This stay experience really exceeded expectations, and this hotel must be given a full score! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was amazed by the warm and elegant environment. The decoration was simple and stylish, the lighting was soft, and there was a faint aroma in the air, which made people feel relaxed and comfortable.
The front desk staff was very attentive, the check-in speed was very fast, the whole process was smiling, and we took the initiative to help us with our luggage, introduce hotel facilities and surrounding play guides, patiently answer all questions, gentle and professional attitude, and people felt particularly warm.
The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and there is no noise interference when lying down for a good night. The room has good lighting, a wide view, complete bathroom facilities and clean odor-free, the quality of toiletries is also good, there are free mineral water and small snacks, and the details are full of care.
The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety, Chinese and Western styles, fresh ingredients, great taste, can meet the needs of different tastes. The public areas are spotless, the elevators and corridors are clean and tidy, the security measures are also in place, and the stay is full of security.
The location is also very good, the travel is convenient, the surrounding transportation and dining are very convenient. Whether it is a business trip or a tourist stay, it is suitable, the price is super high. I will choose this hotel here in the future, and I really recommend it to all friends. XXiangchuankuchadeyuI've been to Kunming for business a few times, but this is my first stay at this hotel, and it really exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. While checking in, they thoughtfully offered me a cup of hot ginger water because it was a bit chilly, which was a very sweet gesture. They even put a protective sleeve on my ID card – it's the little details that make all the difference. I can only say I'm extremely satisfied. The room was very clean and tidy, with a modern and spacious layout that made for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was plentiful, delicious, clean, and hygienic. The hotel is also very close to both the metro station and Kunming Railway Station, with tons of great food options nearby. Choosing Aiman Huajian Hotel for this trip to Kunming was definitely the right decision. I'll be back again next time!

Even though it was almost midnight when I checked in, the two front desk ladies were still very gentle and patient. Not only did they upgrade my room, but they also gave me a complimentary fruit platter. The hotel room was very clean, the bedding was spotless, and the in-room facilities were new and well-equipped. It was great, definitely recommend!

Check-out was smooth, and the departure hall is conveniently located on the third floor. It was perfect to leave just an hour and a half before my flight.

GGuest UserMy stay at Mengjing Xiyue Hotel was such a pleasant surprise, I just have to rave about it!
First off, a huge shout-out to the hotel staff 👍. Their service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. From check-in to everyday care, they made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Any requests were promptly addressed, and I never felt out of place.
The hotel facilities are also excellent. Both the common areas and the rooms were spotless and tidy. The bed, especially, was super soft and cozy – once I lay down, I didn't want to get up! I slept soundly every night.
What truly impressed me was the scenery 🌿. The rooftop terrace was adorned with succulents and bougainvillea, looking absolutely therapeutic under the sun. You can also enjoy a panoramic city view from there. It's perfect for just relaxing or taking photos – truly a hidden gem, offering tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle.
The breakfast was also very well thought out. A steaming bowl of rice noodles paired with some snacks was a perfect way to start an energetic day. The afternoon tea desserts were also exquisite and delicious.
Overall, a perfect experience. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

GGuest UserThe hotel is right on the pedestrian street, with plenty of food options nearby, and it's not a long walk to Cuihu Lake. Our room was on the 28th floor, and the view was fantastic. I was a bit worried about hygiene during the May Day holiday crowds, but there were no issues at all. It was rainy and cold during our stay in Kunming, and the front desk even provided a heater. The only thing that could be improved is that you have to wait a bit longer for the elevators during peak breakfast hours.

My child absolutely loved it, and both times we went, our family had a private pool to ourselves. The swimming pool is also very photogenic. The lady at the hotel lobby was incredibly helpful and charming. She even gave us an air freshener when we checked out. It was a very enjoyable weekend, and I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The food was quite good, convenient, and there was a wide variety. The breakfast was especially thoughtful, running from 7 AM all the way until 1:30 PM, which was a blessing for us late sleepers! **Facilities**: This is a hot spring resort that's well-maintained despite its age. Villa 10 is perfectly situated, and the facilities are in excellent condition – not a single sliding door was out of order or stuck, which is quite impressive. However, it would be even better if the front door locks were upgraded.
**Cleanliness**: Very clean, very satisfied.
**Environment**: I walked all around the resort grounds; the scenery is beautiful. Beyond the expansive lake views, there's also a hidden gem of a pond with bald cypress trees.
**Service**: Absolutely more than five points, more than five stars – truly perfect. The golf carts were available on call, and the turndown service was meticulous. A special thanks to Ms. Yang at the front desk for helping to coordinate our departure transfer, adding another wonderful touch to our trip.
**Afternoon Tea Experience**: The taste was exquisite; I even worried I might never find such delicious pastries elsewhere again.
**Airport Transfer Service**: The transfer car was good, and the driver was skilled and provided thoughtful service.
**Outdoor Garden Hot Spring Experience**: The hot springs were great. The bathing area even thoughtfully provided a stool for seniors, though the lighting in the changing area was really too dim to see the locker numbers.
**Food**: The food was also good. I really liked the mushroom and radish dish at dinner, and the roasted duck was unique. The breakfast rice noodles were outstanding! And the gulls loved the birdseed provided for them too.

WWELLCzThis is a well-established five-star hotel in the area, once famous as Kunming's tallest building. During my holiday travels, I passed through Kunming and was deciding between a hotel in a scenic area and the Grand Park Hotel. Considering the potential noise in the scenic area, I chose the latter, and I'm so glad I made that smart decision.
The front desk staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful. We had a lot of luggage, and we were fortunate enough to get an upgrade to a corner suite, which completely alleviated our concerns about space.
Both the public areas and the rooms are decorated in a simple yet elegant and stylish manner. The materials used are solid, and the maintenance is impeccable, so it doesn't feel old at all. It truly lives up to its five-star rating.
The room offered expansive views, excellent soundproofing, and was spotlessly clean. The bedding was comfortable and soft against the skin, and the hot water supply was quick and abundant. Coming back after a day of sightseeing and enjoying a relaxing bath in the tub was just perfect.
The location is right next to a subway station, with a direct one-stop ride to the high-speed rail. To the north, it's just one transfer to the Wuyi Road scenic area and commercial district, and to the east, one transfer to the airport. Taxis are also very convenient.
The hotel's facilities are comprehensive. My trip was rushed this time, so I didn't have a chance to experience the pool or other amenities. If I get the opportunity to visit Kunming again, I will definitely choose Grand Park Hotel!

For environmental reasons, the room provides a water purifier for direct drinking water, and regular bottled mineral water is also available, catering to different preferences.
Since Jen shares its gym, pool, and bar facilities with Shangri-La, these amenities are far superior to what you'd typically find at a Jen hotel. If these aspects are important to you, then Jen offers great value for money in that sense.
