Guest UserApart from the facilities being a little old, everything else was quite good. I would like to make a small suggestion. My child has visited twice, but was reluctant to enter the indoor playground on both occasions because it felt a little scary. The environment in the playground is somewhat dark. Perhaps the playground could be redesigned to be cleaner, brighter, more cheerful and welcoming. I believe this would make children feel more comfortable and encourage them to enjoy the play area more.

As of June 2026, MAXONE Batam offers simply the cleanest and most well maintained rooms in the whole of Kepulauan Riau. No question. The only hotel able to compete with the obsessive cleanliness is their next door neighbour 4 star property adjacent! There are new 5 star hotels on the island where the level of maintenance does not meet the standards set by MAXONE Batam.
Highly recommended for leisure travellers who DON'T require pool, gym or breakfast included in the price. What you will get is a sense of luxury and commitment to quality and service excellence.
Not recommended for longer stays and business travellers due to poor WiFi stability and shortage of work space / work surfaces in the rooms, that are small and a tight squeeze by Indonesia standards.

CCF120Though a bit far from the center, you can grab or gojek anywhere easily. The suite, bed, kitchen, etc are in good condition. The breakfast spread at Wyndham hotel was good and I really like that you can squeeze your own preferred fruit juice. Eska wellness and spa is co- located , very convenient. Lastly, one of the best views of the morning sun in Batam and the joy of seeing the endless motorbike on the busy highway.
However, something could be done with the bathroom's musky smell. Small issue but could be better.

Tiggerbiteslacking very much in amenities. only bath towel and floor towel. no hand towel. hotel smells old. breakfast was between meh and not nice. bellboy is friendly. when we first went to our non smoking room, it reeked of smoke. so much for asking guests to not smoke in non smoking room but no one checks or enforce.

Guest UserThis is a pleasant hotel located near Harbour Bay, although it is not within comfortable walking distance.
The food and service were both very good. A special mention goes to the chef preparing the fried noodles—they were outstanding, and I would happily return just to enjoy that dish again.
The guest room was comfortable, but the furniture showed noticeable signs of wear and would benefit from refurbishment or replacement.
The swimming pool access felt a little unusual, as the entrance is located next to the restaurant, while the changing rooms are quite a distance away, making it less convenient for guests.
The gym is spacious, which is a great feature. However, many of the machines were out of order, so maintaining or replacing the equipment would significantly improve the fitness facilities.

tqahThe receptionist & staff are friendly and helpful..always smile even though they have a lot of customers need to check in at same time..the staff upgraded my two rooms to deluxe room with bath tub & both are huge..hair dryer & iron are upon request but for iron, the customer can use for 1 hour..
My parents room have stagnant water in the bathroom & the wall also not so clean...my room also having coffee stained at the coffee table...maybe the housekeeping shaould take care more about this.
The breakfast is good & having mutiple choices...
Overall, my stay with my family at this hotel is awesome..

Guest UserWOW!!! Stayed as a solo traveller for 3 nights in a superior room and it was amazing!!! Room was fine, amenities were okay, view was great and it was sooo peaceful. The beach was quiet and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Grab/Gojek were also easily accessible, although a little far and abit dark to drive in when it’s at night, trust your driver and the security there. Definitely recommended to the solo girlies who just need some alone time, this is the place! beach vibes all the way☀️❤️⛱️

Cpy89Had such a lovely couple getaway at Wuda Villa N Spa! ❤️ It’s the perfect place to slow down, relax and enjoy some quality time together.
We really loved the food, the live band in the evening, and the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the massage was so relaxing — definitely helped us unwind even more. 💆♀️💆♂️
One of my favourite moments was waking up in the morning and going for a swim. Such a nice and refreshing way to start the day! 🏊♀️🌿
Overall, a wonderful place for couples who just want to chill, relax and enjoy each other’s company. Definitely would love to come back again! ✨

Intan SuharaI had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Resort Batam from check-in until check-out. Everything exceeded my expectations.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite, which was incredibly spacious and perfect for families or groups. The generous living space made our stay even more comfortable. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a sink and a microwave to the unit, which would make it even more convenient for longer stays. 😅
The facilities are truly superb. The swimming pools are large and perfect for both adults and children. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa offers a great place to unwind and recharge. Families will especially appreciate the kids’ game area and leisure room, which provide plenty of entertainment options.
Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, spacious accommodation, and outstanding facilities made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort Batam to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely return in the future.
