Must give five stars! The front desk service was absolutely top-notch; the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home the moment you step in. The hotel's interior was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The biggest surprise was the express laundry service, which is so convenient for travelers. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Kunming!

This newly opened downtown hotel, built in 2025, is a gem! It's just a 3-minute walk to Kunming Old Street, Shuncheng, and Jinma Biji Archway. Plus, there are tons of amazing food options nearby, making it the perfect base for any food-loving adventurer. The entire room features smart controls, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. While the hairdryer isn't a Dyson, the Laifen is still excellent. We even received complimentary welcome fruit upon arrival, and the minibar is entirely free. The concierge was proactive in helping with our luggage, and the views from our 28th-floor room, overlooking the city lights at night, were stunning. The 24-hour gym is a huge plus, allowing me to work out whenever I wanted – a truly thoughtful amenity. Many star-rated hotels are still stuck with traditional satellite TV, so it was a delight to find that this one offers screen mirroring that works seamlessly. The smart entertainment system is a standout feature, and I give it a big thumbs up! (*≧∪≦)👍🏻 Now, let's talk about breakfast: The selection of Chinese and Western dishes is extensive, including many authentic Yunnan specialties. The rare pea flour, kumiss, five-color glutinous rice, and flower cakes were all outstanding and delicious. My only regret is not getting to try the Eggs Benedict – a slight disappointment. The restaurant service was exceptional. The staff were friendly and attentive, proactively guiding us to our table. They even offered coffee to go, cleared plates promptly, and provided warm and thorough service throughout. This truly enhanced my experience. Justin Liu deserves a special mention for his proactive enthusiasm and prompt responses. Five stars!

This hotel was a stopover for my return flight from Kunming the next day. I originally planned to book a different hotel, but I saw the good reviews and decided to go with this one for its value for money. It was indeed a good choice. It's newly renovated, and the facilities are very new, not inferior to other hotels. It's quite noisy near the airport at night, and the neighbors were also loud, but they provided earplugs, which was great. For breakfast, there were four stir-fried dishes. The dining area was small and very cramped. Lower-priced hotels tend to attract guests who hog seats and grab food... Finally, this was the only hotel that didn't call me before check-in, and I thought that was that. But after checking out, they called me for a good review... The environment is decent, but the service doesn't quite measure up and can't compare to other hotels.

Private car drop-off service at Kunming South Railway Station: Fully equipped facilities, highly recommended. Room type upgraded. Service: The location is very close to the high-speed rail station, and there's a subway station about 50 meters away. It's incredibly convenient, and breakfast is included. The emotional value is through the roof!!!

Overall, it was genuinely great. I stayed here with my parents and child, and the beds were quite large. The breakfast was plentiful; though I didn't get to try it, my parents did and they were very happy, which made me happy too. The front desk staff was excellent. When my child wasn't feeling well, they told us which hospital to go to, and all our questions and issues were communicated and resolved promptly. The hotel also has a laundry room. It was a pleasant stay, and the location was convenient for getting everywhere. Really good!

Traveling with the whole family, we chose this hotel and it completely exceeded our expectations. The room was meticulously cleaned, with not a speck of dust even in the corners. The lighting and ventilation were excellent, and the mattress had just the right firmness, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The staff were all very polite and gentle, and both check-in and check-out were handled very efficiently. It's conveniently located near dining and shopping options, and the soundproofing was good, so it was quiet and peaceful at night. We couldn't find any faults with the hygiene, service, or environment, and it was also convenient for our child to do homework. We had a comfortable stay and highly recommend it.

I spent a long time choosing a hotel for our trip to Kunming because I wanted somewhere that would keep the kids entertained, but also be suitable for celebrating our wedding anniversary and a birthday. I chose this place primarily for the bathtub in this room type and its convenient location. However, once we arrived, I was truly impressed by how comprehensive the amenities are. From meals to entertainment, and catering to both children and adults, everything is taken care of. The staff were also incredibly friendly and attentive. The biggest surprise was the handwritten birthday card – in this digital age, a handwritten card really warms the heart. We booked two nights, and we didn't even leave the hotel for one of them; we spent the entire day there with the kids and never got bored. My children are already talking about coming back again.

We came all the way from Chengdu for a two-day weekend getaway. The hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle service, which was a lifesaver when my friend suddenly had severe abdominal pain on the plane. The driver kindly took us to the nearest clinic and waited for us. The hotel's concierge, Bocheng, was incredibly nice and accommodating, always ready to help and even proactively helped us plan and remind us about our itinerary for the next day. The hotel is beautifully situated right on Yangzong Lake, offering a fantastic location. Although it's been open for twenty years, it's still well-maintained and has a unique charm.

I absolutely, truly, madly love this retro hotel! So comfortable and clean!!!! Five stars all the way!! The old-fashioned architectural texture and vintage soft furnishings exude a quiet elegance without feeling heavy or dated. The blend of retro and modern is just perfect!!! The room details are thoughtfully done, and the comfort level is completely on point. The staff service is also excellent!!! That attentive, considerate touch unique to older, established hotels!!!!! Love Kunming! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!!!!!!!!!!!!

Facilities: The TV picture quality wasn't great, and while it said there was wireless charging by the bed, it didn't work. The wet/dry separation in the shower wasn't good, and the showerhead was difficult to position. The bed was very comfortable, and I really liked the desk and chair. Cleanliness: It was pretty good, but not perfect. For example, I accidentally stained the shower door the day before, and it was still the same the next day. Environment: The environment was great and very quiet. There was a slight issue with soundproofing, but it didn't really affect anything. The bar and gym were excellent! Service: The service was fantastic! The front desk, bar staff, housekeeping, and even the pillow delivery were all thorough and excellent.
