The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel - Managed by Accor

I loved the heritage king suite room, it was such a big room with a lovely view from the kuta beach. It’s a good location but only sometimes i can hear very loud noise from the bar next door, obviously not the hotel’s fault but if you bringing a baby just consider it more. All the stuff is so lovely and helpful. 🫶

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very enjoyable experience. The location is excellent, with Kuta Beach located directly in front of the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for beach walks, sunsets, and enjoying the seaside atmosphere. The front desk staff were friendly, polite, and professional throughout my stay. I booked a Deluxe King Room, which was surprisingly spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The king-size bed was large, comfortable, and spotless, providing an excellent night's sleep throughout my stay. The room offered plenty of space to relax, and the housekeeping standards were consistently well maintained. The only minor drawback was that some parts of the property, particularly the flooring in the room and the bathroom tiles, appeared a bit dated and showed signs of age. However, everything was still clean and functional, so it did not significantly affect my overall experience. Overall, this hotel offers great value, an excellent beachfront location, spacious and clean rooms, a very comfortable bed, and outstanding service. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Kuta.
