YYinyuezouqiI had a thoroughly satisfying 3-day, 2-night New Year's Eve stay. I also got to experience the lively atmosphere at Dianchi Town (Outlet). The hotel's location is excellent, right in the Wangfujing Outlet at the Convention and Exhibition Center, making dining and shopping very convenient. As for the hotel itself, the overall service was exceptional; the staff were friendly, attentive, and responsible. The rooms were spacious with unique layouts, and while the breakfast selection wasn't huge, every item was high quality. Lunch was a fixed set menu, one portion per person, and it was quite tasty.
I do have one suggestion: since the hotel is on the third floor of a shopping center, it's genuinely hard to find for first-time visitors. Although the hotel has put up a sign near a certain underground parking entrance in the plaza (as pictured), taxis and ride-sharing apps can't pinpoint the exact location. Could there be a larger, more prominent sign? The first time, because I was dropped off about 20 meters away, I spent over 10 minutes searching up and down and all around for the elevator entrance (because navigation can't differentiate between floors). On subsequent trips back, not a single driver managed to pull up to the correct spot.

AAnonymous User✔️ **Amazing Sunsets:** With west-facing floor-to-ceiling windows, I could lie in bed and watch the sunset over the Western Hills, painting the river crimson and filling the room with golden light.
✔️ **Stunning Night Views:** Overlooking Kunming city from above, the light show combined with the twinkling city lights created an incredible nighttime atmosphere.
✔️ **Perfect for City Exploration:** Downstairs is Spring City 66, and it's a short walk to Nanping Street, Kunming Old Street, and Zhengyi Square. Huang Gong Dong Street and Green Lake are also nearby, offering endless opportunities for eating, shopping, and photography. It's also very close to venues for stand-up comedy and the 'Dynamic Yunnan' show. Staying here in Kunming truly made my trip effortless and picture-perfect. A big thank you to Emily for her thoughtful, meticulous, professional, and warm service, which made my weekend trip to the Spring City so comfortable and enjoyable.

Qqxc1963The rooms are clean and tidy, the service is warm and attentive, and the facilities are complete. The lobby has a strong artistic design. The hotel also features a hot spring, swimming pool, and gym. The environment is beautiful, a garden-style hotel with lush greenery, quiet, and within walking distance to Haigeng Dam, Yunnan Nationalities Village, and Haigeng Park. The hotel's breakfast offers a wide variety, and the Chinese restaurant serves delicious food, especially the clay pot rice. We initially planned to stay for two days but extended our stay for a few more.

MMarc1The hotel is beautifully located by a serene, quiet lake, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing stay. It is particularly popular among families with children, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The breakfast is fantastic, especially if you go early in the morning when the food is freshly prepared. However, later in the day, the selection may not be as fresh.
While the staff does not speak English, navigating your stay is still manageable with some basic Chinese and the help of Google Translate—just as it is in many parts of China.
I highly recommend booking a room with a spa on the balcony. These rooms are located on the second floor, offering greater privacy and more outdoor space. The spa feature itself can be a bit tricky to use—you need to ensure the water level is just right, as too much or too little will prevent it from working properly.
Overall, the hotel is very clean, and the staff is accommodating and responsive to any requests. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent amenities, this is a great choice.

1130hmVery close to Kunming Changshui International Airport and offers a complimentary shuttle service. The rice noodles were delicious, and the bundled deals were very cost-effective. As a transit stop, it offers excellent value for money. The staff were all very friendly and responsible. A big thank you for express mailing our forgotten items back home. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

AAutumnLeafI stayed at Cachet Boutique Hotel Kunming on 25–26 October and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located a little away from the main pedestrian street, but the area around it has plenty of lively bars and cafés that attract a younger crowd — great if you enjoy a vibrant atmosphere.
The hotel itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. I was really impressed by the stylish decor, quality amenities, and the spacious room layout. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Checking in/out was fast and hassle free.
As an additional benefit, the hotel is located 10 minutes from the train station.
Overall, it’s excellent value for money — I’d definitely recommend Cachet Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Kunming who’s looking for comfort, style, and a touch of local charm.

HHaichiThis hotel's location is superb! It's super close to Cuihu Park and other nearby attractions, making getting around a breeze. The hotel service is excellent, the facilities are new, and the rooms are spotless. The smart controls in the room are a nice touch.
The freshly baked flower cakes offered by the front desk were delicious 😋👍. And the fact that they provide breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks is really thoughtful and offers great value for money!
I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Kunming!

The 24-hour front desk staff are warm and reliable, and you can even store your luggage for free. The common areas are spacious, and the terrace and billiards room are perfect for socializing. It's spotlessly clean and offers great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming!

Check-in was super fast, and she even thoughtfully recommended local restaurants and attractions. Our room was spotless, the linens smelled fresh like sunshine, and all the facilities were great – plenty of hot water and strong air conditioning. It was so quiet at night, which made for a perfect sleep. The breakfast spread was also excellent, with a wide variety of both Western and Chinese options, and everything tasted delicious. When we checked out, the staff even proactively asked for our feedback, which was a lovely touch. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

GGuest UserWonderful place to stay, I love the vibe and energy of the hostel itself. I did not stay enough to enjoy to lovely activities and community but I absolutely reccommend this place. I stayed in 8 women room and I appreciated the cleanliness of the bed, bedsheet, locker etc. That is very important as it is the only space just for you. Bathroom was ok, I did not know it is mixed but I did not have any problem - and it was also clean. I like the option of the restaurant and free tea at the reception. Location is also great! Kunming is lovely and artsy town🫶
