"Much better than I expected! The window view was great and the room was spacious. I suspect the hotel information is incorrect; it felt much larger than 18 square meters. The twin room actually came with two double beds, making it feel more like a quad room. They provided four slippers, four towels, and four bottles of water. It was very roomy for two people, though it might be a bit tight for four. The facilities were good, but the bathroom sink didn't have any space for toiletries – a clear case of cutting corners where they could and spending where they had to. The location is excellent, right across from the Canned Food Market. It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, but acceptable. The front desk wouldn't provide extra bottled water; there was only a water dispenser available. I only stayed one night, and the cleanliness was decent."

AAnonymous UserVery clean room & hotel, they provide Dyson hair dryer, location was convenient, nice big bed, had separated toilet & bathroom which was perfect, had a big spa pool(unfortunately only water allowed), had a great beach & seaview.
Downsides for improvement: Do not have hot water boiler & basic spoon/fork for breakfast.

GGuest UserI spontaneously planned a family trip to Busan, and after looking for a clean place close to the beach, I decided to stay here for one night~ As soon as I opened the door, I was surprised by the view from the window, and the facilities were incredibly satisfying! My elementary and middle school kids loved it, and I was very happy with the accommodation too! I'd love to visit again next time I'm in Busan 💗

GGuest UserOverall, it was a good stay. I had emailed beforehand to request a crib, and the hotel even provided an extra bed rail for backup, which was a nice touch. Our room was on the lowest floor, and since it wasn't a sea view room anyway, the floor level didn't make a difference. The bathroom was quite spacious and convenient. The facilities were decent, though there were a few minor issues with cleanliness details. It was very windy at the hotel lobby entrance, but the concierge service was excellent; they proactively greeted and welcomed guests from morning till night, which was great.

There are plenty of great dining options and convenient shopping nearby. The room facilities meet five-star standards, and overall, I was very satisfied.

The hotel is incredibly kid-friendly – from the dedicated play areas to the thoughtful amenities like child-sized bathrobes, step stools, and even a kids’ menu at the restaurants. The staff went out of their way to make our little ones feel welcome.
The location is unbeatable. Right across from Haeundae Beach, with the sand just steps away. Within a short walk, you’ll find endless shops, fantastic restaurants, and cafes – perfect for grabbing a bite or strolling in the evening.
Our room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for the whole family. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day.

ZZiskaThe hotel environment and rooms were actually quite good. All the hotel's restaurants, even the in-room dining, were delicious. I stayed for three consecutive days and was very satisfied with the environment. However, I'm not sure if it's because the hotel is too new, but there was construction every morning. Even after moving from the third floor to the seventh, I could still hear the noise, which was really loud. I communicated with the hotel twice, but it didn't help. Maybe Koreans wake up very early, but I didn't get a good night's sleep any day. The construction started as early as 7 AM 🫣. If you're not an early riser, I'd suggest reconsidering staying here for now.

First of all, the spacious accommodations were comfortable enough for long hours of work on my laptop. What really stood out was the large television in the room. Beyond its size, it was clear and comfortable enough to watch for long periods without straining my eyes, a huge help in ending a tiring day of meetings and conferences. Furthermore, the hotel's excellent public transportation access, with subway and bus stops within walking distance, allowed me to efficiently manage my business trip without the stress of traveling in an unfamiliar city. This was a particularly important value for business travelers. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect environment for business travelers, and I can confidently rate it as a place that delivers high satisfaction across its facilities, transportation convenience, and overall service level.

LlimykmLocation was fantastic as it is right beside the Metro and also KTX train. Our family room has a cool jacuzzi or bathtub as well which is thoroughly enjoyed by our kids.
however there is a certain lack of housekeeping commitment where little to none is done across the span of our 3 or 4 Night stay. We had to request for essentials like water and towel from recep when we came back dead tired about 9+pm and see no clean up happening.
