I had a very comfortable stay this time! The location is super convenient, just a ten-minute walk to Kunming Station, and it's easy to catch a taxi to the airport. The room was spotless and very well soundproofed, so it was quiet at night. The breakfast had a great selection, including rice noodles, shaomai, bread, and hot stir-fried dishes, all of which tasted good. The staff were very attentive and always greeted guests with a smile, looking energetic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming.

An incredibly satisfying stay! Breakfast goes late, and they even offer afternoon tea and a late-night snack. If you don't feel like going out, you can easily have all three meals right at the hotel. The late-night snacks were delicious every day, and the afternoon tea cakes were always different, with a variety of fresh fruits daily. The hotel service was also excellent; the butler was available 24/7, helping with laundry and drying. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out and helped with our luggage. The hotel also has a great terrace for photos, which turned out wonderfully! It was a delightful trip, and I'll definitely visit again next time. Five stars!

Five stars to the DoubleTree by Hilton Kunming Airport! From the lobby environment and room cleanliness to the breakfast and airport shuttle service, everything met a high standard, making for a very comfortable stay. I especially want to commend Cai Cai. I was quite tired upon arrival, but Cai Cai was incredibly patient, efficiently handled my check-in, thoroughly explained all hotel services, and even offered thoughtful advice regarding my flight schedule. Any questions I had were answered promptly and properly, truly demonstrating exceptional service. The hotel maintains excellent quality control, and with such outstanding staff service, it has become my go-to choice for layovers in Kunming. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling through Changshui Airport.

This newly opened downtown hotel, built in 2025, is a gem! It's just a 3-minute walk to Kunming Old Street, Shuncheng, and Jinma Biji Archway. Plus, there are tons of amazing food options nearby, making it the perfect base for any food-loving adventurer. The entire room features smart controls, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. While the hairdryer isn't a Dyson, the Laifen is still excellent. We even received complimentary welcome fruit upon arrival, and the minibar is entirely free. The concierge was proactive in helping with our luggage, and the views from our 28th-floor room, overlooking the city lights at night, were stunning. The 24-hour gym is a huge plus, allowing me to work out whenever I wanted – a truly thoughtful amenity. Many star-rated hotels are still stuck with traditional satellite TV, so it was a delight to find that this one offers screen mirroring that works seamlessly. The smart entertainment system is a standout feature, and I give it a big thumbs up! (*≧∪≦)👍🏻 Now, let's talk about breakfast: The selection of Chinese and Western dishes is extensive, including many authentic Yunnan specialties. The rare pea flour, kumiss, five-color glutinous rice, and flower cakes were all outstanding and delicious. My only regret is not getting to try the Eggs Benedict – a slight disappointment. The restaurant service was exceptional. The staff were friendly and attentive, proactively guiding us to our table. They even offered coffee to go, cleared plates promptly, and provided warm and thorough service throughout. This truly enhanced my experience. Justin Liu deserves a special mention for his proactive enthusiasm and prompt responses. Five stars!

I booked this hotel specifically for an early morning flight. Its location right next to Kunming Changshui Airport made getting around incredibly easy. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport, and the driver was punctual, saving me the hassle of dragging my luggage and finding a taxi. The room was meticulously clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the pillows were just the right firmness, ensuring a good night's sleep even for a short stay. Knowing I wouldn't have time for a sit-down breakfast before my early flight, the hotel thoughtfully provided a packed breakfast with bread and milk, allowing me to refuel on the go. The overall service was attentive and thoughtful, and the value for money is excellent. It's a fantastic choice for an overnight layover. I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I have an early flight from Kunming.

The location is incredibly convenient! It's just a 20-minute drive to the airport, and you can walk to MixC Shopping Mall and Donghua Farmers Market. Getting to Old Street takes only about 10 minutes by taxi, making it super easy to get around and explore. The room was spotless, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The soundproofing was much better than I expected. The staff were all so friendly and polite, always quick to help with any issues. The breakfast spread was also excellent, and the rice noodles were delicious. My stay was absolutely perfect!

Our first stop on our Yunnan trip was Kunming, and we chose a five-star hotel near the city center. Upon arrival, we were greeted by staff who guided us in, and the ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even thoughtfully prepared toiletries specifically for our child, which was a very nice touch. The hotel itself is grand and impressive, and the breakfast buffet was even more so, with staff on hand to recommend dishes – truly delicious! What really surprised us was the gym; it's fully equipped, comparable to a dedicated fitness center, and they even provide towels. Working out there felt amazing afterwards! This level of facilities is something homestays just can't compete with... (The only minor downside was the slow internet speed, both Wi-Fi and 5G).

## Facilities: Although the interior facilities are a bit dated, they come with up-to-date features like electric curtain openers. ## Hygiene: Generally, the hygiene was good. The staff (front desk, housekeeping, and pool staff) were all very enthusiastic and responsible, offering me a lot of help. However, some corners and edges could use improvement, such as the large water stains on the balcony. ## Environment: The environment is quiet. While the location isn't exceptionally unique, it's convenient for getting to the train station and Dianchi Lake, and it's very peaceful for sleeping at night. ## Service: All the staff were very hardworking and enthusiastic. Thank you for all the help during my stay. We had two children, and they even gave them a hot spring ticket and a souvenir. Overall, this is an excellent choice for a family trip to Kunming.

Overall, it was genuinely great. I stayed here with my parents and child, and the beds were quite large. The breakfast was plentiful; though I didn't get to try it, my parents did and they were very happy, which made me happy too. The front desk staff was excellent. When my child wasn't feeling well, they told us which hospital to go to, and all our questions and issues were communicated and resolved promptly. The hotel also has a laundry room. It was a pleasant stay, and the location was convenient for getting everywhere. Really good!

The in-room amenities are smart and having direct drinking water is very convenient. The room was cleaned spotlessly every day. They even prepared a surprise birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful touch! The location is great, with a Hang Lung Plaza nearby and direct subway access right outside the door. The front desk staff, Isabel, Andy, and Lynn, were all very warm, attentive, and dedicated.
