Riad Belikoss Pool & SPA
"Travelled with my partner and our 18 year old son and stayed in a triple room. It was plenty big enough with ryanair hand baggage, it might be a bit small for three adults if you had rucksacks or big suitcases. Towels changed and room tidied daily and the bathroom and shower were great, just needed to wait a little before the hot water came through. You would have to really go looking to find fault with the facilities. I'm sure any problem you find would be sorted out by staff quickly if you raised it, they really do pride themselves on their service and their reputation is well deserved. It was a peaceful retreat from the busy Medina and I felt very safe there, enjoying a bit of sunbathing on the rooftop in the afternoons. I had a lovely massage in the spa arranged by the staff, booking was easy and times flexible. The staff do recommend their spa and hammam facilities and day trips but it's fine if you don't take them, we organised a trip separately. Roberto the cockatiel entertained us with some Bob Marley and was well loved. The breakfast was amazing, fruit, orange juice, pancakes, omelette and coffee. Salt and pepper were available and so was hot milk. Mint tea was also offered. We had dinner (half board) too which was traditional Moroccan food and very nice, I enjoyed all the food. It is "get what you're given" so if you want a choice maybe don't choose this option. It's more like staying in a home than a hotel in this way, if you want a restaurant there are plenty in the Medina to choose from. I liked the feeling of safety and being looked after on the rooftop which having an evening meal provided. You do have to ring the doorbell at the door to get in but it's no big deal. We also didn't have a lock on our door but this was fine, the staff were keen to make you feel at home and the other guests were respectful. The staff were great at explaining how not to get scammed and gave recommendations on where to go. Special thanks to Ismael (who I called Hamza the whole time, sorry!) who was really genuine, lovely and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back one day I hope."
Riad Les Dunes & Spa
The hotel features courtyard-centered architecture, decorative interiors, and cozy rooms, along with spa and hammam facilities for relaxation.
Riad RIM
"We stayed at this riad. We were disappointed. Clean, yes... we had the set menu once, which was very good... but the hammam wasn't working, and the jacuzzi wasn't working either, supposedly because it was too hot... Having a jacuzzi, I use it at any temperature. We were the only guests, which could perhaps justify the hammam and jacuzzi being unavailable. Yet we had paid the full price. In short, once was enough."
Zen Zone Boutique Riad
Unlike larger resorts, Zen Zone Boutique Riad focuses on personalised hospitality, limited room count, and a peaceful environment, where guests can unwind after exploring the busy streets of Marrakech’s old city. The atmosphere is intentionally calm, with soft lighting, natural textures, and quiet communal spaces.
Riad les palmiers de la medina
"We really enjoyed the riad. It's beautiful, clean, conveniently located, and had a delicious breakfast on the veranda. I especially loved the staff's attitude. Asma was with us from the first day and was always in touch. She explained everything a tourist needs and met all our needs. Thank you! We highly recommend it! ❤️"
Ambre Epices Medina Riad
"Since we visited Morocco for the first time, we did seek an accommodation that was authentic and made us feel the culture. This Riad lived up to all expectations and so so much more! The hotel was so clean, the food was good, the interior was beautiful, the vibe was so nice and calming, and the service and people there were absolutely amazing!! They made our trip complete! Helped us do the most fun activities, and we loved getting to know everyone. It felt so personal, and we were truly upset when we left because we felt the place so “homey”. Definitely one of the greatest place I’ve ever stayed, and we want for sure to visit again sometime"

"Bad smell in the room reservation saved in the system with the wrong name customer service not picking up on the phone"
Delta Hotels by Marriott Marrakech Eden Andalou
"It's a little far from the old town, but that means it has Aqua Park and other excellent facilities. With all-inclusive packages, you can sometimes be disappointed with the food, but that wasn't the case here. The food and the staff who served it were both excellent."
Kenzi Menara Palace & Resort

Sofitel Marrakech Palais Imperial & Spa
"Great place, amazing service, nice pool. Breakfast options were excellent."
Les Jardins de La Koutoubia
"Positives: - beautiful, clean and luxurious - perfect location, doesn’t get any better than this - friendly, helpful and brilliant staff whether the doormen, bell men, reception staff or restaurant and cafe staff; specials thanks to Amina, Abdullahi, and Fatiha. - proper prestigious hotel with riad and cultural feel - good breakfast - perfect selection of restaurants and cafes with delicious food - the ambiance is amazing and in the evenings it’s serene with colours, live music and fragrance. - views from the roof top pool and sky bar is the probably the best in the city. Improvements: - air conditioning could have been better. Having said that the lobby and roof top restaurant were always much cooler so probably just our room or because of the heat outside but it definitely didn’t feel cool during day time. - lady at omelette station at breakfast always had an attitude for no reason at all."
Nobu Hotel Marrakech
The hotel features stylish suites and rooms designed with a contemporary aesthetic, combining neutral tones, clean lines, and subtle Moroccan design influences. Many accommodations offer private balconies or terraces with views of the Atlas Mountains or the city skyline, creating a refined yet relaxed atmosphere.
Amanjena
"We visited this hotel with great excitement after admiring it online for a long time and traveling all the way from Turkey specifically to experience its beauty and atmosphere. Unfortunately, although we were never informed in advance about any photography restrictions, we were approached in a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming manner while taking a few casual photos. The issue was never the rule itself — we would have immediately respected any policy if it had been explained kindly. What disappointed us most was the attitude of the staff member handling the situation. The approach was unnecessarily harsh, cold, and far from the level of empathy and hospitality expected from such a prestigious hotel. Instead of feeling welcomed, we left feeling embarrassed and humiliated. We would still like to sincerely thank Omar for his kindness, professionalism, and respectful attitude afterward. His approach was the only thing that softened this disappointing experience for us."
Riad Fleur de Sable
Boutique riad-style accommodation offering a traditional Moroccan-inspired stay with warm décor, intimate spaces, and a relaxed atmosphere, where services are focused on personalised hospitality and essential comfort, rather than large hotel facilities.
Riad Le Minaret and SPA
"Everyone was so nice and helpful, and the riad is gorgeous. Didn't stay in the main building, but it was not an issue for me. The door was hard to open and close, had to get a staff member to help us at first but we got used to it. The breakfast was nice as well."
Pestana CR7 Marrakech
"The hotel is incredibly convenient and feels safe, with a wide range of restaurants and shops right in the surrounding area. My room was comfortable and surprisingly spacious, making it easy to relax after a long day. The property has a unique charm, as it’s known for hosting celebrities, and there are many celebrity-related items on display"
Novotel Marrakech Hivernage
"I had a good stay here - the room was clean and comfy, and the location was good to get around easily"
Mia Agafay Resort
"We had a lovely stay. Everyone is very friendly and I will recommend the quadriding from the hotel. The hour tour was so much fun! The tent was very nice and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent and because of the ramadan they gave us a packed lunch. We definately recommend this hotel!!"
Palais Moulay Said & Spa
The property is designed in the style of a traditional Moroccan riad palace, featuring a central courtyard, ornate archways, mosaic tilework, and handcrafted décor that reflects the heritage of Marrakech. Rooms and suites are individually styled, combining classic Moroccan design elements with comfortable modern amenities to create a warm and elegant atmosphere.
Imperial Holiday Hôtel & spa
Spacious suites come with a lounge, tasty breakfast, an on-site bar, and a spa with massage rooms and an outdoor pool for you to kick back in.
Grand Plaza Marrakech
"We stayed there for one night because of its proximity to the airport and we must catch an early flight next morning. Thought it was just a hotel offering convenience but it is far more than that. It has all the facilities that guests can enjoy a holiday or a leisure break there, e.g. a very clean, comfortable and big room; the balcony is big enough for two chairs and a table where guests can enjoy the view of garden and the lovely swimming pool; a bar of vibe. Did appreciate the restaurant staffers' hospitality. Its breakfast starts from 6:30am so provides much convenience to guests like us who need to fly out in early morning."
Pickalbatros Hôtel Du Golf - Adults Friendly
"We had an amazing stay at this all-inclusive resort — it genuinely ticked every box. The food was consistently good and, best of all, always available. No matter the time, there was something fresh and tasty ready to go. The same goes for the drinks — plenty of choice, always flowing, and no long waits. Exactly what you want from an all-inclusive experience. The pool was spotless and well maintained, with a great atmosphere throughout the day. There were loads of activities like darts, archery, and regular performances that kept things fun and lively without ever feeling overwhelming. Great food, great drinks, a clean pool, and plenty to do — we left relaxed and already thinking about our next visit."
Domaine des Remparts Hotel & Spa
"An incredible hotel filled with jaw-dropping views, amazing facilities and the kindest and most helpful staff! Will definitely be returning! We also made a friend out of the hotel’s cat🤣"
