"My stay at Jinbi Clubhouse exceeded expectations. The front desk upgraded my room for free, and it was spotlessly clean. I particularly loved their bedding; it was very comfortable. All the staff were incredibly friendly. Whether it was checking in at the front desk, having breakfast in the morning, or encountering housekeeping staff, everyone would stop and greet me politely. It felt like a very professionally managed hotel! I also have to commend the location – right in the city center, making it easy to get anywhere! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Kunming!"

"First time in Kunming, I ended up choosing the well-established Grand Park Hotel. The overall decor has a very Hong Kong feel to it. The room wasn't huge, and the facilities were a bit old-fashioned, but it was very clean and the service was excellent. A special shout-out to Michael! The absolute best part was the breakfast – it was truly outstanding and definitely worth coming for on its own. It was clean and hygienic, with a wide variety of high-quality options. There weren't many traditional stir-fries, leaning more towards Western choices. The roasted chicken was incredibly tender and flavorful. The homemade yogurt was also a highlight. The hotel's location is also excellent; you can see Green Lake Park from your room, and there are tons of tourist spots nearby. The little streets nearby are great for exploring. All in all, I highly recommend it; it's fantastic value for money!"

"During the National Day holiday, we came to Kunming for a trip and did a lot of research beforehand. Online reviews all said that Sofitel was the top choice for scenic views in Kunming, so we specifically chose to stay here, and the experience certainly didn't disappoint. As soon as we got out of the car, a handsome bellboy came over to help with our luggage; I don't know his name, but his looks were definitely on point. We stayed for two nights and experienced different room types, especially the Deluxe Suite, which we absolutely loved. The Sofitel Kunming offers expansive views from its high floors, and the city nightscape is stunning. The floor-to-ceiling windows make every photo feel like a masterpiece. A special thank you to Amy, the Front Desk Manager, who not only has incredibly high颜值 (beauty) but also provides warm and thoughtful service. Check-in was smooth, and we felt comfortable throughout. The executive lounge was another highlight; the food quality was excellent, with a rich variety, and paired with the high-altitude views, the atmosphere was perfectly set. The staff in the executive lounge were also all attractive. The rooftop cigar bar had a great ambiance with light music, enhancing the cigar experience. The hotel's breakfast offerings were endless, a fusion of Chinese and Western cuisine. Sofitel Kunming is impeccable in terms of food, service, and views; overall, it offers excellent value for money. Whether for a leisurely vacation or a short getaway, this is a top accommodation choice in Kunming. We will definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit the Spring City!"

"I stayed here a few days before the October holiday, and then went to another city to travel. When I came back, because of the good experience before, I decisively booked here again. I was very satisfied with my stay at Crowne Plaza Kunming City Centre. The front office managers, Jenny, Nova, and Angel, followed up on my room every day and asked about my needs, making me feel at home. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent. I highly recommend it! Additionally, I compared the prices of souvenirs and tobacco/alcohol counters on the first floor of the lobby with outside stores, and they were similar. So if you're traveling and want to buy souvenirs, you can buy them with confidence."

"I have to say, choosing Novotel Living over a hotel for our family trip was an incredibly smart decision. Here's my review: **Service:** This deserves a commendation first and foremost. The staff were available 24/7, ready to assist with anything we needed. When we first checked in, a bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working. After informing the front desk, it was fixed by the time we returned from dinner. The apartment has an induction cooker for heating food, and when we requested pots, bowls, and cutlery from the front desk, they were delivered immediately. The service was absolutely fantastic! **Facilities:** The apartment's facilities are brand new. The refrigerator, washing machine, and range hood are all Haier brand appliances, and all the bathroom fixtures are German Villeroy & Boch. The decor, construction materials, and furniture selection were also very thoughtful. Whether it was the sofa, chairs, or bed, everything was super comfortable! **Cleanliness:** Housekeeping cleaned promptly and thoroughly every day. Towels, laundry detergent, toiletries, and drinking water were replenished regularly, and if we needed more, they delivered it right away! **Location:** The hotel apartment is right outside Exit A of Fuhai Station on Metro Line 5. It's incredibly convenient, yet without the noise and traffic congestion of tourist areas. An excellent choice of location! What's more, we initially booked a standard family room, but they spontaneously upgraded us to a free loft apartment! It had independent bedrooms on two levels and two bathrooms, which my family absolutely loved. Thank you for this wonderful surprise!
