Anonymous UserThis is undoubtedly the top choice for luxury stays in Haeundae, Busan. Our entire experience was perfect, and traveling with kids here filled us with happiness!
The hotel building is an iconic sail-shaped glass structure. Stepping into the 30th-floor lobby, we were immediately captivated by the panoramic ocean views. The check-in staff were gentle and attentive, and their English communication was flawless. Upon learning we were traveling with children, they proactively offered kids' toiletries, a truly thoughtful detail.
We booked a sea-view room, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the ocean and Gwangan Bridge. We enjoyed breathtaking sunrises, sunsets, and the stunning bridge nightscape. The room featured Park Hyatt's signature minimalist yet luxurious style, with hardwood floors and a spacious granite bathroom. The bathtub offered direct ocean views, making a soak while gazing at the sea the perfect cure for travel fatigue. The bedding was soft and quiet, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring our child's nap was undisturbed. The walk-in closet provided ample storage space for luggage and children's toys.
The breakfast view was spectacular, offering a wide variety of Chinese, Western, and Korean dishes. The Korean seafood porridge, freshly made omelets, and local pastries were all fresh and delicious. Dining by the window with ocean views created an amazing ambiance. The heated indoor pool was clean and uncrowded, with a comfortable water temperature, perfect for kids to enjoy. The gym was well-equipped, offering a relaxing way to unwind after a day of exploring.
The location is superb, right below the marina and yacht area. It's within walking distance to The Bay 101, and a short taxi ride to Haeundae Beach and Shinsegae Department Store, making it convenient for both shopping and beach visits. There are plenty of convenience stores and cafes downstairs, so daily necessities are never an issue.
For anniversaries or birthdays, they even offer a small cake and a handwritten card, showcasing their warm and meticulous service. The only minor drawback is that the room rates are higher during peak season, but the views, facilities, and service perfectly match the price. For those seeking high-quality sea-view accommodation and family vacations, I highly recommend Park Hyatt Busan. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Busan!

MatannyThis is a building called Hytta Place. The lobby is on the 'L' floor. Check-in was easy, and I could communicate in simple English. They just needed a bank card number for registration, no deposit required. It's about 100 meters from Yeonshan Station, with convenience stores, restaurants, and a Daiso downstairs! The room was quite spacious and had a washing machine; I didn't notice any drainage issues. Just press the 'make up' button when you leave, and it's cleaned thoroughly every day! Check-out was convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

This hotel is super conveniently located, just a 100-meter walk from Haeundae Beach. The lobby is on the 3rd floor, and there's a convenience store and bakery on the ground floor. Plus, you've got a McDonald's right outside and a Starbucks across the street. Lots of dining and entertainment options nearby, which is great.
They have a rooftop pool, and on the 5th floor, there's a gym and laundry facilities. Just a heads up, the laundry is an extra charge, unlike what you might expect in China. The room was generally clean, with a similar decor style to an Atour hotel back home. We booked a room with a side sea view, and it was lovely to relax on the sofa and see the ocean.
However, the front desk service wasn't great. They accused us of having cigarette butts in our room, even though none of us smoke. They just made baseless accusations without any proof, so their service definitely needs improvement.

Anonymous UserThe room was spotless and spacious, and the location is absolutely fantastic. It's in the same building as Club D Oasis and X the Sky, with direct access to the beach right downstairs. Haeundae Blueline Park is just a 5-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient.
There are tons of great food options both within the hotel building and within walking distance. You'll find everything from abalone porridge, pork soup with rice, seafood, and sashimi to Korean BBQ, fried chicken, bakeries and coffee shops, and Western restaurants – so many different choices!
The Family Lounge offers snacks and drinks all day, and alcoholic beverages in the evening.
The pool is absolutely beautiful, and there's also a small kids' play area.
The hotel staff were all incredibly attentive and friendly. It was a much better experience than I expected!

Fake KoreanThe room is really spacious and beautiful. The view is astonishing! Could have been better if the room had some utensils. I called the front but it seemed like the hotel does not provide utensils at all :( If you're planning to stay here, make sure to bring utensils along too!

We were very happy with our stay at Matie Osiria. We arrived at around 9 am in the hotel and they let us check in early even if the check in time was still at 4pm. It was such a treat for us because we were able to go to a lot of tourist spots in Busan without any hassle. Although we cannot speak Korean, the receptionist were able to understand and speak English and we were able to understand their instructions.
The hotel has a great view of the sea and the bay, it was so refreshing. The room was also clean and beautiful. The double beds and the pillow are soft and the bed linens was of great quality and clean. Their bathroom was clean too. The room was big too and we do not feel cramped.
It was just a walking distance to the Haedong Yonggungsa temple, and the Lotte Malls and Lotte World Adventure, Skyline Luge and other malls. There are also great restaurants within walking distance that serves great affordable food. It is also near the Osiria coastal walk where you can see fisherfolks drying sea weeds and the beautiful Pacific Ocean.
They have toiletries like shampoo, soap, tooth paste etc. I wrote it because most of the hotels in South Korea do not provide single use toiletries anymore.
The location was good for us too because there are not lots of tourists around unlike in some areas of Busan which is teeming with people. It was really a relaxing place.
I will surely book here again in the future and i will recommend Matie Osiria to our friends.

I was satisfied with cleanliness until the last day when I noticed that my sheets had what seemed like dried blood on them.
Location is amazing but that’s also why it’s a popular choice for tourists. Getting an elevator from 8-10am and 6-8ish was rough. But loved the location!
Service is average, nothing to complain about but nothing exceptional either which is not a bad thing at all.
Pleased with the hotel amenities fitness centre but the room amenities seemed like it was setup with just the bare minimum. Would have been nice to have a larger mirror outside the bathroom or even have a light for the small mirror inside the cabinet. Fridge was very small - could not fit takeout containers without turning them sideways. Shampoo, conditioner and body products all seemed pretty cheaply made. Shampoo didn’t even foam up and conditioner felt no different than hand soap.
We’re at a different hotel now and after using their products for one night my hair actually seems healthier than when I was back home.

Guest UserStaff is helpful, tried to understand our needs and gave us what we needed. In addition, the hotel made efforts to welcome the BTS Army, putting up welcome message in the lifts, creating relevant info sheets to let us know how to get around and also about places that could be of our interest. During breakfast, piano music of BTS songs was played and MVs were also screened. We enjoyed ourselves there despite being given a room which window does not have a view because there is a building right next to this hotel. The view that was bragged about was available to us only when we went up to the rooftop swimming pool.

LiqifengIf you're looking for great photo opportunities, this is the place to stay. The facilities are just okay, and I imagine it would be even better in the summer. There are several good restaurants nearby, and the Haeundae train station is right downstairs. However, I honestly recommend just taking a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk – it's really pleasant.
