Stayed two nights for our short holiday in Holiday Inn Resort Batam. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Clean was reasonable clean. Buffet breakfast variety was good. Highly recommended 👍

IHG. Holiday Inn. It seems like this hotel at Batam has been neglected. Many of the amenities are lacking in maintenance. The pool, gym, kids club.....the list goes on. Staff are excellent. But why has the hotel not kept up with maintaining it well when it's such a popular hotel. Covid took havoc world wide. But many hotels have bounced back and are welcoming guests with renewed hope. Hotels needs to constantly upgrade so that guests want to keep coming back. Slippery walkways, itchy body after sleeping on the bed and toilets that lack are some of the features at Holiday Inn Batam. Time to see how you can improve your rating. Its a great hotel if you improve on the upkeep. Never too late to start. Looking forward to coming back in 2026 if there are improvements.

Nice resort. But hotel restaurants are abit expensive. Location is abit far out of the way to city. Overall hotel service staffs all are very polite and friendly. All are good n well trained staff. Will choose to stay again.

Staff is friendly and approachable. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel is good and substantial. Hotel offers complimentary pickup transport to and fro Sekupang ferry terminal. Only found on my last day staying there that the hotel also offers transport to Grand Batam Mall.

2nd TIME STAY AT THE FAMILY GETAWAY RESORT HOTEL. EXPECTED LOCATION TO BE AWAY FROM MAIN CITY. RESORT MAIN ATTRACTION FOR MY FAMILY WOULD BE THE SWIMMING POOL, SPA, TEPPANYAKI FOODS (ok with no dining performance) AND KARAOKE LOUNGE. TOO BAD THE POOL KiD SLIDE WAS CLOSED DUE TO SOME UPGRADING WORKS AT THE NEAR BLOCK.

Hotel is very good, cleanliness is v.good. the breakfast options were very less... but was good, can improve on it. The pool was good, my kids enjoyed it... but it was a bit deep.. the rooms were very bad n spacious. Their spa was the best thing, really enjoyed it. Our stay was very good, will definitely return.
