"Very beautiful hotel with many extra experiences you can try. The breakfast is very good, we recommend trying the special ‘crossing the bridge noodles’. It feels like so much attention has been taken with all of the details of the decor and also with many small touches like complimentary laundry service and amenities that make the stay extra comfortable and stress free. Staff were very nice. In terms of wheelchair access, step free entrance and ground floor rooms are available. We will stay here again next time we are in Kunming."
