"We loved it here! The location is excellent, it's clean, and the facilities are complete. Although the reception staff didn't speak English, it wasn't a problem because we could easily communicate via WeChat, and they took great care of me. The bathroom has separate shower and toilet areas, and importantly, a bidet (though the pressure wasn't very strong, it was better than many hotels that don't have one). They also provide bottled water, and you can ask for more. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, if I have the opportunity to return to Kunming, I would definitely choose to stay here again and would happily recommend it to others. There might be a slight cigarette smell for those with a sensitive nose, but it's not noticeable for those who aren't bothered by it. The lighting in the room is beautiful, making for great photos."

The rooms are clean and tidy, equipped with smart facilities, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The rooftop terrace offers excellent views of Dianchi Lake. The staff provided warm and thoughtful service, and transportation is also very convenient. My stay was perfect, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. When I asked about extending for another night, the lady boss kindly offered the same price and upgraded me to a much bigger room with a bathtub. She was very friendly and helpful.

If you're craving Yunnan hotpot, head to Yiduo Cloud, and for Cantonese or Sichuan cuisine, Xile is the place. They really cover all taste preferences, and the prices are very reasonable. Having hot springs, dining, and accommodation all in one place made for a super convenient and relaxing experience!

**Facilities**: This is a hot spring resort that's well-maintained despite its age. Villa 10 is perfectly situated, and the facilities are in excellent condition – not a single sliding door was out of order or stuck, which is quite impressive. However, it would be even better if the front door locks were upgraded.
**Cleanliness**: Very clean, very satisfied.
**Environment**: I walked all around the resort grounds; the scenery is beautiful. Beyond the expansive lake views, there's also a hidden gem of a pond with bald cypress trees.
**Service**: Absolutely more than five points, more than five stars – truly perfect. The golf carts were available on call, and the turndown service was meticulous. A special thanks to Ms. Yang at the front desk for helping to coordinate our departure transfer, adding another wonderful touch to our trip.
**Afternoon Tea Experience**: The taste was exquisite; I even worried I might never find such delicious pastries elsewhere again.
**Airport Transfer Service**: The transfer car was good, and the driver was skilled and provided thoughtful service.
**Outdoor Garden Hot Spring Experience**: The hot springs were great. The bathing area even thoughtfully provided a stool for seniors, though the lighting in the changing area was really too dim to see the locker numbers.
**Food**: The food was also good. I really liked the mushroom and radish dish at dinner, and the roasted duck was unique. The breakfast rice noodles were outstanding! And the gulls loved the birdseed provided for them too.

My only suggestion would be to separate the male and female public bathrooms; that would definitely improve the experience. Downstairs, there are plenty of places to eat and shop, everything you could possibly need. Plus, there's a large mall right across the street and the night market is very close by.

The room is spacious, perfect for families, very clean, and the service is attentive. The breakfast offers a good variety, and both the elderly and children loved it. GIN was very thoughtful and professional, and the room arrangement was very satisfactory.

GGuest UserWe had a pleasant stay at this hotel before catching a morning flight. We found it very good value for money. The room was spacious and the hotel was very quiet. The beds are quite hard but we didn't mind that.
The hotel is about 25-min walk from the airport and seems to have a shuttle to take clients to the airport but they didn't tell us about this when we checked-in so we had to take a taxi when we could have planned better our schedule to make it to the shuttle. Ask about this when you check-in!
I would recommend against getting the breakfast. It didn't have many good options and most dishes were very oily. They have a noodle station that we didn't try, so if you like this kind of breakfast, maybe it's worth it for you.
Despite this we would still likely stay here again if we wanted to be near the airport.

GGuest UserThe owner upgraded me to a loft king room. The room was very rustic and had a unique Yunnan charm. Breakfast included rice noodles, soy milk, and various grains. The owner even came downstairs to pick me up. The location is about 790 meters from the old town, making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around. The conditioner was also really good!
