Haeundae Beach with breathtaking ocean views, this hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained. However, what truly sets it apart is the staff; they are incredibly warm, professional, and go above and beyond to assist guests. We recently had a stressful situation where we left an expensive pair of sunglasses in an Uber. We sought help from a gentleman at the front desk (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch), and he was phenomenal. Despite the difficulty of tracking down the driver, he remained dedicated and persistent, following up tirelessly until he successfully retrieved them for us. A huge thank you to him and the entire team for their exceptional hospitality and integrity. GGuest UserAbsolutely love this hotel! I'd book it again and again without hesitation. Next time, I'll definitely stay longer. Let's start with the pros: 1. **Excellent location:** It has its own private beach right outside. 2. **Comprehensive facilities:** Everything you need is here – pool, hot springs, sauna, restaurant, cafe, and even a bookstore. No need to leave the property at all. 3. **Spacious and quiet rooms:** The bedding is super comfortable, and I slept really well. 4. **Great breakfast:** Served at the blue-label restaurant, it's very diverse and delicious. Now for the cons: 1. **Lack of luggage assistance:** Staff didn't help with bags; I had to carry everything myself. 2. **Outdated toilet:** The toilet in the bathroom was old and not smart (most places in Korea have smart toilets now). Overall, it's a solid 9/10! I really want to come back and stay for a longer period next time to truly relax.

DDianananasA very good hotel. I was a bit worried since there weren't many reviews, but my expectations were more than met. 1. The reception and sauna are in one building, while the guest rooms are in separate, adjacent buildings. I got a little confused at first. 2. The staff at the front desk understood English, so there were no issues there. Everyone was polite. 3. The sauna is fantastic. It's open 24/7, except for a cleaning break during lunchtime. 4. Housekeeping is available upon request; just let the front desk know. They do a good job cleaning and replacing linens and towels. Thumbs up! 5. There are lots of shops and cafes nearby; the neighborhood is perfect. I explored other areas, but I liked this one the best. 6. I particularly loved my room. In Seoul, I had a tiny, modest room for the same price.

AAnonymous UserTook the local bus from Incheon (5h+ ride) which put me near Jungdong station. The hotel was about a 10min walk away. Great location, closest bus stop is about a 2min walk away and easy to get to the rest of Busan. 5min walk to the beach. Haeundae station itself is about a 10min walk away, and so is the Haeundae Intercity bus stop. Haeundae market is about 5min away, so accessible but away from the crowds. My room had a sofa and desk and a toilet, separate from the shower. The hotel has a sauna with four pools, two lukewarm with massage functions and one hot and one cold pool. It also has two steam rooms and they offer massage and scrub services for a fee. Guests get complimentary access but you have to request the ticket at the reception and bring soap and shampoo when you use the sauna (also available for purchase at reception). Sauna is open until 9pm (8.20pm last entry) but the room also gets hot spring water piped to it. Toiletries are available for purchase from the vending machines (or just grab them from the nearest convenience store or Daiso) The washer/dryer in the hotel was fast (~45min each cycle) and dried my clothes very well. There's a sky lounge on the 20th floor but I didn't use it. There was no breakfast offered at the time I stayed.

마마갱All rooms have ocean views. I made a reservation in a hurry because I was taking a break during the holiday, but it was good value for money. The free breakfast was attractive (but I never ate it). Songjeong Station on the Beach Train is within 5 minutes on foot. The train passes right in front of the hotel, so you can see it from 9:30. When I went from the night of the 28th to 3/1, the motorcycle noise was loud outside, so I couldn't sleep (it's not the hotel's fault..). The bed was hard, but the room was clean. It was good to stay with my child. It's about a 15-minute walk to Songjeong Beach, but it was quiet, so it was nice. There are raw fish restaurants and grilled clam restaurants on the beach side, and there are many restaurants and cafes in the direction of Gudeokpo. It's far from the city center, but I highly recommend it to those who want quiet. If you're planning to go to Lotte World with your child, I highly recommend it (within 10 minutes by car).
