Mountain view Hotels in Marrakech

As very seasoned travelers, my family and I enjoy exploring the most amazing resorts and hotels around the world, which we look at with a very discriminating eye. For the Oberoi Marrakesh, it is truly difficult to find fault. The hotel, relatively new, is simply stunning with the impressive lobby and villas, as well as expansive gardens with 2700 olive trees. The acting General Manager Mamdouh is the perfect and consummate hotelier, ever present checking everything non-stop, to ensure the guest experience is nothing less than 5-stars. Jalal from their F&B outlet surprised us with an entire loaf of lemon cake to take back to London that was not available on two breakfasts which we sore missed after our first breakfast. El Habib is an amazing server ready to grant you at least three wishes with his magic lamp! Khalid the Duty Manager also asks non-stop how they can improve a service that is already par excellence. Our hats off to the amazing pastry chef who makes baked goods that rival the best Parisian patisserie. I saw the two staff who cleaned every machine in the fitness center using four sprays leaving neither dust nor germ —- they focus on the minutest detail. The whole team is just extremely well-trained and professional and very committed in their desire to exceed your expectations. The synchronization of their efforts, in the most natural and sincere manner, always with big smiles, translates to nothing less than less than a truly memorable experience. They know how to make you feel like Arab royalty! We will certainly be back!!! Thank you so much to all of you!!! Shukran! Very good! We upgraded to a villa room, and the room was like a palace. The hotel garden was more beautiful than the scenic spot. The free airport shuttle cars were very luxurious. The flight luggage was delayed, and the butler and the front desk helped to call the airport to urge the luggage. Finally, we got it smoothly. Thank you very much! If you catch the right price, I really recommend experiencing Mandarin Oriental!

My experiences have always been thoroughly enjoyable, which is why I continue to return year after year. I wanted to share some constructive feedback regarding the pricing for non-resident guests visiting the pool. I was surprised to see the cost set at 1000 MAD for an afternoon visit. Having recently visited several top-tier 5-star hotels in Dubai — including venues such as the Aura Skypool — I found their pool access prices significantly more reasonable, despite offering similarly or even improved premium experiences and amenities. fully appreciate the need to maintain exclusivity and quality, but I believe a more accessible pricing structure would be more suitable for guests visitors while still preserving the luxurious experience that Sofitel is known for. The service is very good. You can go to the spa and soak in the hot springs. The service attitude is very good. Most of the staff can speak English.

1. They don't remove used dishes at breakfast. 2. They don't replace used kits (dental and shaving) 3. They don't have their own branded car. They come by calling an economy class taxi. 4. They mixed up all the massages in the SPA, but the SPA itself is good.

I chose this riad because it had high reviews, and it was just as wonderful as the reviews said. The rooms and courtyard were artistic and relaxing. The food was also delicious, and although dinner was an additional charge, the tajine pot had a simple home-cooked taste and was very tasty. Furthermore, the owner and staff were all friendly and kind, so I was very satisfied. The homely atmosphere was soothing, and it was the first time I'd ever had such a difficult time checking out. I'd definitely like to visit again.

An exceptional hotel in traditional style and Moroccan design, with a wonderful garden and great pools (especially the warm-water pool!). But of course, the Tigmiza isn't a modern luxury hotel; everything feels a bit dusty and musty. The fitness ”room,” in particular, wasn't exactly a highlight: a treadmill, a stepper, and a basic exercise bike. The sleeping mats and dumbbells were covered in sticky dust and were barely usable without towels. Nevertheless, we were able to enjoy our stay, as we had prepared ourselves for it from the start—and Marrakech is traditionally dusty! Perhaps that's what gives it its special flair. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious and varied! So, if you love the traditional ambiance and can tolerate a bit of dust and old-fashioned style, you'll have a great time at the Tigmiza!

The waiter provided first-class service! The facilities are relatively old, but the environment is beautiful and pleasant!

Much better than expected. I like the location being next to a hypermarket and public transport. The bed was decent and there was actually a fridge in the room. My room was very clean. The internet was good for one person. Speed was around 10up 5down. Not blazing fast but could video call and stream no problem. I only paid the honest and correct amount of city tax compared to other places in Morocco. Staff were friendly enough. I would actually come back - decent value for money

We had a lovely time staying at Riad dar Medina Land. Staff were fantastic and gave us a warm welcome. Breakfast was great. Great location as well, on a more hidden street but easy to walk to/from the centre and it was nice to be on the quieter side of the Medina at times. Only issue was on the first night there was a double booking so we had to stay in another riad, otherwise all good and even this situation was dealt with nicely. Would recommend staying here!
