"The hotel is very well located in the old town of Marrakech, in Medina. In the forefront we have already organized a pick-up from the airport for €15. The staff in Riad was very helpful and friendly. The room was very small, but it is probably so common in these traditional houses. For us it was a perfect starting point to explore the Medina of Marrakech."

Amazing
NNatasha Audina SI love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!
GGuest UserI stayed at Riad Zanouba with my two children and the hospitality was excellent. The location is strategic: it is just outside the Medina. The strength point is certainly the staff, always gentle and available for any need. Excellent breakfast and we also enjoyed dinner very much (we had dinner there one night: everything wonderful!). As regards the structure, the rooms are affected by the typical riad construction: as there are no windows outside, moisture is felt and sound insonorization is almost absent, but it is quite common in this type of historic buildings. Overall, a great experience we recommend.
RRebeca Judith Jimenez VelazquezThey have been very kind to us ! Treated us great. I have had a very comfortable stay in this Riad. The staff are exceptionally nice and friendly. The breakfast is delicious. The terrace upstairs allows you to see the sunset. The swimming pool has nice warm water with bubbles. Couldn’t ask for more.
GGuest UserA beautiful riad in the heart of Medina. It was clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Although centrally located it is still quiet enough to relax and sleep. Overall a fantastic option for your trip. Would stay again.
AAnonymous UserThe staff Is very friendly and nice,
Very good breakfast and good location.
Unfortunately the humidity in the room is quite intense and there is mould in the rooms. We asked to change room because of mould sensitivity and the answer was that all the rooms have it and they cannot do much about it.
The pool is just ornamental and the services cost extra (quite overpriced compared to other place in the medina).
For the price we would expect a bit more.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and well taken care of. Check-in was quick and smooth, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional.
GGuest UserWe had communicated our arrival time via chat, but when we got there, no one was around. Luckily, some other guests let us in. We tried calling and chatting to get in touch, and eventually just picked a room ourselves. The story does have an unpleasant ending, but this initial experience doesn't reflect the rest of our stay. The riad is actually very well located, the staff are friendly, and a lovely lady makes a delicious breakfast every morning with homemade bread and cakes. So, we think the bad experience was more of an unfortunate circumstance, especially since we arrived as the daily fast (Ramadan) was ending. A tip for the riad would be to get a doorbell that links to their phone.
The amenities are basic but good. The value for money is excellent. It's clean, and with a good bed and a delicious breakfast, you don't need anything more. And they made sure we got a taxi back to the airport.
