We were deeply touched by the gracious upgrade to the Presidential Villa, a gesture that perfectly captured the spirit of Oberoi hospitality. The villa itself was beyond breathtaking — private, serene, and thoughtfully designed with every imaginable comfort. A heartfelt thank you to Rohan, the General Manager, whose leadership and warmth are evident in every aspect of the resort; to Arjun, whose mastery in food and beverage turned every meal into a culinary experience; and to Mamdouh, whose attentiveness and genuine care made every interaction feel personal. What truly sets The Oberoi, Marrakech apart is not just its beauty, but its people. Every team member we encountered embodied the Oberoi ethos — gracious, intuitive, and consistently exceeding expectations. Even the smallest requests, whether made in person or by email, were met with immediate, thoughtful responses. That level of responsiveness and care is rare, even among the world’s finest hotels. It was a rocky start with the fast track entry at the airport getting messed up. They didn’t have our names at the fast track desk and were really rude to us about it despite us explaining our situation to them. It really left a bad first impression since we were hoping to have a smooth and comfortable entry into the country. It’s what you expect booking “the best hotel in Marrakech” after all. At this point I was regretting not going with Amanjena. However, as we got to the hotel, the beautiful interior and attentive staff did melt our hearts a little. The staff members at breakfast were particularly pleasant. The Italian restaurant and its tasting menu was quite delightful too. But the afternoon tea left a lot to be desired. Unprofessional staff (the birds got to the cakes multiple times before they got served, they brought out the wrong tea for me, etc) made me wonder how they could be so different from the breakfast team. Regardless the hotel was undoubtedly very beautiful and we did have a wonderful time overall.

My stay at Sofitel was very comfortable, pleasant and enjoyable. Service was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Service at the breakfast buffet and pools was a little slow due to how busy it was, but the staff were always trying their best and attentive. The public areas were clean and well maintained, there was fast internet and the room facilities were clean and comfortable.

✨ A true haven of peace in the heart of the Medina! ✨ We had an unforgettable stay at Les Jardins de la Médina. The place is absolutely magnificent, a verdant and serene oasis just steps from the vibrant energy of Marrakech. Every detail is meticulously attended to: the rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated, the garden is sublime, the pool is delightful, and the scent of jasmine in the air makes the atmosphere even more magical. Special mention goes to the staff, whose kindness and attentiveness are truly exceptional—always smiling, discreet, and incredibly caring. The breakfast is delicious and varied, and dining under the orange trees is pure bliss. Thank you for this enchanting interlude. We will gladly return 💛

It was rly amazing, the Hotel looks so impressive inside and you can discover so much. The stuff is very helpful and kind. What i not liked. - the security stopped me and asked if i am a guest i found it a bit of insulting. At the end he not even apologized for asking. - we booked 2 rooms. instead of bringing both of us in each room they brought me and my friend to my room and just after asking they setuped the room for my friend - i used the minibar and drunk one beer after i wanted to pick the 2nd one i figured out someone drunk it already and putt it empty in the fridge. My luck i could solve the issue quickly with the stuff and i not had to pay it. But at this price just disappointing. Overall we had a great stay and it was very comfortable in the room and the park is great so also the cocktails and food. If i would come back, yes with my Girlfriend a bit longer to discover more whats hidden in this Magical Hotel

Great experience I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was so welcoming, and the location was very centrally located. We were never more than a 15-minute cab ride from anywhere we wanted to go. The complimentary breakfast was a nice add on, and the pool restaurant and main restaurant were also lovely.
