GGuest UserThe hotel is brand new with excellent facilities. The room layout is well-designed, and the breakfast is delicious. A special shout-out to the breakfast staff, especially the sweet-faced lady who was incredibly diligent and refilled dishes promptly! The noodle chef was also great! I'll definitely stay here again! Thanks also to the front desk staff, who were warm and attentive! Parking is convenient, and it's easy to order takeout. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, especially Jianshui BBQ right next to the hotel – absolutely delicious!

MM754003****After traveling all the way from Shanghai and staying in five or six hotels, this one truly stands out as 200% amazing. It's well-equipped, clean, and offers all sorts of thoughtful services you wouldn't even expect. The staff (both male and female) are incredibly helpful, polite, and attentive. Even my picky daughter said she loved this hotel! On our second night, my daughter fell ill, and the front desk attendant went above and beyond, helping us buy medicine, get porridge, and even carry our luggage. Unfortunately, due to my family's health, we couldn't enjoy our trip to the fullest and had to cut it short and head home early. But next time I'm in Kunming, Yunnan, I'm definitely staying here again.

TThenayzerStaying at Ji Hotel Kunming Airport was an excellent decision. Instead of spending the night waiting uncomfortably in the airport during an overnight transit, we were able to get proper rest. The bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed a deep and restful sleep.
The room size is adequate, especially considering the hotel is located within the airport. The location is extremely convenient—simply take the elevator to the second floor after exiting the arrival hall. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary snacks and fresh fruit served with a tea set, which made the stay feel especially welcoming.
Although the staff do not speak English, they are very kind, polite, and helpful, which greatly enhanced the overall experience.

GGuest UserOverall, it was a good stay. The area around the hotel is very lively, and Kunming Old Street is right nearby. It's also not far from Cuihu Park and Kunming Railway Station. When I checked out, the front desk gave me warm bottled water, which was a really thoughtful touch for someone who always drinks from a thermos. Atour is definitely a great choice!

3320085****The hotel's guest services called in advance to inquire about my check-in needs, and the room arranged for me this time was very comfortable. The hotel has a grand, vintage-style decor, and the room facilities are complete and easy to use. The hotel's location and surroundings are excellent; it's very convenient to get to Cuihu Lake or Dianchi Lake to see the seagulls, or to the old street for snacks. The staff are also warm and thoughtful. There's even a delivery robot that can bring takeout to your room, so the service is always on point. I'm quite satisfied and highly recommend it. Please keep up the good work.

SShuijingxieI took my kids out for a vacation on May Day. The experience was five-star praise, and the service was very good. The environment was garden-style and very comfortable! The restaurant has a complete range of delicious dishes, and there is also a book bar and hot springs. A SPA was also given. It was a very good experience and I will come again if I have the chance. I will also recommend it to friends.

ZZYH0926I spent a few days touring Kunming and chose this hotel for my last night, and I was quite satisfied with the experience. It's right next to a subway station, which was convenient for my trip to Dounan Flower Market. The IELTS Restaurant on the 4th floor is very stylish, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. There's also a laundry room on the 11th floor. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kunming.

ZZhongshengdehaitunJEN Hotel, part of the Shangri-La Group, was an absolute delight! Its location right next to the subway entrance made getting around incredibly convenient. Every single staff member treated guests like family, responding enthusiastically to all requests. The rooms were super modern, with excellent attention to detail. The gym was huge, and the swimming pool was spacious and bright. All in all, it's definitely my top choice for accommodation when visiting Kunming.

However, I was awakened in the morning by housekeeping, who opened the door twice despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being placed. Luckily, we had latched the door from the inside. I informed the reception, and she apologized sincerely. It was not her fault, but it did affect our rest.
