This accommodation goes beyond perfect to create a truly blissful experience. The rooms are simply phenomenal. This is by far the best pool villa I've ever stayed in! 👍👍👍 The living room, with its high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows, is breathtaking. The bedroom is incredibly comfortable and luxurious, and there's an excellent powder room and dressing room. Plus, there's a separate, huge room with a large bathtub and shower. Lying in the beautiful bathtub, gazing out at the lush green lawn and pool through the glass windows, fills me with such happiness and contentment. All the pools were stunning, had great views, and were very pleasant, and the staff were all incredibly kind. The Rock Bar, Kisik Restaurant, breakfast, and the private Kubu Beach were all fantastic. I'm grateful that all the staff greeted us with smiles and treated us kindly. Our butler was also very friendly, always helping us and being thoughtful. I want to express my deep gratitude to our dedicated butler. We came to Ayana for our 5th wedding anniversary, and thank you for creating such incredibly happy memories for us. We had such an enjoyable and beautiful time during our stay at Ayana. I highly recommend Ayana to anyone visiting Bali! 💕💕 It's on a completely different level from other resorts! The villa itself is of incredibly high quality, but what truly stole my heart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. It was wonderful to see how the local staff from the village worked together like a close-knit family, yet maintained an incredibly high level of professionalism and systematic efficiency. They operate like a well-oiled machine while keeping a warm, welcoming vibe. I especially want to give a massive shoutout to “Anggreni”—management absolutely needs to recognize what an invaluable asset she is to this property. Even though her shift officially ends at 10 PM, I personally saw her working well past 11 PM, going completely above and beyond to look after the guests with unmatched attentiveness. Her professional mindset, pure dedication, and genuine human-to-human kindness left me in absolute awe. It wasn't just good service; it was inspiring passion. Amazing and flawless 10/10 stay at The Westin Ubud Bali. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is pure serenity—nestled in a lush rainforest setting with a breathtaking centrepiece infinity pool that feels like it’s floating in the clouds amongst the serine jungle. It’s the kind of place where you instantly slow down and just breathe and experience a place you can relax, be well and rise every day feeling better than the next. The food is exceptional across the board—thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and consistently delicious. Every meal felt like a highlight and Sebastian takes pride and care with his team and the high food quality standards. What truly sets this property apart, though, is the passionate Westin associates that Go Beyond! The entire team operates at an incredibly high level, and it shows in every interaction. A special thank you to General Manager Saraswati, whose hands-on leadership is evident everywhere; you can feel how much she genuinely cares about both guests and her team. Darma at the lobby bar is a standout… his attention to detail and craftsmanship behind the bar made every visit memorable. For a nice and comfortable room, it's a pity from all plugs that can only be used 2 and the extra roll cable cannot be used too. For the nice view and the pool is warm water but the food service is once a long time almost 2 hours I waited and the food when it came was not hot, when the food came there was no explanation why the food came so long even came even though the stay only 2 rooms.

Everything at this hotel is absolutely delightful to the eye. The breakfast was incredibly tasty, and we even made it in time for the meal after our dolphin watching trip. The omelette and authentic Balinese coffee were absolutely delicious highlights. The property is just a short few minutes’ walk from the beach, which is super convenient. Most importantly, I mistakenly misread my schedule and accidentally caused trouble for the hotel staff, yet they treated me with such warm, patient hospitality and went out of their way to help me. I truly felt their kindness throughout my stay. Huge thanks to the whole hotel team, especially front desk staff Madie for all his thoughtful assistance. I was actually a bit worried because previous reviews had a lot of complaints about the hot tub. However, once we arrived, it turns out Bobocabin has made improvements. We were able to enjoy the Kintamani hot springs privately, right next to our cabin, with a view of the lake to boot. The only downside is that the road to the location is quite narrow and not in good condition if you're driving. Don't be surprised by the many flies, as this is typical of Kintamani.

Great hostel to stay for 2-3 days near Batur! The price-quality is ideal! The room is modest, but that's enough. The territory has a beautiful view and a caring owner. During the day there are a lot of flies, but not only in this hostel, but in the whole village near Lake Batur. I recommend for such a price.

Pandawa Homestay is a rare find. We originally booked in for 3 days and left to go to Kuta Beach. After two days we left our accommodation in Kuta early to return to Pandawa Homestay. The rooms are large the swimming pools beautifully clean and the breakfast the best we have had in Bali. But the standout feature is the amazing staff. The level of service exceeded our expectations and better than many five star international hotels where we have stayed. Every request was met without question. We were greeted like family members and this exceptional level of professionalism and genuine kindness was maintained throughout our stays. As a consequence we returned 3 times during our month long holiday in Bali. Congratulations Pandawa Family Stay.

For a couple of days, a good hotel. You can rent a bike at the hotel for 70K, there is a diving center nearby. You can order a transfer to the airport, since it is difficult to find a taxi in this area. I ordered to the airport for 700K. The room is spacious, there is air conditioning, hot water and that's it. The room is not cleaned. You can eat in the cafe near the hotel. The prices are reasonable. The cafe is open until 10 pm. The ocean is about 40 meters from the hotel.

Getting there is quite an adventure) the audibility is just as if the owners are sleeping in your bed with all the animals) the shower pipe is from the wall))) fortunately we were in this hotel for one night, we couldn’t stand it for the second!
