Facilities: The hotel opened this year, so everything is super clean and the facilities are all brand new. We arrived in Kunming at night, and it's really close to Kunming Station, within walking distance, which was very convenient. Ambiance: The environment is also excellent. We checked in around midnight, and the kids were too tired, so I didn't get a chance to take photos. But as soon as we walked in, it felt so beautiful, like stepping into a cafe 🥰. Service: The service was absolutely top-notch. The ladies helped us with our luggage, gave little gifts to the kids, and even showed us to our room. So thoughtful ❤️. The room is very clean, bright and spacious. The facilities are very new, with electric curtains, automatic toilet, and very comfortable pillows, one soft and one hard. The hair conditioner received positive reviews from my sister-in-law, hahaha. There is a clothesline in the shower room, which is convenient. Convenient transportation, very close to the subway station. The service was very good. When checking in, we were given warm chrysanthemum water and hot towels to wipe off the dust from the journey. The breakfast is also good, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western restaurants. I am very satisfied with my stay, and my family members give it high praise. Recommended stay.

We chose this hotel because it was relatively close to the event location we were attending with our child. The shuttle service was excellent; they greeted us with snacks and lollipops for the little one, and the eye mask they provided was quite useful – our child was very happy! Plus, the subway station is right at the entrance, making it super convenient for getting around!

We chose a two-bedroom suite with our family here. The hotel facilities are quite old overall, and we stayed for three or four days. It's an older hotel, and while you can still see its past glory and the essence of its design, the overall color scheme and facilities now feel dated. However, the front desk and butler service were excellent, almost always accommodating our requests. Overall, we were satisfied. The downstairs pool, kids' play area, and even the evening entertainment were all pretty good. The outdoor hot spring was our favorite part, but unfortunately, it rained, so we only got to go once.

We recently stayed at this hotel with my husband and had quite a mixed experience – some parts were truly lovely, while others left us a bit disappointed. First of all, the villa itself was absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious. The natural hot spring water was one of the highlights of our stay — such a relaxing and unique experience. The surrounding territory is also well-maintained and very peaceful, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying nature. However, it’s important to note that the location is quite remote — it took us around an hour to get to places where we could eat or enjoy a cup of coffee. This is understandable considering the mountain setting and access to hot springs. The afternoon tea was decent, and although lunch wasn’t included in our stay, we tried the local mixian noodles and they were absolutely delicious! Must try! Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing, especially for guests like us who don’t eat pork or pork oil - there were very few options. A few maintenance and cleanliness issues also affected our stay. The outdoor pool was not super clean, some insects were swimming there. While we really loved the hot spring bathtub in the villa, the facilities could use a bit more upkeep. The toilet setup was quite basic — a minimum upgrade like a bidet spray or shower toilet would make a big difference, especially for international or Muslim guests. A more distressing part of our stay was that we found dead insects under the blanket in our bed after returning to our room one evening 🥲 I do appreciate the staff’s polite and kind response – they offered tea and explained it may have fallen from the ceiling – but for someone with a strong phobia of insects, this made it difficult to sleep and really affected my comfort. I do believe this is something that should be taken more seriously, especially in a hotel of this level. Despite these issues, the staff was very polite, cute and extremely helpful & friendly, and I can see the potential for a truly magical experience here with just a few improvements. I really wanted to love everything — and part of me did — but I was also happy to go back home, just to feel more comfortable and relaxed.

I absolutely loved this hotel in every aspect. The service was attentive and meticulous, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. Plus, they even extend breakfast until 1:30 PM, which is a huge bonus! The value for money is exceptional, and the location is very convenient for transportation. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip.

The greenery at this hotel is absolutely stunning! The two large green trees right at the entrance are incredibly eye-catching, and the entire courtyard is enveloped in lush plants. The common areas extensively use wood finishes and red brick, and there's a super comfortable lobby bar on the first floor perfect for relaxing – you could sit there and just zone out without feeling like you're wasting time. My favorite part was the light and shadow cast by the sun filtering through the floor-to-ceiling glass and greenery in the lobby; enjoying a complimentary coffee there was pure bliss. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and with a shopping district right downstairs, both transportation and dining options were super convenient.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and my experience was absolutely fantastic. The location is great, near Kunming Station, and very close to MixC and Spring City 66, so the surrounding amenities are super convenient. The service was top-notch, and staying on a high floor allowed for amazing night views. The best part, though, was the incredibly comfortable swimming pool. I highly recommend it to everyone! Facilities: This is a Shangri-La Group express hotel, boasting a stylish and modern design. It shares the same building with the main Shangri-La hotel, so guests have access to their gym and swimming pool. The brand-new amenities make for a very comfortable stay. Location: It's conveniently located near the Parc 66 shopping mall area, and the Tuodong Sports Center Metro Station (Line 3) is right outside, making travel easy. Service: The hotel's Kaitang Cafe offers an excellent breakfast with a wide variety of high-quality dishes, including local specialties and outstanding bakery items. The restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. The fitness center also provides fantastic service; they even offer complimentary coffee after your workout. I'd also like to thank the front desk staff, ISABEL, LOUIS, and HALINA, for their excellent service during my stay.

The hotel is located in the city center, offering excellent transportation links. It's convenient for walking to nearby attractions and taking a taxi for further ones. Jingjing upgraded our room, which was spacious with great natural light. The bathroom's wet and dry areas were well-separated, making it clean and refreshing to use. She also thoughtfully recommended local tours and dining options. The surrounding area is well-developed, making for a fantastic travel experience.
