Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort

The hotel is superb with a vast, lush green territory featuring four swimming pools. The grounds are meticulously maintained, with constant watering, cleaning, and tidying. The pools are always spotless. Our room was large and spacious, everything was clean, neat, and beautifully presented. We had a big balcony with a sofa. The only thing that was a bit bothersome was the musty smell, even though we were on the 6th floor. When we mentioned it, the staff responded quickly and immediately placed a dehumidifier in our room. The breakfasts were magnificent, served in two large halls with a wide variety of dishes. We will definitely be returning to this hotel! 👍👍👍

The service was warm and attentive, and the front desk had Chinese-speaking staff, making communication smooth. The hotel boasts a wonderful view, balancing closeness to nature with an elegant, staggered design. The room was spacious and comfortable, though I personally found the pillows a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh ingredients; for dinner, I recommend the steak at SteakSmith. With multiple pools, a spa, a gym, and a beach club, it completely satisfied all my vacation needs. Many families with children also come here for their holidays.

It's rare to find a suitable room type for two adults and two children these days. The hotel service was excellent. I told the front desk that I needed to pack breakfast for the next day because we had an early start for Nusa Penida and wouldn't have time to eat. The breakfast we received the next day was still warm, and the bread was delicious – much better than the bread at Ayana, where we stayed later. I'd recommend Renaissance for future trips to Bali.

Perfect for families or couples, it's very quiet and all four pools are fantastic. They have both Chinese and Western cuisine, it's clean, and there's a free shuttle service to the shopping center.

The room's blue main theme was lovely and comfortable, complete with a bathtub and balcony. The kids absolutely loved the pool and the food. There's also a Chinese restaurant with good food and a lion dance performance.

The hotel's facilities and amenities were excellent, but perhaps due to the weather, the sheets felt a bit damp on the first night. For the rest of our stay, we kept the air conditioning on dehumidifier mode, which made it more comfortable. The hotel also offers many classes, allowing guests to enjoy both their vacation and some exercise.

The room was very spacious, comparable to a Hilton. The Chinese restaurant on the third floor was delicious, a definite plus. The breakfast coffee was also very good. The service was excellent as well. Laundry service and car rental, which I communicated with the front desk about, were both handled very promptly.
