Book Harris on the same day as we decide to make an impromptu trip to Batam for the weekend. Not too bad of a room, just right beside Batam center. If you want to go for food and malls, it’s usually about a 20 minutes ride, but grabs there are very affordable.

The location is good, next to ferry terminal and nearby to a shopping mall. There is upgrading works carried out in hotel, abit noisy during e day. The breakfast is so so, not fantastic but crowded.

was abit disappointed as we did not get our twin beds for all our 3 rooms. nevertheless,we still continued to enjoy our trip.

At first, we were impressed by its simple, modern, stylish design and sparkling cleanliness. The room was spacious and had a partial sea view. However, during our 3D2N stay, the swimming pool remained closed due to strong winds. The weather was nice enough for a swim, so it was quite a misfortune. This should have been stated in their advertisements to let customers know that although the hotel has a pool, it is almost never open. The location is opposite the mall, but it’s dangerous for families with strollers or young children to cross the road.

Checked in on my birthday and the hotel prepared a slice of chocolate cake for me in my room. It was such a pleasant surprise. Staff are friendly. Buffet breakfast is good. Location is excellent - just 5 mins walk from BTC ferry terminal. Opposite is megamall. I will definitely be back!
