Not far from airport about 10 min car drive. Be sure before sleeping that the sheets and below cover are changed.

The location is perfect for me and my husband as we like quite location not so traffic. Close to the airport and to pother areas we want to viskit while staying in the hotel. The room is big and the aircondition is very cold. The staff are friendly and most of all the breakfast have plenty of foods to choose from. Would definitely be booking again in this hotel on my next visit

Serious Security Breach and Traumatic Experience – Do Not Recommend Rating: ⭐ (1/5) Our honeymoon stay at Hilton Garden Inn Bali turned into a nightmare from the moment we arrived. 1. Serious Security Breach: We checked in late at night around 22:50. The front desk assigned us Room 3103. When we swiped the card and entered, we were horrified to find a naked male guest in the bathroom. He stepped out, clearly angry and confused. We were beyond terrified and felt incredibly vulnerable. This is a massive security failure—how can a hotel assign a room that is already occupied? 2. Poor Management Response: The staff, Satria, apologized and admitted the mistake, but at that hour, no manager was available to address this serious privacy violation. We were left to deal with the trauma on our own while exhausted and hungry. 3. Substandard Room Conditions: After being moved, we found the new room to be disappointing: • Stained Bedding: There were visible stains on the bedsheets. Being completely exhausted from the "room incident," we were too tired to even call the front desk again. • Noise & Maintenance: We were placed in a wing under maintenance. The soundproofing was non-existent; we could hear every door slamming and people talking in the corridor all night. We came here for our honeymoon, expecting the "Hilton standard" of safety and comfort. Instead, we got a traumatic experience and a sleepless night. A mere apology is not enough for such a major security failure. Future travelers, please be cautious about your privacy and safety here.
