The riad is simply superb! It's a truly colorful, beautiful, and atmospheric place, and everything is kept spotlessly clean.
The beds are very comfortable, with a variety of pillows. Everything is simply top-notch.
A special thank you to the staff—they're incredibly responsive and friendly! They gave us tons of helpful tips: what and where to see in the city, the best ways to get around, and the best shopping spots. They were always ready to help and offer advice.
When we arrived in Marrakech, a heavy downpour started, and we couldn't go anywhere. The staff arranged for incredibly delicious burgers to be delivered directly to the hotel!
The breakfasts were also beyond praise: delicious and varied. Every day there was a new, very tasty breakfast. I definitely recommend this riad to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Marrakech!
It's located in a quiet area. Cafes, shops, and taxis are nearby.

Beautifully and tastefully decorated Riad, with large and comfortable bedrooms. And of course, ‘topped’ with a cozy rooftop space for relaxation and for meals/breakfast. The staff is remarkably friendly, multilingual (appreciated) and always (24 hours) available for advice and support, A bit hidden in a maze of narrow streets, but only a few minutes walk to the famous Marrakech square and marketplace Jemaa el-Fnaa. Or on less words, we’ve enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful staff who truly go above and beyond. We felt so well taken care of, and the friendliness and genuine hospitality really stood out - especially Karim when he was working the night shift. We would absolutely recommend this property and would love to return in the future. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

Just finished our 2 day stay in Riad Amalia and can’t say enough good things about it. The staff was lovely and very accommodating. Great location for site seeing. Tucked away from the hustle of the city yet walkable to all locations. Highly recommend!

We loved this hidden gem! Booked through a tour company so hadn’t researched and were so very happy here. Beautifully decorated, clean with exceptionally friendly staff. We felt like we were in the home of a friend - which is the whole point of staying in a Riad! I think there place is new so doesn’t have a lot of reviews yet - I definitely recommend staying here. While it’s a bit difficult to find (and there are some unfortunate remnants of the 2023 earthquake in the neighborhood), it’s only a ~10 min walk to the souk but you feel worlds away when in this neighborhood home. Great spot!

Stayed in Riad Amalia for 2 nights in March 2024. We were well looked after and made to feel very welcome by all the staff. Amalia (who was very gracious in her interactions with us) Mohammed (very engaging, informative and attentive) and Kamal (who very kindly came to our rescue when our taxi driver got lost on the second night) were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spotless and breakfast on the terrace was lovely with and varied on both mornings.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Amalia with our family! We were warmly welcomed by Omar and his colleague Ibrahim. The food was delicious and varied. We could always turn to them with questions and received excellent assistance. Ibrahim arranged a trip to the desert for us; everything was perfectly organized. The room included everything you need, and the Riad features a beautiful rooftop terrace, which is a lovely place to relax. Highly recommended!
