"Aston Review: I highly recommend everyone visiting Batam to stay at Aston! This is my second time in Batam, and my second stay at this hotel! ❤️ This time (August 29-31) was super busy; the hotel was almost fully booked, and some items at the breakfast buffet weren't replenished quickly enough. I hope the hotel can arrange more staff on weekends to ensure faster replenishment and replacement of food at the breakfast buffet, and more efficient cleaning! ✅ The air conditioning is very cold (when you check in and open the room door, the AC is already on and waiting for you!) ✅ The room is clean, tidy, and very spacious. ✅ There's a swimming pool, a huge gym (you can even train for HYROX!), a sauna, and massage services. ✅ Breakfast offers a very wide and rich selection! Many local Indonesian specialties, almost everything you can think of! ✅ International adapters are available for direct charging. ✅ Many TV channels, including CCTV, Phoenix Satellite TV, Celestial Movies, as well as Korean and Japanese channels. ✅ The bed is huge and incredibly comfortable! ✅ There's a refrigerator, a bathtub 🛁, and a safe. ✅ Very thoughtful! Simple anniversary decorations + a cake (we saw it right when we checked in and opened the door ❤️). ✅ Hotel staff help open doors and carry luggage. ✅ The hotel is right next door (to the right), just a 5-minute walk to Pisang Keju Terowongan – very affordable and freshly baked! Overall, I'm still very satisfied with my second stay! The next time I visit Batam, I will definitely consider staying at Aston again! ❤️"

"We’d a blast at the relatively new Westin Nirup Island Resort & Spa this weekend. Went there to celebrate wedding anniversary with my wife and the ferry ride from the new SG cruise centre was smooth (make sure you arrive early to avoid long queue or get hold of e-boarding pass in advance). The hotel reception desk and housekeeping team at Westin Nirup was probably overwhelmed by the waves of hotel guests. That resulted in a frustrating delay in getting our room ready (we were the only guests left in the hotel lobby).  The hotel ops team led by Rara Tiffany and Philips quickly noticed the situation and offered an upgrade to a sea villa (Philips also went beyond his duty to give us a tour of the island via a buggy). I’ve to say the location of this hotel resort is perfect for a short getaway from Singapore (better value than staying in a downtown hotel or Sentosa). The quality and variety of food in the island can be improved to ensure the whole guest experience is kept at the highest level (special thanks to Ryan for bringing me a cup of coffee at the buffet dinner night and Arlee for offering to send us back to our villa). To me, this hotel resort is 5-star because of its hardworking and friendly staff!"

"We had a lovely stay at HARRIS Hotel & Suites Batam! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and a great choice for our family trip. The location was convenient, making it easy for us to explore Batam and visit nearby malls and attractions. We especially enjoyed the spacious room, which was perfect for our family to relax and recharge after a long day of exploring. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and the hotel made our stay feel comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we truly appreciated the hospitality throughout our stay. "We had an absolutely incredible stay at Kiki Beach Resort! The location is stunning, but what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. You can really tell the workers take pride in making guests feel at home. The food was another massive highlight—absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Every meal was a treat! If I could make one tiny suggestion for an otherwise perfect setup: since the toilets have a beautiful open-concept design, it would be amazing if the resort could consider placing a bottle of bug repellent in there for guests to use. Thank you to the amazing team at Kiki Beach for an unforgettable getaway. We will definitely be back!"

"Our stay at Montigo Resorts was nothing short of magical. From the moment my fiancé and I arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury, comfort, and romance. We booked a stunning two-bedroom villa featuring its own private pool, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. The villa was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and offered the perfect sanctuary for a romantic getaway. Having a private pool just steps from our bed allowed us to enjoy quiet, intimate swims at any time of day, completely undisturbed.Inside the villa, the attention to detail was remarkable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light. One of the absolute highlights of the accommodation was the deep, luxurious bathtub. After a long day of exploring and activities, soaking in the tub became our favorite way to unwind and relax together. The housekeeping team deserves immense credit for keeping every corner of our villa pristine throughout our stay, ensuring we never had to worry about a thing.Beyond the beautiful room, our trip was packed with memorable experiences. We are a couple that loves a mix of relaxation and adventure, so we decided to try the ATV riding offered at the resort. It was an absolute blast. Racing through the trails together brought a fantastic rush of adrenaline and added an exciting, adventurous spark to our romantic vacation. The staff guiding the ATV experience were professional, safety-conscious, and made sure we had the best time possible.Of course, no luxury stay is complete without great food, and Montigo Resorts delivered perfectly on that front. Our package included a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning, which quickly became something we looked forward to every day. The spread was incredibly generous, featuring a wide variety of both local and international dishes. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the live cooking stations to the fresh pastries and tropical fruits. Starting our mornings together over a delicious, hearty breakfast with beautiful resort views set the perfect tone for the rest of our day.What made this trip truly amazing was how seamlessly the resort blended high-energy fun with peaceful romance. Whether we were splashing around in our private pool, getting mud-soaked on the ATV tracks, or relaxing in our spotless villa, every moment felt special. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel valued from check-in to check-out. It was the perfect escape for me and my fiancé, allowing us to connect, create unforgettable memories, and enjoy a flawless blend of luxury and adventure. We left Montigo Resorts feeling completely refreshed and deeply in love with the place, and we already cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Excellent Stay with a Perfect Location! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed with the overall experience. The location is one of its biggest advantages — BCS Mall, Grand Batam Mall, Alfamart, Indomaret, Fore Coffee, and plenty of local street food are all within walking distance. It’s incredibly convenient and makes exploring the surrounding area so easy. The room was exceptionally clean, neat, well-organised, and smelled fresh and pleasant. Everything was well taken care of, which made the room very comfortable to return to after a long day. The only minor improvement I would suggest is some maintenance for the flooring and the bathroom door. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a great variety of food to choose from, and the taste was genuinely good. There were plenty of options, so it was easy to find something enjoyable for breakfast. The service was also excellent. Both the front desk and housekeeping teams were friendly, welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Their warm and professional service really made the experience even better. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent combination of a fantastic location, cleanliness, good breakfast, and outstanding service. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Batam. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"A Wonderful Stay at Grand Mercure Batam ✨ We had a truly pleasant and comfortable stay at Grand Mercure Batam. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and gracious hospitality of the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and their genuine warmth and sincerity made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. Our room was beautifully clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a lovely space for our family to unwind and relax. The hotel’s location is also wonderfully convenient, with shopping malls, popular local cafés, and renowned seafood restaurants just a short distance away. It made exploring Batam and enjoying the local food scene effortless. The breakfast experience was another highlight. There was an impressive variety of choices, and everything we tried was delicious and well presented. We especially enjoyed the grilled meat, which was exceptionally tasty and definitely one of our favourites. One area that could perhaps be improved is the soundproofing of the rooms. As we were travelling with a toddler, we could occasionally hear vehicle noise from outside at night, which disrupted our little one’s sleep slightly. Hopefully, this can be enhanced in the future to make the stay even more peaceful for families. Overall, Grand Mercure Batam offered us a beautifully comfortable and memorable stay, combining a convenient location, spacious and immaculate rooms, delicious dining, and genuinely warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our time here and would be very happy to return for another relaxing stay in Batam. 🤍✨"

"I recently stayed at Planet Holiday Hotel Batam for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. One of the highlights of my stay was being pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made the trip even more comfortable and memorable. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s location is excellent and one of its biggest advantages. It’s conveniently surrounded by shopping malls, plenty of food options, convenience stores, and Batam’s vibrant nightlife, making it easy to explore the area without travelling far. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. "Room is big and provide bedroom slippers with toothpaste and toothbrush. Great location with plenty of food choices. Surrounding has massage places. 10mins walk to famous Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. Easy to get grab to go other places too. Down side is level 1 to 5 are guest room only and breakfast is opposite hotel with limited food choices"
