Service of staff good & friendly, very reminded . For the breakfast was very oily & food was cold . For the cleanliness was too bad , toilet very dirty & smellyy . Comforter in Room 4 made my skin itchy maybe did not wash throughly . And had mold at the wall

Very friendly and cooperative staff. Everything was up to mark. Really enjoyed the stay.

(+) calming, great pool, excellent private villa (-) dusty (need to deep cleaned), breakfast was inconsistency (egg benedict sometimes egg yolk is far well done, the juice was syrup not fresh but the coffee was okay)

Great location, good service and price. Best part of this villa is there is someone in reception 24/7 and they are helpful as much as they can.

When we first got to our room, unfortunately the air con was broken with water all over the floor, the staff came and mopped it up and left a bucket to catch the water, as we went to shower we noticed the towels were stained and ripped, 3 hours after we had checked in, we were told we had been complimentary upgraded! Which was amazing, the staff took our stuff to our new room, and we had a huge suite which was 10x better than the room before clean towels, cleaner area,a separate kitchen area to the bedroom and was 50Sqf in all. The Staff were so lovely and kind and really turned the unfortunate vibe of what we had checked into around! Location wise, there was not much within walking distance however the hotel offers bikes to rent for cheap to head into the busier part of seminyak.
