The hotel is great in seminyak but it’s a little difficult for the cars to get into the hotel as the road is one lane only. We had an early day trip out at 2am and they were able to provide a breakfast box for us to consume. However, their breakfast options are quite limited as the “buffet” part remains the same throughout our stay and the “main course” was pretty good as they offer different western and Asian options daily. Nonetheless, it’s a great hotel room if any 3 pax are looking for a room to accommodate !

Overall a pleasant stay with very service centric staff. Place however might need further maintenance, some rusting in the room here and there.

Nice stay overall. Breakfast was very tasty and the hotel is very close to the beach. Beautiful design as well. However, the room felt a bit humid and wasn’t clean. Also, after heavy rain, the only road to the hotel gets flooded — about 30 meters of dirty water, and guests have to walk through it. I believe the hotel management could look into a solution to help guests avoid walking through the water after it rains. Still, a decent place if you don’t mind small inconveniences.

If you’re looking for accommodation around Seminyak, I’d like to recommend this hotel as a great option. It’s close to Kuta Beach, fully equipped with all the necessary facilities, and the staff are lovely. Plus, it’s conveniently located near the airport. Just a heads-up—the entrance is a bit narrow, but overall, it’s a great place to stay.

although we only stayed one night in this hotel, but we loved it with the service from the reception and the design of room is really cool! the location is good, close to beach and the famous street.

I was truly impressed with the staff – incredibly responsive, kind, and genuinely doing their absolute best to make guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. It really shows how much they care, and that makes being here such a pleasant experience. Housekeeping was done daily, which I really appreciated. My original room on the ground floor was unfortunately quite damp, but I was quickly moved to an upper-level room with a garden and a stunning view – such a lovely upgrade! The rooms aren’t brand new, but they’re in excellent condition and absolutely spotless. I also loved the common areas – the hotel has a very stylish and cozy vibe. Despite having a lot of rooms, it felt surprisingly quiet and peaceful inside. The location wasn’t the best fit for me personally, as it’s a very touristy area with little privacy or quiet on the streets. But if that’s what you’re looking for – it could be perfect for you. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away.
