Cowrabe Niru Kaoabei Urban Seagull Resort (Kunming Zhuanxin Market PLA General Hospital Branch)

Great location! It's very close to the hospital, which was perfect for me as I needed to be nearby to care for a relative having surgery. I specifically chose this place, and I'm very satisfied with the room they assigned me. The bedding is comfortable, and the smart assistant in the room was a nice convenience. Breakfast was standard, nothing special, but they did have rice noodles, which Kunming locals love. The hotel also has self-service laundry machines, which is quite handy. The soundproofing in the room is decent too; there wasn't much noise, so I slept comfortably. I've been here two nights and keep extending my stay. A big thank you to "Blue Bellflower" at the front desk for all her help during my stay, from collecting my food deliveries to arranging my room – thank you! I'd recommend this place to first-time visitors to Kunming, especially if you need to be near Daguan Pavilion. It's a good choice!

First off, the service was excellent and very attentive. The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light, and fully equipped with smart features, making it very comfortable. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere. The next time I visit Kunming, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. A big thank you once more to the ladies at the front desk; they spoke softly and gently, and were always willing to go the extra mile to help and coordinate whatever was needed. Thumbs up for them!

The hotel's location is great, and the rooms are quite spacious and bright. The front desk and butler service were very welcoming and attentive.

The front desk service was excellent when I checked in. They even upgraded my room and gave me an extra hour for late check-out. The hotel room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the environment was beautiful. Parking was super convenient, and the breakfast on the 8th floor was served in the most atmospheric restaurant I've ever seen. Definitely worth it!

The location is great, with a lively local atmosphere. When I arrived, the hallway might have been freshly painted, as there was an unpleasant odor. The room's interior and facilities were decent. It's very close to the Zhuanxin Farmers' Market, making it a good choice for solo travelers. Both the restaurant at the entrance and the rooftop restaurant are very good, as shown in the pictures.

This hotel is the closest one to the Daguan Zhuanxin Farmers Market. I was given a balcony room on the second floor. If the glass door was open, it was very noisy, but closing it provided excellent soundproofing. There was a minor issue after check-in: water started to pool on the floor when I was washing my face and had the faucet running. I discovered the pipe under the sink had come loose. After contacting the front desk, I waited a bit, feeling a little annoyed. However, when the staff member came up, she continuously mopped the floor and even used dry towels to wipe it completely dry. She then placed dry towels under the partition and on the floor. Her attitude was exceptionally good (the boss should really commend her!). The next day, she even bought us freshly baked flower pastries. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!

The room was very clean and even had a small balcony that overlooked a small park. The famous local market was just a 7-8 minute walk from the hotel, so we could buy some snacks and enjoy an afternoon tea back at the hotel. It was fantastic, exceeded our expectations, and we'll definitely stay here again next time!

The location is great, close to everything, and the environment is lovely and very clean. The restaurant is a beautiful sunroom on the top floor.
