GGuest UserRequested for a higher floor away from the bar but got a room on the 6th floor, just right above the bar on the 3rd floor. Rooms are not sound proof so we could hear the bar playing music till midnight plus we can hear sounds from the other room when walking in the corridor. On our last day we decided to have the hotel breakfast and the live meat grilling station started producing a lot of smoke, making the entire hotel lobby choked up with smoke due to poor ventilation. Had to shift outdoors to continue our meal. Location is also far from most attractions but it was not much of a problem since grab rides are easily available an affordable.

SSumi BeenThe hotel is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here. The lobby is very bright and spacious. There is also an Indomaret just around a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. Even though there are not many food places or restaurants nearby, it was not a problem for us since we were using a motorbike.

AAnonymous UserBooked executive room and comes with complementary drink and tea at the private lounge. The room is spacious but a bit old. The AC is very powerful, we need to off it to be able to sleep. Bed is comfortable and room is quiet. The staffs are excellent and helpful. Location is a bit away, but there is a shuttle bus available to the most malls. Did not visit the outdoor mini zoo due to rain. Breakfast is good.

GGuest UserPleasant to see the Harmoni One hotel's lobby has undergone big renovations and currently they are renovating the guest floors one level at a time.
Clean room with clean bath tub and will look forward to the new renovated rooms when the renovations are complete is due time.

FFarhanaZulWe recently stayed at Montigo Resorts Nongsa to celebrate my birthday, and it turned out to be a memorable experience.
To our surprise, the resort gave us a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful three-storey villa, complete with two bedrooms, a spacious living area on the ground floor, and rooftop access on the top level. It was a lovely gesture that made my birthday feel even more special. We were also treated to a complimentary birthday cake, which was delicious and greatly appreciated.
A special mention goes to the staff, who were consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness contributed greatly to the overall experience.
The resort itself is a great place if you're looking for a relaxing getaway where you can spend most of your time within the property. The villas are spacious, private, and perfect for unwinding.
One area that could be improved is the buggy service. While the staff were helpful, waiting times could sometimes range from 15 to 20 minutes even during our off-peak stay. I can imagine the wait may be even longer during peak periods, so increasing the frequency of buggies would certainly enhance the guest experience.
Do note that the resort is located about 30 minutes from Batam city centre, where most of the shopping malls and restaurants are. If you're planning to explore the city frequently, this is something worth considering.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the thoughtful birthday surprises. The villa upgrade, birthday cake, and excellent service made the occasion extra special, and we would definitely consider returning for another relaxing getaway.

EEnderrThe biggest issue was the constant stream of ants. Even though they were tiny, it was quite off-putting. I had my laptop on the desk, then moved it to the bed, and at least four ants were crawling on it. The beachfront villa was decent, but it faced west, so no sunrise views. The shuttle service was on-call and very prompt, but the location is quite remote. In the evenings, it's hard to get around, even with Grab, unless you're eating at the hotel. If you're looking to just stay put, it's a good choice. However, I enjoy having some barbecue at night, so two nights here was enough for me.

They consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of.
The hotel facilities and environment perfectly suited all my needs, making the stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Beyond the names mentioned, every member of the team â from room service, housekeeping, welcoming staff, to the drivers â shared one common objective: putting the customer first. Their teamwork, dedication, and genuine hospitality are truly commendable.
I would also like to sincerely thank the hotel management for employing and nurturing such excellent staff. It clearly reflects the hotelâs high standards and commitment towards customer satisfaction. Great work to the entire AP Premier team â keep up the excellent service!
