It was my partner’s birthday when we arrived at the hotel, and we decided to request an early check-in. We approached Customer Service, where Wan kindly attended to us. He explained that the room was still being cleaned, so we decided to take a walk around the nearby mall while waiting. The location was very convenient, and we noticed that there were several spas in the surrounding area, so we decided to book a couple’s room for a relaxing spa experience. When we returned to the hotel, our room was ready. We were delighted with the beautiful view from the 18th floor, overlooking the surrounding houses and buildings. My partner was especially happy with the thoughtful little birthday decorations in the room. We also had a lovely dinner that evening. We especially enjoyed the begedil and kept going back for more! The prawns were delicious as well, and I found myself getting seconds. To make the evening even more special, we were able to enjoy the beautiful sunset while seated in the dining area. The following day, the hotel surprised us with a slice of cake, which was a lovely touch. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the thoughtful service and little details that made my partner’s birthday extra special. I also had the Ayam Taliwang set for lunch one afternoon while my partner was out playing golf. The food was fantastic and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The lady who recommended the dish to me was very friendly and attentive throughout my lunch. I’m sorry I didn’t manage to get her name, but I truly appreciated how she took such good care of me and made me feel comfortable, warm, and relaxed during my meal. Overall, we had a wonderful experience throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back again, especially whenever we are planning another spa getaway or when my partner has another golf trip.

Saw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to. We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness. The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria. Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels. A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort. Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean. The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in. Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle. There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed. The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted. TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied. Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up. Pool is open from 7am to 9pm. Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k. The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything. Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

The hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is small and dirty when we were there. Kids walking around at the breakfast area and jumping in and out from the pool to breakfast area. No proper towels provided for the pool. My room is clean but face a block of construction wall which looks really eerie at night. I think they are in the midst of extension their hotel. Blackout twice but power came back fast. Despite the small imperfect, it is still a very comfortable hotel which I will go back to in Batam.

Though a bit far from the center, you can grab or gojek anywhere easily. The suite, bed, kitchen, etc are in good condition. The breakfast spread at Wyndham hotel was good and I really like that you can squeeze your own preferred fruit juice. Eska wellness and spa is co- located , very convenient. Lastly, one of the best views of the morning sun in Batam and the joy of seeing the endless motorbike on the busy highway. However, something could be done with the bathroom's musky smell. Small issue but could be better.

lacking very much in amenities. only bath towel and floor towel. no hand towel. hotel smells old. breakfast was between meh and not nice. bellboy is friendly. when we first went to our non smoking room, it reeked of smoke. so much for asking guests to not smoke in non smoking room but no one checks or enforce.

This is a pleasant hotel located near Harbour Bay, although it is not within comfortable walking distance. The food and service were both very good. A special mention goes to the chef preparing the fried noodles—they were outstanding, and I would happily return just to enjoy that dish again. The guest room was comfortable, but the furniture showed noticeable signs of wear and would benefit from refurbishment or replacement. The swimming pool access felt a little unusual, as the entrance is located next to the restaurant, while the changing rooms are quite a distance away, making it less convenient for guests. The gym is spacious, which is a great feature. However, many of the machines were out of order, so maintaining or replacing the equipment would significantly improve the fitness facilities.

WOW!!! Stayed as a solo traveller for 3 nights in a superior room and it was amazing!!! Room was fine, amenities were okay, view was great and it was sooo peaceful. The beach was quiet and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Grab/Gojek were also easily accessible, although a little far and abit dark to drive in when it’s at night, trust your driver and the security there. Definitely recommended to the solo girlies who just need some alone time, this is the place! beach vibes all the way☀️❤️⛱️

From the time we booked the trip until we checked out everything was so smooth and beautiful. There's a shuttle service from Nongsa Ferry Terminal to the resort. Every single staff were friendly, kind, accommodating, helpful...In room dining service is available 24/7. We loved the beach bar. Decent breakfast spread, the ala carte menu at taming sari was so good. Rooms were very clean, spacious and theview from our balcony was so serene and beautiful! The only thing the management need to consider is installation of more fan or air cooler at Taming Sari as its too hot. Some of the fans were out of order. The weather is extremely hot. While we enjoyed the food,drinks and the amazing service by the team we had to finish our meal quickly and head back to the room as its extremely hot and stuffy in there.

Good location with many food options nearby. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall. Breakfast is superb, delicious local tastes. The room is clean but lacks amenities, especially hand towels and hairdryers.
