Anonymous UserThis is undoubtedly the top choice for luxury stays in Haeundae, Busan. Our entire experience was perfect, and traveling with kids here filled us with happiness!
The hotel building is an iconic sail-shaped glass structure. Stepping into the 30th-floor lobby, we were immediately captivated by the panoramic ocean views. The check-in staff were gentle and attentive, and their English communication was flawless. Upon learning we were traveling with children, they proactively offered kids' toiletries, a truly thoughtful detail.
We booked a sea-view room, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the ocean and Gwangan Bridge. We enjoyed breathtaking sunrises, sunsets, and the stunning bridge nightscape. The room featured Park Hyatt's signature minimalist yet luxurious style, with hardwood floors and a spacious granite bathroom. The bathtub offered direct ocean views, making a soak while gazing at the sea the perfect cure for travel fatigue. The bedding was soft and quiet, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring our child's nap was undisturbed. The walk-in closet provided ample storage space for luggage and children's toys.
The breakfast view was spectacular, offering a wide variety of Chinese, Western, and Korean dishes. The Korean seafood porridge, freshly made omelets, and local pastries were all fresh and delicious. Dining by the window with ocean views created an amazing ambiance. The heated indoor pool was clean and uncrowded, with a comfortable water temperature, perfect for kids to enjoy. The gym was well-equipped, offering a relaxing way to unwind after a day of exploring.
The location is superb, right below the marina and yacht area. It's within walking distance to The Bay 101, and a short taxi ride to Haeundae Beach and Shinsegae Department Store, making it convenient for both shopping and beach visits. There are plenty of convenience stores and cafes downstairs, so daily necessities are never an issue.
For anniversaries or birthdays, they even offer a small cake and a handwritten card, showcasing their warm and meticulous service. The only minor drawback is that the room rates are higher during peak season, but the views, facilities, and service perfectly match the price. For those seeking high-quality sea-view accommodation and family vacations, I highly recommend Park Hyatt Busan. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Busan!

なるくんThis was our second stay, and I truly believe it's the best hotel in the Seomyeon area. The building itself is brand new, so the common areas and guest rooms are incredibly clean and well-maintained.
There's another hotel in the same building, but HLB's rooms are on the upper floors, and it seems the elevators and front desk are shared. It's about a 5-minute walk from the station, and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making access superb.
Also, on the first floor, there's a bakery and a 24-hour convenience store, which was incredibly useful for late-night snacks and essentials. The room was very spacious, equipped with a large refrigerator, induction hob, kettle, and washing machine. True to its ”Residence” name, you can really live comfortably and self-sufficiently in the room. The toilet is a bidet type, and flushing toilet paper was not an issue.
The power outlets by the bed are universal, so Japanese plugs can be used directly. However, other outlets are SE type, so if you plan to use multiple electronic devices, I recommend bringing a converter plug.
While the front desk staff doesn't speak Japanese, they are all fluent in English, so we had no trouble communicating.
The shower water pressure was fine, but the drainage in the bathroom was poor, causing water to accumulate easily. Also, I think it would be very helpful if they provided a washing machine guide in Korean and English (and Japanese, if possible) in the room. I would definitely like to stay here again on my next visit to Busan.

Kuangxiangdelvcheng_AileenWe were upgraded to a side-ocean view family room, and the view was even better than expected.
It's super convenient to get to Haeundae Beach by just crossing the street downstairs. There's also a small aquarium nearby, perfect for walks or taking the kids out.
The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by restaurants, so you never have to worry about what to eat.
We went to ”Ilpum Hanwoo” right outside the hotel to the right. It's open until 10 PM, the service was very attentive, and the Wagyu truly made me want another plate.
We also checked out the nearby Working Holiday Brunch Cafe. As expected for a popular spot, it was crowded, and we had to wait a bit, but the overall experience was worth it.
The lobby is on the 3rd floor. You can self-store your luggage before and after check-in, which is super practical. Self-check-in is also available.
The 5th floor has a gym and a laundry area. Both the washing machine and dryer cost 5,000 Korean Won per use, and laundry detergent is 1,000 Korean Won.
The Blue Line Park Capsule Train (Mipo Station) is about 1.4 km away. It was too hot in the summer, so we just took a taxi, which was the base fare and saved us a lot of effort.
Overall, the stay was comfortable, dining was convenient, and getting around was relatively hassle-free. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Haeundae.

Fake KoreanThe room is really spacious and beautiful. The view is astonishing! Could have been better if the room had some utensils. I called the front but it seemed like the hotel does not provide utensils at all :( If you're planning to stay here, make sure to bring utensils along too!

풍얍이This condo seems like a perfect choice if you're traveling with family or friends. However, its location in Gijang means it's quite far from Haeundae or Songjeong. There are virtually no commercial facilities nearby, apart from Lotte Adventure. The breakfast buffet, at 30,000 won, has a limited menu. While there's a beef and abalone seaweed soup, it feels like it was added just because seaweed is a specialty of Gijang, and it might be better to offer a dedicated seaweed soup set menu instead. Overall, I was satisfied with the staff's service. My only significant inconvenience was having to connect to the set-top box every time I wanted to watch TV after returning from an outing.

I was satisfied with cleanliness until the last day when I noticed that my sheets had what seemed like dried blood on them.
Location is amazing but that’s also why it’s a popular choice for tourists. Getting an elevator from 8-10am and 6-8ish was rough. But loved the location!
Service is average, nothing to complain about but nothing exceptional either which is not a bad thing at all.
Pleased with the hotel amenities fitness centre but the room amenities seemed like it was setup with just the bare minimum. Would have been nice to have a larger mirror outside the bathroom or even have a light for the small mirror inside the cabinet. Fridge was very small - could not fit takeout containers without turning them sideways. Shampoo, conditioner and body products all seemed pretty cheaply made. Shampoo didn’t even foam up and conditioner felt no different than hand soap.
We’re at a different hotel now and after using their products for one night my hair actually seems healthier than when I was back home.

Guest UserStaff is helpful, tried to understand our needs and gave us what we needed. In addition, the hotel made efforts to welcome the BTS Army, putting up welcome message in the lifts, creating relevant info sheets to let us know how to get around and also about places that could be of our interest. During breakfast, piano music of BTS songs was played and MVs were also screened. We enjoyed ourselves there despite being given a room which window does not have a view because there is a building right next to this hotel. The view that was bragged about was available to us only when we went up to the rooftop swimming pool.

Guest UserVery close to the beach. It's beautiful at night. It's very quiet, but there aren't many places to eat. You have to walk quite a distance to get there, which is a bit inconvenient. But I really like it.
