Hilton Bali Resort

Checking in late night at 9pm but still need to wait 20min due to few reception employees. I was assigned to the most corner cliff room, where 2/3 of the window facing construction area, and was told it’s an ‘upgrade’ from king deluxe sea view to Cliff sea view. The construction area was still making noise at 11pm when I first arrive room after dinner. It was too late and too tired to change a room. And it start making noise at 9am next morning. I believe no guest would like such a terrible view. To me it’s like a downgrade, worse than any garden view or whatever. Please be reminded the construction area seem just starting and it’s building a new resort? Starting from ground and not even finish the first floor. Finish time is unknown. Not suitable to travelers who want to relax in room. The corner of bathroom looks dirty or old. Glass in minibar has odor smell like formaldehyde. Only good thing is the shore restaurant and water slider. The room is terrible. An unpleasant experience.

The resort is beautifully located on the cliffs overlooking the ocean, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of local and international dishes, and the quality of the food was not bad. The facilities were well-kept, making it easy to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.The resort is also conveniently located for exploring Bali while still providing a quiet retreat away from the busy tourist areas.

Beautiful resort literally on the beach. All the staff has been very helpful and attentive. We liked it her so much that we ended up extending our stay. The only downside is the construction work of a hotel next to it.

.Had such a lovely stay at Hilton Bali Resort. The housekeeping team were absolutely amazing and always made everything feel so comfortable and welcoming. Every staff member we came across was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you as well for organizing the birthday cake surprise — it made my birthday feel extra special and was such a thoughtful touch. Really grateful for the beautiful experience and hospitality. Would definitely love to come back again.

For the second time , we booked our rooms here as a family with the kids. The hotel is good , the scenery is great. Recommended

The room n the view is nice . And there are many monkeys at the balcony , just don’t put any belongings there .
