Atour X Hotel Kunming Old Street Wuyi Road

The Atour X Hotel on Wuyi Road, Kunming Old Street, was a great stay., Grateful for the late check out. even gave a small gift upon check-out, .The only slight drawback is that there are only two elevators, so you might have to wait during peak hours.

Great location. Kunming old street just beside the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby was at the building 4th just take escalator to reach. Recommend hotel

The hotel is centrally located to the Kunming laojie and wuyi road shopping district and walking distance to a lot of food, restaurants and shopping. It provides standard Atour hotels service which I like. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The air conditioning is good too. However, there are only 2 lifts which are not enough to service the number of clients and the lifts take a long time to come to the level. The other issue is with the door. As the hotel is testing to sound proof the rooms by placing a shield around the door, it resulted in difficulties in closing the door. U have to close a few times to ensure it is locked before leaving. There was once we thought it was closed, but only to come back to realise we have not closed it properly.
