"Of all the hotels I've stayed in, the service at this one truly impressed me, and I have to give it high praise! From the moment I booked, I felt their exceptional attentiveness. Customer service proactively called to confirm my check-in time and asked if I had any special requests, like wanting a higher floor or a quiet room. Upon arrival, a staff member immediately offered to help with my luggage, and the front desk processed my check-in quickly, even offering me a bottle of water. It was a hot day in Kunming, and that water instantly cooled me down. Check-out was just as smooth. The front desk asked about my stay and if I had any suggestions, and even gave me a small tea souvenir. The entire stay felt as comfortable and relaxed as visiting a friend's home, with no sense of formality whatsoever. The hardware facilities were also great. The room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the Chinese-style decor was grand and tasteful – not a tacky imitation of antiquity, but a well-designed modern Chinese aesthetic that was perfect for photos. I genuinely recommend this hotel to everyone. You'll understand what 'home away from home' truly means after just one stay!"

"Although it's an older hotel, the lobby is still maintained very clean and grand. The rooms, however, show more noticeable signs of aging and aren't particularly spacious. That said, the service level is definitely up to par. We chose a room with a panoramic view of Cuihu Lake, and right outside, there are plenty of local eateries on Qianju Street, as well as some nice coffee shops and libraries… The location advantage is simply unbeatable. During the peak summer travel season, right next to the prime real estate of Cuihu Lake, what more could you ask for in terms of value for money?"

"My flight was heavily delayed, leaving me stranded without a ride home, so I decided to stay at a hotel near the airport. Luckily, the hotel shuttle was conveniently located just to the right of the airport exit, and it ran every 20 minutes, taking me straight to the hotel. I was only planning to crash for a night, but to my surprise, the stay exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious with great amenities, including a sofa. The bathroom had a fantastic wet/dry separation, and the shower had amazing water pressure and hot water – it was incredibly refreshing. The best part? The price was super affordable! For just over 200, it was better than some 500+ hotels I've stayed at in Sanya. Highly recommend it! The only downside was hearing planes taking off and landing while trying to sleep."

"This place is located in a great location. There are malls just opposite which is great if you do not have plans and just want to hang around. Downstairs, there are various local food places which served good food. The hotel itself is located in k9 apartments, right next to Novotel Hotel. The reception messaged us on Trip.com on the day of our arrival to provide us with information on how to reach the hotel & the address to set in our Didi. As this was our last hotel before returning home, I honestly had alot of Taobao kuai di which the receptionist picked up for me patiently throughout all 3 days of our stay. I could not be more grateful esp when 1 of my package was sent to a place about 1.5km away from the hotel. They would wechat us on a daily basis to confirm if we needed housekeeping or if we needed any amenities. Within the room, there was a play room which my kids absolutely loved. They saw it as their private space and played inside on their own when the adults would busy. There was a washer / dryer located within the room which was so helpful. & a working fridge. We were provided with disposable coverings for the toilet bowl & bathtub and also toothbrush (including children’s toothbrush & bedroom slippers). The staircase to the loft was also safe with handrails and big enough steps to not fall / miss a step. Overall, I would definitely choose this place again if I visited Kunmin again."

"This is my go-to choice every time I visit Kunming. Each stay arranged by Heidi has been wonderful. I particularly love the hotel's 270-degree corner view rooms. The high-floor panoramic windows offer expansive views, allowing you to see the entire Kunming cityscape right from your room – the urban scenery is completely unobstructed. Even on a rainy or cloudy day in Kunming, it's a different kind of beautiful; the entire city is enveloped in a light mist, and the view outside the window is hazy and atmospheric. Sitting by the window watching the clouds roll in is incredibly relaxing. The hotel's location is excellent, making getting around very convenient. It's very friendly for those driving, as the parking lot has charging stations, so both driving and parking are hassle-free. It's also very close to the high-speed train station, a quick taxi ride away, and getting to Changshui International Airport by taxi is also easy. This makes it suitable for both business travelers and those on a layover. The room itself is comfortable and clean, and the high-altitude view provides an exceptional experience. Whether it's enjoying the panoramic city views on a clear day or the misty spring city scenery on a rainy day, it's uniquely charming. Considering the transportation, facilities, and views, this is my top choice for accommodation in Kunming, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended."
