Sofitel Marrakech Palais Imperial & Spa

The room are spacious. The service at the hotel are superb! The bed are super comfy. The only issue we had was the noise from the streets and bars outside - we hade the last corner room right in front of LV. Recommend to ask for quite rooms location, if it is important for you. Specially love dinners at L’orrangie restaurant.

We had an amazing stay at Sofitel Marrakech in a Junior Suite with a Hivernage view. The suite was spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, with a beautiful view that made it the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. What really made our stay special was the outstanding service. Every member of the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel has a luxurious yet relaxed atmosphere, and the facilities, including the pools and restaurants, were excellent. The location is perfect—close to the heart of Marrakech while still offering a peaceful escape. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable. Highly recommended!

It is a hotel I would confidently recommend, whether for a family vacation or a business trip. I would also like to thank Ms. Imane for her kind assistance during check-in. She was very helpful and welcoming. The overall ambiance of the hotel is wonderful. It has large gardens and beautiful swimming pools, and I believe everyone can enjoy their time here comfortably.

I wanted to share some constructive feedback regarding the pricing for non-resident guests visiting the pool. I was surprised to see the cost set at 1000 MAD for an afternoon visit. Having recently visited several top-tier 5-star hotels in Dubai — including venues such as the Aura Skypool — I found their pool access prices significantly more reasonable, despite offering similarly or even improved premium experiences and amenities. fully appreciate the need to maintain exclusivity and quality, but I believe a more accessible pricing structure would be more suitable for guests visitors while still preserving the luxurious experience that Sofitel is known for. My stay at Sofitel was very comfortable, pleasant and enjoyable. Service was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Service at the breakfast buffet and pools was a little slow due to how busy it was, but the staff were always trying their best and attentive. The public areas were clean and well maintained, there was fast internet and the room facilities were clean and comfortable.
