Very close to the subway station, bus stop, and Daiso. There's also a convenience store downstairs. The lobby is on the 6th floor (the elevator button is marked 'L'). Check-in time is 3 PM, but you can store your luggage if you arrive early. The room is spacious and very clean, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. For toiletries, the shower gel and shampoo are in one bottle, and there's conditioner. There are no toothbrushes provided, but you can buy them at the front desk. The gym is free, and breakfast costs extra.

The location is great, with easy access to public transport and close to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around. The environment is clean. However, the bathroom drain is a bit slow, which causes a drain smell in the room.

The room is really spacious and beautiful. The view is astonishing! Could have been better if the room had some utensils. I called the front but it seemed like the hotel does not provide utensils at all :( If you're planning to stay here, make sure to bring utensils along too!

This really looks like a resort hotel. The front desk staff's English isn't great, and the location is a bit out of the way – there aren't even any convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. It's quite close to the Dongbusan outlet mall though. The entire hotel complex is very fancy and huge. The parking lot is massive and luxurious, but there are so many cars... Check-in is on the 10th floor, and there were no bellhops or any signs to guide us. After checking in, no one told us where our room was, they just gave me a map... It took us half an hour to find it, circling around the hotel. I didn't see any staff during that time, and I was getting pretty annoyed. The room itself is quite large, but both the room and public areas show clear signs of wear and tear (lots of dirty marks on the walls, poorly maintained). The view is great though; you can see the ocean from the balcony and even catch the sunrise, although the angle is a bit off :) What I found most unacceptable was that the body wash/shampoo was just soap. It lathered up incredibly slowly and barely produced any suds. With my normal length but somewhat thick hair, just getting it to lather took me 15 minutes! It seriously prolonged my shower time. A truly awful experience. If you don't mind these things or bring your own toiletries and just care about the view, then this place is for you – the scenery is unbeatable. But all in all, I don't think it's worth the price. It's a hotel that's all style and no substance.

Both the room and the breakfast were clean. The pool gets crowded in the afternoon. I recommend doing a late check-out and using the pool in the morning. Breakfast needs to be reserved separately. If you've booked the hotel, you should immediately reserve breakfast to secure a window seat – the view is great. The staff are friendly. IKEA and Lotte Mall are just a 3-5 minute drive away, which is convenient for shopping.

Location & Hospitality The location is fantastic—super convenient for getting around, grabbing delicious local meals, and hitting up Busan’s famous spots. On top of that, the staff deserves a massive shoutout. Every team member was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making the check-in and overall stay smooth and seamless. Final Verdict Baymond Hotel is a total 10/10 recommendation! Whether you are traveling solo, as a couple, or with friends, this hotel offers an extraordinary stay that punches way above its price point. I will 100% be staying here again on my next visit to Busan!

The room is spacious and clean. However, the bathroom lacks separated wet and dry zones, so showering can wet other areas. The wifi can be slow at times, though overall acceptable. A highlight is the beautiful view of the Gwangan Bridge from the room. I stayed here for a concert, and the price spiked to about double the normal rate. The lobby area feels a bit old and worn, though the staff are kind and responsive. Location is convenient for enjoying the beachfront area with restaurants and stores, but it can be quite loud at night when events are held on Gwangalli Beach. The hotel is about 600 meters from Gwangan Station (Line 2). Taxis are convenient, but rush-hour traffic can be heavy on the two-lane road in front of the hotel. There is a nearby corner convenience store for quick needs.

This hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring Haeundae! You can easily walk to the beach train, the market, the observatory, and the beach itself. The outdoor pool is right next to the observatory building, which adds a really romantic touch. If you're looking for a good value and great accommodation in Haeundae, this is definitely the place. Haha! I'll definitely book here again next time I visit Haeundae!

This hotel boasts an incredibly convenient and prime location. It's super close to the subway station, roughly 200 meters away, and just across the street is the beach! Our room even had a sea view, and the room itself was very spacious and comfortable. Downstairs, it's bustling with lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and even a market street. It's a truly perfect place to stay, and I'll definitely be back here on my next trip to Busan.
