Outstanding
MM341253****This was the best place we stayed at during our trip to Korea! We arrived early, and the owner couple was very friendly. After storing our luggage and reminding us of the check-in time, they noticed us searching for nearby places and recommended many great local restaurants. After checking in, we found the room to be incredibly comfortable. The aroma was just right, and all the amenities were perfect – there was a snack box, a diary corner, and my favorite, a vinyl record player. The sunlight was excellent. Although the second floor was under renovation, the soundproofing was so good that it barely affected us. Everything was just right. We'll definitely be back!

AAnonymous UserIt was located right next to Busan Station and very easy to find and check in. The connecting room was very convenient between the 2 families in our trip. Complete with the necessary amenities, 2 CUs on the ground floor, and next to a bus stop/station, it was the perfect location for our trip. It also had a wonderful view of the Harbor bridge. They were also quite responsive and I appreciate that.

YYan-ZhengWhen choosing a hotel in Busan, between the areas near Busan Station, Seomyeon, and Haeundae, I finally settled on L7 Hotel Haeundae Lotte, and the experience was fantastic! It's right by Haeundae Beach; just cross the road and you're there. I booked a Deluxe Family Twin with a partial ocean view, and from the sofa, you can pretty much see the whole ocean. It's not too far from the subway station, just a straight walk down a street lined with shops, restaurants, and entertainment, which was really lively. A big plus was the free self-service luggage drop-off. The toilet, shower room, and sink are completely separate, which was very convenient for three people. One minor point: there's an extra charge if you want an additional blanket for the double bed.

GGuest UserThe reception staff were incredibly warm and helpful, even providing a complimentary Chinese map. Our room on the 7th floor was quite spacious. From the balcony, we had lovely views of the inner bay and a large sports/fitness complex, which gave the area a lively, local feel. Downstairs, there's a seafood BBQ; the eel and shellfish were on the pricey side, but they were definitely very fresh.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a 6-minute walk from the subway station, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. However, the path from the subway to the hotel is a bit bumpy, which isn't ideal if you have a lot of luggage. The views are beautiful, and it's very convenient to get to Seomyeon and Gijang. Every day, the hotel provides water and fresh towels, which are hung on the doorknob.

GGuest Userparking is very convenient as the carpark is right beside the hotel. across the road you have many petrol/charging/lpg kiosks also for easy refuel before returning the rental car. the location of the hotel is very near to the central where late night shopping/food are everywhere. right outside the hotel there is a bus stop too. the room is clean with no smell at all, aircon new and working well. front desk is very friendly also. overall a good experience. driving to the airport is not far as well within 30 mins even during late morning hours.

GGuest UserI recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Elephant in Busan, and overall, it was a memorable experience. Located conveniently within the city, the hotel serves as a great base for travelers looking to explore Busan’s vibrant neighborhoods, beaches, and culinary spots. From check-in to check-out, my stay was smooth, and I found the hotel to be a solid mix of comfort, cleanliness, and character. Check-in & First Impressions: Upon arrival, I was greeted by courteous front desk staff who spoke basic English and were very accommodating. The check-in process was fast and efficient, with minimal hassle. The lobby itself was tastefully decorated—nothing extravagant, but definitely welcoming. It had a quirky charm that felt a bit more boutique than your average budget hotel. Room: I stayed in a standard double room, which was surprisingly spacious. The decor was modern and minimalist, with a few unique touches that gave it personality. The bed was large and comfortable, with clean, crisp linens. I appreciated the small details like a well-lit vanity area, USB charging ports, and a mini-fridge. The room also had good soundproofing, which meant I could rest peacefully even though the hotel is near a busy area. The bathroom was spotless, equipped with a full set of toiletries, and had a surprisingly luxurious rainfall shower. Water pressure was excellent, and hot water was consistent throughout my stay. Some rooms also offer jacuzzis or bathtubs, depending on the tier you book, which I thought was a great value. Amenities & Services: While Hotel Elephant isn’t a full-service luxury property, it offers everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. There’s a vending machine area, complimentary bottled water, and in-room amenities like a kettle, coffee, and tea. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, even during peak hours. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or gym, but there are plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby to make up for it. Housekeeping was thorough and respectful. My room was cleaned daily, and towels and toiletries were replenished without needing to request anything. Location: This is arguably one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s just a short walk from a nearby subway station, which made commuting to places like Haeundae Beach, Jagalchi Market, and Gwangalli very easy. There are also tons of restaurants, bars, and local shops within walking distance. Whether you’re into street food or want to try Busan’s famous seafood, you’ll find great options nearby. If you’re into nightlife, there’s also plenty happening in the area, but thankfully, the hotel itself remains peaceful at night. Staff & Hospitality: Every staff member I interacted with was polite and eager to help. While not everyone was fluent in English, they made an effort to assist with directions, transportation tips, and even helping me book a cab using local apps. Their hospitality made the stay feel much warmer and more personal than I expected. Overall Impression: Hotel Elephant may not be a five-star hotel, but it delivers more than what you’d expect from its price point. It’s clean, cozy, and well-located—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends on a budget-friendly getaway. If you’re visiting Busan and want a reliable place to stay that offers good value without compromising on comfort, this hotel is a solid pick. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Busan.

AahmadegardenThe seaview room I had was good and not blocked by any buildings. But the another room I booked was partially blocked. Location is good right at the downtown of haeundae. Cleanliness is ok, water pressure is good. Breakfast is not as good as what others reviewed. 3 days same menu no changes. Not worth it in my opinion. Other than that, nothing to complain.
