"This stay experience is full, must be five-star praise! The hotel is in a good location, a few minutes walk from the subway, and it is especially convenient to eat and go shopping. The front desk service is gentle and efficient, and the check-in speed is very fast. The room was cleaned spotlessly and the bedding was soft and fluffy. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water is sufficient, toiletries are complete, and the WiFi speed is stable. There is a timely demand response, the overall clean and quiet, the price is super high, I will book this next time I come to the local area, I highly recommend travelers to choose!"

LLvxingfashaoyouxiongbaobaoThis new hotel in Kunming is truly exceptional! We stayed here at both the beginning and end of our 10-day Yunnan trip.
It's a beautiful hotel with an abundance of flowers. The location, ambiance, cleanliness, and service are all absolutely superb. Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming, even more so than at luxury hotels.
There's an 'I Love Kunming' photo wall at the entrance, and inside, it's filled with all sorts of flowers – absolutely wonderful! They even went out of their way to decorate for my mom's 60th birthday.
Next time I'm in Kunming, I'm definitely staying here again!

AAnonymous UserLocated on F2 of the airport, it's incredibly convenient for flights. There's a direct elevator next to 'Chabaidao' (a tea shop) that takes you straight to the second floor where the hotel front desk is. It's easy to find, and the staff are super friendly. Both check-in and check-out were very quick, making it great for travel. The dining options, whether in the hotel, at the airport, or even ordering takeout, are all excellent. The room was very clean and thoughtfully provided earplugs. For an overnight stay at the airport, I highly recommend it!

After checking out, I realized I'd left something behind. The hotel immediately verified it and promptly mailed it back to my home, which saved me a lot of hassle. We originally booked a 60-square-meter hot spring king room with a terrace and breakfast. To our surprise and delight, the hotel kindly upgraded us to an even larger room free of charge.
The upgraded room was incredibly spacious. Besides the bedroom, it featured a separate living room, a large balcony, an enormous bathroom, a jetted tub, and a private sauna. The moment we opened the door, we couldn't help but exclaim, ”This is huge!”
The room's design heavily incorporated wood, complemented by high, distinctive ceilings, creating a strong resort vibe. Our favorite areas were the balcony and living room; they felt incredibly open and were perfect for simply relaxing, enjoying tea, or chatting.
After a soak in the jetted tub in the evening, followed by a session in the sauna, all the day's fatigue just melted away. This setup far exceeded our initial expectations.
The hotel's service also deserves praise. While a free upgrade isn't mandatory, it's these extra touches that make guests feel valued and cared for.
The biggest takeaway from this stay is that we booked a hot spring room but unexpectedly enjoyed a suite-level experience. From the room size and facilities to overall comfort, everything was exceptionally satisfying.
I would definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation.

Now, where do I begin, first of? if you sre arriving at this place via didi or taxi straight from the airport, do yourself a favour and get dropped off outside and walk to the entrance of the ”hotel”. If you get dropped off inside the underground parking lot, Goodluck to your driver finding the spot to drop you off that connects to the hotels' elevator (its a maze and once u get there, it looks sketchy but its alright).
Now, for the location: the location is superb! You're legit right beside a large mall with Tonssssss of restaurants to eat at even late at night! It is simply very convenient. And if you dont mind walking, there's another mall down south thats about 15mins walk. Lots of things to do.
The lobby, the receptionist were kind and warm. They provided water whenever asked and didn't hesitate to help where they could. The free tea upfront, although we didn't fully utilize, was a nice touch.
Now for the room: we selected the largest room they had which had 3 bedrooms. The price? It was insanely good. Almost unheard of. It was between 50-70 Canadian during the time of booking. I couldn't believe it.
But not all hotels are perfect, and i have to say some of the things i experienced could definitely be improved.
The restroom area had some scent to it that I couldn't point out as to what the smell is. I had to leave the exhaust fan on to ensure a neutral atmosphere. It worked fyi.
The living room: is huge but tell me how there's only a 2-3 people sofa available and one small chair and a table. Its a wasted space. It ought to offer a large lounging furniture at this kind of room. It felt bare.
The windows: simply put, although they installed windows capable of sound deadening, the weather stripping and the latch simply doesnt bond the gaps efficiently. Meaning, coldness of the night still finds its way. Luckily, the hvac system works and the curtains are relatively thick and also automatic (adjust at will).
The beds are ultra clean and the floors were relatively spotless.
But there's honestly one thing that is have to think about if I ever decide to rebook. I personally don't smoke, and i requested for a deodorizing treatment for our room prior to coming. The room itself? It didn't smell like cigarettes which was awesome, but here's something I don't see bring possible to address: at night time, while I lay down and sleep, there is a smell of people smoking cigarettes whose odour is somehow able to travel through the air ducts. Like each and every night, it was the same ordeal. My son didn't say anything, my parents inlaw didn't say anything, but my wife and I, yeah we smelled it.
It isnt like as if you're beside someone smoking cigarettes, but its more like a scent that goes along with the air in the room that suggest someone had smoked, just unsure when.
Other than that, sure, the beds, pillows and comforters were all clean and comfy.
Honestly, my family was OK with the room. The convenience and price is really really hard to beat. Like it is extremely beyond belief affordable. Perhaps id reconsider staying here again if we were in kunming. We'll see.

BBenbenxiangqianchongI had a wonderful stay here. It's incredibly close to all the attractions, the old town, city center, and the train station. Getting a taxi to the airport was also very convenient. The bed was super comfortable and the views were fantastic. Both the room and the bed were excellent. It's a great choice for anyone visiting Kunming.

GGuest UserThe location is pretty good, close to Plaza 66, about an 8-minute walk. The hotel's concierge service was good; staff were always there to greet us multiple times when we entered and exited. We booked connecting rooms, but they were externally connected, not internally. This made it inconvenient, especially when the kids were asleep, as the sound of swiping the card to enter the room was quite loud. So, it wasn't ideal.
The room was too small; the bathroom and shower were cramped together, and there wasn't enough space to turn around. It felt very restrictive.
Breakfast was just average. Not many varieties, but the quality was decent. The freshly squeezed juice was watered down, and the watermelon juice wasn't good.
Overall, I didn't really feel like there was much service.
