AAnonymous UserThe hotel staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always smiling and polite. They helped with our luggage and gave us a thorough introduction to our room, which was very thoughtful and attentive. The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to Kunming Station, less than a 10-minute walk, making it super convenient for train travelers. There are also plenty of great food options nearby. We found a local barbecue spot that was about a 15-minute walk away. Even though we weren't entirely sure how to eat everything, it was really delicious! I especially recommend the intestine and grilled eggs. Our room was spacious and quiet, so we had a great night's sleep. For breakfast the next day, there were four hot dishes, as well as freshly made noodles and fried eggs. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

The location is very close to the high-speed rail station, and there's a subway station about 50 meters away. It's incredibly convenient, and breakfast is included. The emotional value is through the roof!!!

We originally booked a 60-square-meter hot spring king room with a terrace and breakfast. To our surprise and delight, the hotel kindly upgraded us to an even larger room free of charge.
The upgraded room was incredibly spacious. Besides the bedroom, it featured a separate living room, a large balcony, an enormous bathroom, a jetted tub, and a private sauna. The moment we opened the door, we couldn't help but exclaim, ”This is huge!”
The room's design heavily incorporated wood, complemented by high, distinctive ceilings, creating a strong resort vibe. Our favorite areas were the balcony and living room; they felt incredibly open and were perfect for simply relaxing, enjoying tea, or chatting.
After a soak in the jetted tub in the evening, followed by a session in the sauna, all the day's fatigue just melted away. This setup far exceeded our initial expectations.
The hotel's service also deserves praise. While a free upgrade isn't mandatory, it's these extra touches that make guests feel valued and cared for.
The biggest takeaway from this stay is that we booked a hot spring room but unexpectedly enjoyed a suite-level experience. From the room size and facilities to overall comfort, everything was exceptionally satisfying.
I would definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation.

**Facilities**: This is a hot spring resort that's well-maintained despite its age. Villa 10 is perfectly situated, and the facilities are in excellent condition – not a single sliding door was out of order or stuck, which is quite impressive. However, it would be even better if the front door locks were upgraded.
**Cleanliness**: Very clean, very satisfied.
**Environment**: I walked all around the resort grounds; the scenery is beautiful. Beyond the expansive lake views, there's also a hidden gem of a pond with bald cypress trees.
**Service**: Absolutely more than five points, more than five stars – truly perfect. The golf carts were available on call, and the turndown service was meticulous. A special thanks to Ms. Yang at the front desk for helping to coordinate our departure transfer, adding another wonderful touch to our trip.
**Afternoon Tea Experience**: The taste was exquisite; I even worried I might never find such delicious pastries elsewhere again.
**Airport Transfer Service**: The transfer car was good, and the driver was skilled and provided thoughtful service.
**Outdoor Garden Hot Spring Experience**: The hot springs were great. The bathing area even thoughtfully provided a stool for seniors, though the lighting in the changing area was really too dim to see the locker numbers.
**Food**: The food was also good. I really liked the mushroom and radish dish at dinner, and the roasted duck was unique. The breakfast rice noodles were outstanding! And the gulls loved the birdseed provided for them too.

GGuest UserWe had a fabulous stay at JEN Kunming! Love the hotel tasteful decor and thoughtful amenities. Service was great. We could walk to the Plaza 66 恒隆广场 in 10 mins. Will need train or Di Di to go to 昆明老街 and 南坪步行街。Wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel more!
