We visited the Royal Mansour and other 5 star establishments but nothing compares to the warmth and hospitality of the staff at this hotel. A truly remarkable experience and our only disappointment was the lack of time to further explore the various restaurants, cinema, activities area, ****** and wine cellar. Will definitely be back."

For the Oberoi Marrakesh, it is truly difficult to find fault. The hotel, relatively new, is simply stunning with the impressive lobby and villas, as well as expansive gardens with 2700 olive trees. The acting General Manager Mamdouh is the perfect and consummate hotelier, ever present checking everything non-stop, to ensure the guest experience is nothing less than 5-stars. Jalal from their F&B outlet surprised us with an entire loaf of lemon cake to take back to London that was not available on two breakfasts which we sore missed after our first breakfast. El Habib is an amazing server ready to grant you at least three wishes with his magic lamp! Khalid the Duty Manager also asks non-stop how they can improve a service that is already par excellence. Our hats off to the amazing pastry chef who makes baked goods that rival the best Parisian patisserie. I saw the two staff who cleaned every machine in the fitness center using four sprays leaving neither dust nor germ —- they focus on the minutest detail. The whole team is just extremely well-trained and professional and very committed in their desire to exceed your expectations. The synchronization of their efforts, in the most natural and sincere manner, always with big smiles, translates to nothing less than less than a truly memorable experience. They know how to make you feel like Arab royalty! We will certainly be back!!! Thank you so much to all of you!!! Shukran! "The hotel is very big. If you bring children, the water park is a big surprise. The hotel is very historical, the rooms are very big, and the design is quite special. It is worth visiting, but don't go there at night because there are too many mosquitoes. The breakfast is so-so!"

"An exceptional hotel in traditional style and Moroccan design, with a wonderful garden and great pools (especially the warm-water pool!). But of course, the Tigmiza isn't a modern luxury hotel; everything feels a bit dusty and musty. The fitness ”room,” in particular, wasn't exactly a highlight: a treadmill, a stepper, and a basic exercise bike. The sleeping mats and dumbbells were covered in sticky dust and were barely usable without towels. Nevertheless, we were able to enjoy our stay, as we had prepared ourselves for it from the start—and Marrakech is traditionally dusty! Perhaps that's what gives it its special flair. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious and varied! So, if you love the traditional ambiance and can tolerate a bit of dust and old-fashioned style, you'll have a great time at the Tigmiza!"

"Had a lovely stay in Palais Tinmel. The staff are very polite and attentive. They are very helpful. I requested for a surprise breakfast for my bf, all i asked was a cake but they gave us more. There were balloons and they sing happy birthday to him with guitar playing. We were so touch and did not expect it to be like that. It was a great gesture and we are very lucky. Location wise is good. A bit of a walk to the medina but we love a walk. Food was amazing too. Everything was exceptional. Our only concern was our shower drain was not draining properly but anything from that was amazing. I would recommend staying here. And would love to stay here again."

"Definitely a very very old heritage hotel with a lot of history! The hotel premises are stunning. The reception and lounge staff were so nice and helpful. I do think, the hotel could do with a litte but of refurbishing especially for the rooms. But I cannot complain! Got the best deal, and had a really good time and the breakfast out in the garden under orange trees was like straight out of a movie! Loved it!!! Great location, close to many more hip and happening hotels, bars, restaurants and cafes."
