Hotel staff is friendly. However, the cleanliness if the rooms are questionable. The bathtub in room 206 is clogged, the rate of water flowing in is much faster than it drains resulting in a flooded shower. There was also stains on the towels and bedsheets.

Seriously i am not sure why this hotel is 4 star? Morning breakfast is only few choices. To make it worst, almost half of the choices is empty. I am not sure its not served or already finished by 7am in the morning. And I have a shock to see how dirty the pillow is when I wake up! I think 3 star hotel done better. Will not book here again.

The Beverly Hotel Batam staff is very polite and always help to resolve any issue. However, there is improvement needed for cleaning the washroom.

The receptionist & staff are friendly and helpful..always smile even though they have a lot of customers need to check in at same time..the staff upgraded my two rooms to deluxe room with bath tub & both are huge..hair dryer & iron are upon request but for iron, the customer can use for 1 hour.. My parents room have stagnant water in the bathroom & the wall also not so clean...my room also having coffee stained at the coffee table...maybe the housekeeping shaould take care more about this. The breakfast is good & having mutiple choices... Overall, my stay with my family at this hotel is awesome..

Very good and nice hotel for such a great price. Bed and room is big and spacious. Breakfast is unexpectedly good and have quite many choices. Staff is very friendly and nice. However, quite a distance to walk from hotel to find restaurants and mall. Overall, an old classic hotel that are well maintained and operated.
