The Meru Sanur

A very new and beautiful hotel with enthusiastic staff. The pool is huge and almost exclusively used by European and American tourists. In the evening, there's also a fantastic happy hour with drinks and snacks!

I booked this hotel because it's new and rated 5-star, but the service level is very low. Bicycle rentals are only allowed once per stay, not daily. The facilities are good, but it shares the pool and breakfast restaurant with the Bali Beach Hotel, so it's extremely crowded. There are many staff members, but the service is very slow. It's not worth the price. I recommend a global chain hotel instead.

This hotel has a sophisticated design and is incredibly clean and charming. I absolutely loved how the entire hotel feels so open and airy, with a wonderful breeze flowing through, creating a great ambiance. The staff made a great effort to explain things in Japanese during check-in, showing wonderful hospitality. The breakfast also had a great variety and was delicious. I hope to stay here again next year.

The hotel's layout is very spacious and the facilities are top-notch. The room itself is also spacious, clean, comfortable, bright, and even has a large balcony. The room decor is very cozy. Getting a taxi is convenient. There are 2 swimming pools. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich, and the staff's attitude is excellent. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel is very new and well-designed, extremely modern. The service was excellent; since we had an early start to the ferry terminal the next day, they even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. The only downside is that it's easy to get lost.

It was fantastic, I'll definitely visit again! The staff were incredibly friendly, and I was very impressed with the facilities and amenities.
