The location is fantastic, surrounded by great food and entertainment. The hotel can also help arrange scooter rentals at a reasonable price. The hotel is very clean and offers free entry to the nightclub next door, along with a 15% discount on drinks. The only downside is that many requests need to be made via their app, and sometimes the replies are slow. For example, we requested a late check-out for the second day, and while the front desk approved it, the app stopped working. We had to rush back, and they had to reactivate our room key. It would be great if this process could be more streamlined.

Clean and centre , if you like quiet place , please do not stay , you can here the noise even they provided ear plug . But..you must stay here if you are night kakis, near to beach club .

The room condition was extremely clean and excellent! The staff were very kind and the service was great too. The pool wasn't very clean so I didn't use it. Overall, the room condition for the price is fantastic, highly recommend!!!

This has to be one of the best hotels I’ve been to. It was so clean and fresh. The staff was totally amazing. They even gave me a sweet birthday message and cake. This meant a lot to me as I was on a solo trip. The restaurants in the hotel are amazing. It’s close to some of Canggu’s best tourist attractions and comes with discounts. I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay here!
