As very seasoned travelers, my family and I enjoy exploring the most amazing resorts and hotels around the world, which we look at with a very discriminating eye. For the Oberoi Marrakesh, it is truly difficult to find fault. The hotel, relatively new, is simply stunning with the impressive lobby and villas, as well as expansive gardens with 2700 olive trees. The acting General Manager Mamdouh is the perfect and consummate hotelier, ever present checking everything non-stop, to ensure the guest experience is nothing less than 5-stars. Jalal from their F&B outlet surprised us with an entire loaf of lemon cake to take back to London that was not available on two breakfasts which we sore missed after our first breakfast. El Habib is an amazing server ready to grant you at least three wishes with his magic lamp! Khalid the Duty Manager also asks non-stop how they can improve a service that is already par excellence. Our hats off to the amazing pastry chef who makes baked goods that rival the best Parisian patisserie. I saw the two staff who cleaned every machine in the fitness center using four sprays leaving neither dust nor germ —- they focus on the minutest detail. The whole team is just extremely well-trained and professional and very committed in their desire to exceed your expectations. The synchronization of their efforts, in the most natural and sincere manner, always with big smiles, translates to nothing less than less than a truly memorable experience. They know how to make you feel like Arab royalty! We will certainly be back!!! Thank you so much to all of you!!! Shukran! The owner of the hotel is the former King of Morocco, Mohammed VI (Morocco's King Mohammed VI). It was selected as the best hotel in the world in 2020-2021. There are 53 hotels in the whole hotel A detached Riad, each Riad only accommodates 2 people, There are nearly 500 employees in the hotel. Even when the hotel is full, the ratio of the staff to the guests is about 4 to 1. Basically, if you search for Morocco on the Internet, many pictures will pop up this hotel. Many Internet celebrities first recommend the strong Moroccan style, but the price is also very expensive. My stay in June is considered to be the off-season, and the room type I stayed in is also They are all the most basic ones, costing about HK$14,000 a night, but expensive has never been his problem... 😂 Personal check-in experience: Since each room is an independent House, it is necessary to make a reservation for check-in or not to go up and down the stairs. And such a noble hotel calls reception, the person can’t speak English (most of them can speak French, because this was a French colony before), it’s very simple to ask what time the swimming pool is charged, but they can’t answer, and they think you’re not Speaking French is very low😂, and the more senior staff feel more proud, I tried Qu Asian Sai Cuisine restaurant during my stay, and the taste is pretty good😋 In addition, it is really good to check in here, especially if it is a Spa🥰. Dear Sofitel Marrakesh Team, As a loyal guest who has been staying at Sofitel Marrakesh for the past 15 years, I want to express my continued appreciation for the high standard of service, comfort, and hospitality your hotel consistently delivers. My experiences have always been thoroughly enjoyable, which is why I continue to return year after year. I wanted to share some constructive feedback regarding the pricing for non-resident guests visiting the pool. I was surprised to see the cost set at 1000 MAD for an afternoon visit. Having recently visited several top-tier 5-star hotels in Dubai — including venues such as the Aura Skypool — I found their pool access prices significantly more reasonable, despite offering similarly or even improved premium experiences and amenities. fully appreciate the need to maintain exclusivity and quality, but I believe a more accessible pricing structure would be more suitable for guests visitors while still preserving the luxurious experience that Sofitel is known for. This is a very worthwhile hotel. It can be said to be the highlight of the entire trip to Morocco. Each room is an independent Riad courtyard. The service is friendly but not overly enthusiastic. Except for the average food, the environment can be said to be impeccable. Marrakech is actually quite dirty and messy as a whole. The inside and outside of the hotel can be said to be two different worlds. If I come to Marrakech next time, I will still consider staying here!

It was rly amazing, the Hotel looks so impressive inside and you can discover so much. The stuff is very helpful and kind. What i not liked. - the security stopped me and asked if i am a guest i found it a bit of insulting. At the end he not even apologized for asking. - we booked 2 rooms. instead of bringing both of us in each room they brought me and my friend to my room and just after asking they setuped the room for my friend - i used the minibar and drunk one beer after i wanted to pick the 2nd one i figured out someone drunk it already and putt it empty in the fridge. My luck i could solve the issue quickly with the stuff and i not had to pay it. But at this price just disappointing. Overall we had a great stay and it was very comfortable in the room and the park is great so also the cocktails and food.  If i would come back, yes with my Girlfriend a bit longer to discover more whats hidden in this Magical Hotel

The service is very good. You can go to the spa and soak in the hot springs. The service attitude is very good. Most of the staff can speak English.

Great resort for active families who like their sports. Includes paddle ball, full size football pitchel, basketball, volleyball, table tennis and lots of aqua activities. Good gym & indoor pool. Heated outdoor pool as well as a number of other outdoor pools. Includes VR/ gaming and arcades. Variety of entertainment. Lovely aqua park and water ropes course included for over 150cm people. The lobby bar is brilliant for coffee and amazing bakery. Also great for watching football. Rooms are large, modern and well equipped. Food is varied. Nice choice of non - veg like king prawns, smoked salmon, chicken kebabs, turkey steaks but can get repetitive after a few days. All inclusive drinks are good. Free shuttle bus to Medina is useful. 30 minutes away. Negative points is mainly really poor customer service, bad communication and some rude staff! Not 5 star service or attitudes! This is a number of staff from reception porters, ,bar & restaurant staff

On the day of check-in, I arrived very late and said that I wanted a quiet room, so I was sent to the innermost corner. When I entered the door, the curtains were not tight, and I felt that it was even worse. I asked for a room change. Fortunately, changing the room was fairly fast, but the room downstairs was changed, because there was a block on the second floor balcony, so the lighting was not good at all. The three meals I ate didn't have a day because the breakfast ended at 10 o'clock. The lunch and dinner were similar, and there was nothing to eat. I didn't see any seafood except grilled fish. The pictures were deceptive. There are quite a few places to play, but the water in another pool with a slide is cold, so it can only be displayed.
