This place is absolutely amazing! The service is excellent, everything is clean, and the bar has a fantastic vibe. There were foreigners dancing, taking photos, drinking, and socializing – a truly great atmosphere. The welcome drink was a delicious and potent lime gin, surprisingly easy to drink despite its strength. I highly recommend staying in a suite. You can mix your own drinks or have a bartender come to your room. This was definitely my favorite hotel during my Bali trip. They use Dyson hairdryers and have double sinks. They provide aloe vera gel, sunscreen, and alcohol. The welcome cookies and minibar items are complimentary, and the tea bags are fragrant and tasty. While the cookies were just okay, the chairs, sofas, and lamps are all designer brands 💡, and the slippers are very creative. They have a French press, but the coffee it made was honestly a bit unpleasant, very sour, even worse than traditional Chinese medicine, haha. The most impressive thing was the bedding. They use Aireloom mattresses, which easily cost around 100,000,000 IDR. It was incredibly dry and comfortable to sleep on, I fell asleep instantly, no back pain at all, with excellent support. The hotel's privacy is top-notch. Even though Potato Head is a popular spot, it never felt crowded with idle or random people. This is probably due to the strict security at the entrance, which keeps many people out. You need security clearance to enter the bar.

The design is sophisticated, the food at the hotel restaurant is delicious, and the pool is great. The beach club is also very stylish. All the staff were kind and full of smiles, which made for a pleasant experience.

The room had a great design and the cocktails were creative, but the room itself was small and the towels were dark and looked a bit old. The sea view was unbeatable. If you want to catch the sunset or enjoy breakfast with an ocean view, you'll need to wake up early. The service was excellent. Dinner wasn't great; perhaps it just wasn't to my taste, and it wasn't cheap either. Breakfast was a bit limited. Even though it was included in the room rate, it was à la carte and not very varied. The wait time was a bit long. The best thing was the croissant.

Great experience, my kid loved it! They got to mix their own drinks. The public areas are super photogenic, and the breakfast was delicious – definitely recommend the croissants 🥐. We'll be back again. Plus, there's a mall nearby, which is really convenient.

The beach facilities and hospitality were excellent. I spent a full day there and didn't get bored, I really enjoyed it. There's also a shuttle to the hotel gate, which made getting around easy. It seemed like there were a lot of foreigners, so English wasn't a problem. The cookies in the mini-bar in the room were surprisingly delicious, and I'm already looking forward to them on my next visit.

This is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed in. From the moment we checked in at the super trendy Potato Head, we were met with incredibly thoughtful service. We even received small gifts during both check-in and check-out. I secretly ordered flowers for my girlfriend, and after a quick chat with the front desk, they were discreetly delivered to our room. The room itself had a dedicated bar area, which makes sense as I heard the founder started out in bartending. The lighting and atmosphere were perfect, and the cocktail photos we took looked amazing. We went snorkeling that day, and sending our clothes to the hotel laundry was surprisingly affordable, just a little over ten per item – excellent value for money. We sent them off in the evening, and they were returned to our room by around 11 am the next day. In the evening, we had incredibly fresh and sweet lobster at the beach bar. It was definitely not cheap, but we were short on time, so we opted to have our seafood there. Even as hotel guests, we booked a front-row sofa area by the pool at the beach bar. There was a minimum spend of 350,000 (excluding tax), and the music was loud with a great vibe. However, Little Red Book didn't tell us you can't see the sunset from there, dang it! The sofa areas in the hotel guest area don't have a minimum spend and offer sunset views, but they can't be reserved, so you have to go early in the afternoon to snag a spot. The breakfast the next day had a wide variety of options. Similarly, you had to get up early to claim a sofa bed; they couldn't be reserved. There were also Morning Cocktails available for order, which weren't expensive. And the Indonesian fried rice was delicious!!! Potato Head and Ayana are both a no-brainer if you have the budget. They represent two different styles of resort hotels, but both are incredibly comfortable and relaxing.
