Arrived at the front desk was greeted and served by 大肘子 swift and polite response with a friendly and caring team. 大肘子 constantly checking on guest for any concerns and comfortability during my stays. The hotel is located in the heart of great amenities, shopping malls, 24/7 street food stalls as soon as you stepped out. Walking distance to Old Beijing street with lots of shops and attractions. The hotel is well maintained and cleaned. The room is cleaned and spacious, well equipped with a good hair dryer and a clothes steamer. There is a gym, laundry room with detergent for Free usage. The breakfast offers a wide range of varieties. Overall the front staffs are helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel .

“Very impressed! The male staff member named Wayne provided excellent service. He was always cheerful, friendly, and had an exceptional service mind. He carried multiple bags by himself and whenever he saw us looking confused or having any issues, he immediately came over to help. Whether it was storing our shopping bags, calling a car, or delivering items, he handled everything for us by himself. Every time we walked past him, he would smile and greet us. If I visit Kunming again in the future, I will definitely stay here again because of him. His service is truly outstanding!
非常满意！那位名叫小杨的男员工服务特别好，总是笑容满面、态度亲切，服务意识非常强。他一个人帮我们提了好几个行李，每次看到我们有些疑惑或遇到问题时，都会立刻跑过来询问并提供帮助。不管是寄存行李、叫车还是送东西，都是他一个人帮我们全部处理。每次我们从他身边走过，他都会微笑并主动打招呼。如果以后再来昆明旅游，我一定还会选择住这里，就是因为这位员工。服务真的非常棒！

Fantastic location - 10 min walk to shopping and Kunming Old Street.
Room furnishings and toilet amenities are modern and looks very new. Beddings are very comfortable and room is well ventilated. I had a very good night sleep.
I would definitely come back to the hotel when I come to Kunming again.

We arrived late in the night and was told we were upgraded to a bigger. But alas, when we went to our room. It was really warm and stuff. The room thermostat showed that it was 28 degrees. We called the front desk who said they would send some one to see to it. We went out of the room and came back, nothing changed. Had to call the front desk again to which they told us it was central heating and they couldn’t cool the room. They couldn’t change our room either. They offered to offer the central heating to the room and on some ventilation. It made no difference. For the third time, we went down to the front desk to demand something be done, the duty manager finally offered to bring an air purifier that may help circulate the air and a bucket of ice to help cool the room. It did little to improve the situation. After a night in the oven. I’m glad we are out of here. We repeatedly asked for a change in room but were told the hotel is full. 🤷🏻♀️

Perfect location! .
The room was very clean and comfortable, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.
Only thing is the toilet seat is without warmer. 😂

We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is spotless — everything from the lobby to the rooms is exceptionally clean and well maintained. It’s not a budget hotel, but definitely worth the price for the comfort and convenience you get.
The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the city, surrounded by shopping malls, local markets, and plenty of great food options just steps away. Perfect for families who want everything within walking distance!
The staff were polite and attentive, always making sure we had what we needed. The room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable — ideal after a long day of exploring. My kids loved the stay too, which says a lot!
If you’re looking for a clean, family-friendly hotel that’s right in the action yet peaceful inside, this place is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!
