My experiences have always been thoroughly enjoyable, which is why I continue to return year after year. I wanted to share some constructive feedback regarding the pricing for non-resident guests visiting the pool. I was surprised to see the cost set at 1000 MAD for an afternoon visit. Having recently visited several top-tier 5-star hotels in Dubai — including venues such as the Aura Skypool — I found their pool access prices significantly more reasonable, despite offering similarly or even improved premium experiences and amenities. fully appreciate the need to maintain exclusivity and quality, but I believe a more accessible pricing structure would be more suitable for guests visitors while still preserving the luxurious experience that Sofitel is known for. Royal Mansour Marrakech Royal Mansour Marrakech 🕌 One of the reasons for coming to Morocco is because I want to stay in the Nijian Hotel. The owner of the hotel is the former King of Morocco, Mohammed VI (Morocco's King Mohammed VI). It was selected as the best hotel in the world in 2020-2021. There are 53 hotels in the whole hotel A detached Riad, each Riad only accommodates 2 people, There are nearly 500 employees in the hotel. Even when the hotel is full, the ratio of the staff to the guests is about 4 to 1. Basically, if you search for Morocco on the Internet, many pictures will pop up this hotel. Many Internet celebrities first recommend the strong Moroccan style, but the price is also very expensive. My stay in June is considered to be the off-season, and the room type I stayed in is also They are all the most basic ones, costing about HK$14,000 a night, but expensive has never been his problem... 😂 Personal check-in experience: Since each room is an independent House, it is necessary to make a reservation for check-in or not to go up and down the stairs. And such a noble hotel calls reception, the person can’t speak English (most of them can speak French, because this was a French colony before), it’s very simple to ask what time the swimming pool is charged, but they can’t answer, and they think you’re not Speaking French is very low😂, and the more senior staff feel more proud, I tried Qu Asian Sai Cuisine restaurant during my stay, and the taste is pretty good😋 In addition, it is really good to check in here, especially if it is a Spa🥰. The service is very good. You can go to the spa and soak in the hot springs. The service attitude is very good. Most of the staff can speak English.

This is a very worthwhile hotel. It can be said to be the highlight of the entire trip to Morocco. Each room is an independent Riad courtyard. The service is friendly but not overly enthusiastic. Except for the average food, the environment can be said to be impeccable. Marrakech is actually quite dirty and messy as a whole. The inside and outside of the hotel can be said to be two different worlds. If I come to Marrakech next time, I will still consider staying here!

The room facilities were good, but the food was predominantly Western, so those with a Chinese palate should be cautious. Because it's an all-inclusive hotel, there was a serious problem with food waste in the restaurant; those who wasted food should be fined.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly overall. We got a spacious room and the bathroom was huge. Cleanliness was top notch. There are a lot of swimming pool, and we never had a hard time finding sunbeds available. The interior heated pool was beautiful and very calm because it is adult only. We enjoyed the padel court and the other facilities. We had a lot of fun at the Aquapark (plenty of water slides to choose from). There are three main restaurants (Asian, Morrocan and ”international”). The Asian buffet is quite smaller and didn't have a nice range of dishes. The international one is bigger and has more choices but tends to be repetitive. The Morrocan was also a bit small but the quality was great. Overall food was ok. There are some animations throughout the day (ends at 10pm ish) for the kids and for adults which were pleasant and fun. We spent a great weekend and made good memories at this hotel. We definitely recommend!

On the day of check-in, I arrived very late and said that I wanted a quiet room, so I was sent to the innermost corner. When I entered the door, the curtains were not tight, and I felt that it was even worse. I asked for a room change. Fortunately, changing the room was fairly fast, but the room downstairs was changed, because there was a block on the second floor balcony, so the lighting was not good at all. The three meals I ate didn't have a day because the breakfast ended at 10 o'clock. The lunch and dinner were similar, and there was nothing to eat. I didn't see any seafood except grilled fish. The pictures were deceptive. There are quite a few places to play, but the water in another pool with a slide is cold, so it can only be displayed.

The staff are kind and helpful, but it's a shame we had to insist on getting an iron, which only arrived after 3 days! The hotel is well-located, and breakfast was decent.

The hotel’s location is excellent as it is walking distance to most of the tourist attractions in Marrakech. Has a huge swimming pool where you can enjoy and relax. However, service is very very poor. On the night that I arrived I requested a slippers by calling the reception, as there were no slippers in the room, but none came. Again the next day I requested again at the front desk and the staff promised to send it to my room, but nothing came. Once again on the 3rd day, I requested the same, as usual nothing came. Three different personnel at the front desk promised to send the slippers to my room but never keep their promise. So much bad service. Another issue with the hotel is the aircon system, it was not functioning during my stay. Only fan is working and it was hot inside the room. And I complained at the front desk and the staff said that the airconditiong were disabled as it still winter or spring season. I tried to open the window and door to the balcony to let cold air inside but unfortunately the road noise was terrible, so I have to close it. Had a really bad experience with Novotel Marrakech.

I was looking for an all-inclusive hotel with a bathtub and found this one. It cost 80 MAD to take a taxi from the city center, which took about 20 minutes. A taxi from the hotel to the city center costs 150 MAD. There is a hotel shuttle bus to the city center, but it costs 15 MAD per person one way, has a set time, and is fully booked on the day, so I recommend taking a taxi. The staff at the bar and restaurant were all very friendly and worked efficiently. There were no amenities such as slippers, toothbrushes, or bathrobes. Also, the power supply was European, so I purchased a transformer for 80 MAD at the shop in the hotel. The restaurant venue was buffet style for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there was all-you-can-drink white, rosé, and red wine. From a Japanese perspective, this facility and service is unbelievable for this price, so if you have the time, I highly recommend staying here at least once.
