Palais Moulay Said & Spa

The hotel is beautiful and clean, and the location is excellent, with a good breakfast. However, all of this is overshadowed by the somewhat lacking service. Check-in was incredibly slow; our room wasn't ready by 3 PM, so we went out for a walk. When we returned at 9 PM, we still had to wait about 40 minutes to be checked in. Being exhausted, this was far from pleasant. There were about 10 people at the reception, walking around, chatting amongst themselves, and pretending to be busy, which resulted in a check-in queue that moved at a snail's pace. In the end, they upgraded our room as an apology, but the negative impression lingered. If you don't mind these issues, I would recommend the hotel.

Excellent location right in the heart of the Medina, next to the square. Delicious and varied breakfasts.

Picture-perfect… and amazing value for money! 🥺👍👍👍 The hotel is tucked away on the liveliest little street, and while the entrance is small, once you step inside, it's a pleasant surprise. The breakfast, in particular, was absolutely delicious.

The breakfast was delicious and the pool was beautiful. However, there was no hairdryer in the room and the Wi-Fi was slow. But the location is really good, so it's a great place for a short stay.
