"The room was nice and clean. The bathroom didn't have a door, but it was designed so that water wouldn't get all over the floor. The hotel restaurant was nice, and the bar staff were very friendly. They would be a little slow when there were many people."

"We stayed here for three nights. They are different rooms. I first arrived in Marrakech on the first night, because I had to go to the desert for three days in the morning, so I slept in a hurry. After three days, I came back to live in an exquisite room. On the third day, the boss helped us upgrade to the best suite. Finally I can enjoy and see the hotel. The boss and the hosted Joseph were very enthusiastic. Although the hotel was lost for the first time in the alleys of the city center, it was familiar with the feeling of coming back to the hotel and feeling at home. I put a few pictures and a small video, I think everyone will be more clear. I really like the colors of Morocco and the style of RIAD. ."

"Away from the city center, like a manor, it occupies a large area. But many houses are still being renovated. The appearance is very good. Internal hygiene is worrying. The homestay we stayed in Europe was complete and clean. This hotel is really African. The pots and bowls are dirty and greasy. It is almost impossible to touch. It's a little scary."

"This Riyad was just amazing. We got an amazing soft welcoming by the people working there. We didn’t feel like we entered a hotel or a home stay or anything like that, we felt like we were welcomed home. The room was nice and clean. We sadly missed the breakfast because we didn’t wake up on time since we were feeling so comfy in the amazing and comfy bed. We had a soft person coming to wake us up, but not to check out like usual, it was for the massage that we asked for. I highly recommend having an oil massage there, it was really relaxing. Overall, the experience was just so nice!"

"Prós: As senhoras da cozinha e da limpeza eram adoráveis! Inclusivamente, a senhora da limpeza (que não me lembro do nome) deu-nos umas pequenas lembranças. Muito querida mesmo! O senhor que nos atendeu inicialmente também era simpático. Riad super silencioso de noite, situado numa zona calma, onde apenas passam motas e fica a uns 20 minutos da Praça Jemaa El Fna. O nosso quarto era o ……… não tinha janelas para a rua, apenas uma para dentro do Riad. Ótimo wifi no quarto. Bom AC. Os sofás no terraço eram agradáveis. Contras: O senhor (penso chamar-se Momo) parecia bastante simpático, mas revelou-se um autêntico interesseiro, especialmente na forma como tentou vender as excursões/tours. Denunciou-se em variadíssimas atitudes: primeiro tentou vender-nos os preços absurdos deles, depois quando baixou fez-nos acreditar que baixou de tal forma que ficou sem comissão, dizendo-nos que aos Portugueses e Espanhóis como eramos vizinhos e ganhávamos pouco faziam-nos bons preços, aos de outros países eles pagavam na boa o preço de tabela deles. Mesmo assim ficavam de longe mais caras do que no Get Your Guide e afins. Então passou a ser tudo mau na boca dele e dizia que os comentários bons eram pagos às pessoas para dar classificações altas. Mas o dele não!! Nas atividades dele vinham à porta do Riad buscar-nos, nas dos outros não…e então não podíamos tomar o pequeno-almoço (já pago) no Riad pois era cedo. Uma grande mentira! Nem no dele nos foram buscar ao Riad e ainda esperámos tempo sem fim pelo motorista. Cancelámos a segunda atividade com ele e claramente ficou chateado, nem se interessou em nos perguntar se correu tudo bem na atividade vendida por ele! Coincidência ou não, a da internet correu bem e no fim tiveram essa atenção. Pequeno-almoço fraco e com pouca quantidade, tivemos que pedir sempre mais. Para além de que, a comida era toda aquecida, inclusivamente o pão! O chá não era grande coisa. Piscina lá dentro não tinha água com boa cor. Piscina no terraço é um engodo pelas fotos, parece uma pequena fonte…e sem água! Simplesmente não serve para nada!"
