"The biggest surprise of my trip to Kunming on March 3rd was this accommodation! The front desk staff provided exceptional service; they'd pick us up and drop us off at the hotel whenever we notified them in advance. We received welcome fruits upon entering the room, and breakfast offered a great variety including Chinese, Western, and kids' options, all generously portioned and well-balanced! You can really feel they put a lot of effort into running this place. Breakfast was unexpectedly delicious, and kids' breakfasts were complimentary. They even offer laundry and drying services, which I loved! There's always coffee available at the front desk on the first floor. During our stay, I also borrowed plates, nail clippers, and an iron – they were always happy to help. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, with a fresh and modern style. It's truly great value for money, and traveling with kids, finding a hotel like this made for an excellent experience! This is genuinely one of the most satisfying hotel stays I've had in years!"

"Five stars, a must! The hotel's location is superb, with plenty of dining options nearby. It's within walking distance to Daguan River and Zhenxin Market, making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around. The room was clean and tidy, with even the corners meticulously cleaned. The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk service was attentive, check-in was efficient, and they were quick to respond to any issues. The overall ambiance is cozy, and it offers great value for money. It's suitable for both tourists and those on a short stay. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kunming!"

"The room exceeded my expectations – it was much better than I thought it would be, and super close to the E exit of the subway station. But honestly, the service was the real highlight. We were disappointed to learn that the Sleeping Beauty bus route had changed to the wildlife park in July, but after hearing our regret, they actually called us back to offer a special ride just for us to Dianchi Lake. I was incredibly touched by their kindness and highly recommend them for their thoughtfulness. They even provided a full set of children's amenities, which was fantastic. Definitely a great hotel for families!"

"Self-driving Yunnan summer vacation through Kunming for two days, I met Yunhai Mountain House B&B. I really like his new Chinese decoration style, location and warm and interesting owner. The B&B is in a villa area next to the Haitang Dam in Dianchi Lake. Crossing the road is the Haitang Dam. It is a great choice to come to Kunming to watch the sea in winter. Go left and walk for a few minutes to the Dianchi Cable Car. You can take the cable car directly to the opposite West Peak. Standing on the top of the mountain, you can see Dianchi Lake and overlook a city. You don’t have to go to Quartet when you come to Kunming. Come to Dounan Flower Market and here you can complete your Kunming trip."

The whole house from the toilet to the curtains are intelligent and convenient. It is clean and hygienic. The washing, bathroom and toilet are separated from wet and dry. Do not disturb each other, and it is extremely comfortable! The mattress is soft and comfortable, the pillow is good, sleeps safely, sleeps easily, the front desk service is very good, what needs to be in seconds. Too intimate. "We came here specifically to see the seagulls in Dianchi Lake, so we chose this hotel which is only 2 minutes away from Haigeng Dam. The hotel is in an alley and it is hard to find. The beautiful girl at the front desk came out to pick us up. There is a large clump of bougainvillea climbing the wall in the alley, which is very beautiful. Take photos and make them out! Across the road from the alley is Haigeng Dam, the best spot to watch the seagulls. Dianchi Lake is beautiful, and the seagulls are very beautiful and smart. They keep circling over Dianchi Lake to be fed by tourists. The scene is spectacular and the photos are beautiful! The hotel is clean and tidy, the beautiful girl at the front desk provides warm service, the boss is very generous, unlimited mineral water is available every day, there are many snack bars around the hotel, and it is also very convenient to travel"
