Gefei VX Hotel (North Square of Kunming Railway Station)

The room was bright and spacious, impeccably clean with no strange odors, and the soundproofing was also quite good. The location is excellent, making travel very convenient, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. I had a very comfortable stay and it definitely deserves a five-star rating.

The service was excellent! They helped us carry all our shopping bags and even pushed the cart to our room 🤭. The location is super convenient – it's less than a 5-minute walk to Kunming Station, just around the corner! This is incredibly handy for anyone catching a high-speed train the next day 👍🏻. The front desk staff even upgraded our room for free! Plus, there are plenty of food options downstairs, which is a big plus!

The hotel has a modern design with smart home features throughout, and I was surprised to find wireless charging by the bed – a first for me! **Facilities:** The new decor is fantastic, no complaints there. The bed, pillows, and duvet were all incredibly comfortable. **Cleanliness:** Spotlessly clean. **Environment:** It's conveniently located near the train station, which is great for train travel, but the area around it can be a bit chaotic. **Service:** Very good. The location is also excellent, making getting around super convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the train station, and it was easy to hail a taxi right outside. The room itself was quite spacious with a well-thought-out layout. All the facilities were complete and very new. I slept incredibly soundly, and the washroom area was also very clean. The value for money at this price point is truly outstanding.
