"The hotel was in a quiet location, the pool was nice. Unfortunately our room was very disappointing. In our first room the AC was not working. Maintenance came to fix it, there was a slight improvement but still not great. Then whilst opening the shower door, the door fell off the wall. This looks like it was because the door had not been maintained. This is not what you would expect in any establishment - let alone a 4* hotel. It also had the potential to be very dangerous, luckily I was strong enough to hold the weight of the door before assistance came. The hotel moved us to a new room and gave us a nice selection of food in our new room which was nice gesture although we would have expected more. The AC in the new room worked well so the room change was welcome. Unfortunately, the fridge in the room was leaking internally so we had to throw away food that we were storing in there as it became damp from an internal leak. One of these occurrences we could probably accept but to have three issues with repairing is not what I expect from Accor. The hotel needs serious maintenance!"

Not far from train station and airport. many restaurants nearby, night lounge and club nearby. very nice room, lovely small pool, cozy bar and restaurant. Smiley faces behind the reception, always willing to help you but Sabrina, Lamia and Dounia at the reception was very kind and very professional. always willing to help with big smile."

We were there with friends and we all had a wonderful time. It's ideal for relaxation, exploring Marrakech (shuttles are available), discovering the desert (we went in a buggy, which I highly recommend), or even for a very festive weekend (Epicurean is a must-try for its atmosphere and food). The choice is yours! I've barely left and I already want to go back."

"We’ve been here before as a couple, it was obviously newer then but it has held up. They try and keep everything clean which is nice. Some rooms may need updates as some mould in showers and toilet smelt like a drain. The shuttle bus was great to the market, although would be nice if there was more availability Food was good, quality could be a bit better but still nice Kids enjoyed themselves although they could have done better activities in kids club to counteract windy conditions. The restaurant is really nice, shows where the quality is rather than in buffet, but I understand. I would go again and recommend"

"A "tourist trap" riad par excellence. Despite booking 6 months in advance, our room for 4 was not available, so we got a room, certainly large (to share with small crawling animals...) but dirty, level -1 compared to the road (so no window overlooking the outside), a dilapidated bathroom the size of a toilet, with the smell..., and, cherry on the cake, without working air conditioning (given the thickness of the dust it hadn't broken down the day before). In short, at 3am the first night, unable to sleep, we booked elsewhere despite paying for the week... the claim is in progress..."

Dellarosa Boutique Hotel and Spa
"We stayed at the hotel dellarosa for 7 days, we arrived in the evening on the first day and we were met with smiles and mint tea. The staff were super friendly and we then ate in the smaller Moroccan restaurant which was delicious. We were upgraded as two of party were celebrating their honeymoon and we stayed in the dellarosa riad suite. It was lovely, great views lots of space, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living areas and a balcony that encompassed the whole way round. Breakfast in the Organza restaurant was delicious every morning as well. All of the restaurant staff were welcoming and helpful. Our cleaner Fatima deserves a special mention, she was fantastic and super helpful. The location was great to access the main sites and a short walk away from the main square. There are plenty of local places to eat nearby as well. Would definitely recommend staying here."
