The room was spacious with a clean, well-separated wet and dry bathroom. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a great view. Breakfast was plentiful, and there's a pool, which is convenient for a swim. The staff at the entrance and front desk were warm and attentive.

Had a wonderful weekend stay at Radisson during my birthday. It's actually a golf resort. Location near to the newly opened K-Square mall. Within Sukajadi area with popular eateries like Anchor cafe, Madley cafe and Pagi Sore Indonesian restaurant. My room was clean and spacious with open concept bathroom and come with balcony facing the golf coourse. Hotel arranged some birthday decor as my partner informed them in advance, which is nice. Facilities includes a large swimming pool with a view of the golf course, gym, spa and restaurant. However, the second swimming pool and some amenities at the 10th floor wasn't in operations. Breakfast was awesome with lots of food variety. The manual juicer machine to make orange juice was something to remember. The hotel interior decorations have Bali design inspiration. Overall a highly recommneded hotel to stay when in Batam.

Amazing stay!! We absolutely love this hotel, totally worth ever dollar!! Room is very clean and spacious, and since it’s our anniversary the hotel staff decorated our room beautifully and treated us to a nice chocolate cake 🥹 facilities are great and service staff are very friendly and helpful.

the service was absolutely incredible! the breakfast spread was really great too, in terms of taste and variety. highly recommend the spa for some great massages too. the pool and gym were very well maintained!

The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the city center, located next to a golf course. It's a spacious property with beautiful scenery and a great environment. The pool is large, and the breakfast is abundant, making it a very family-friendly hotel. The staff are very welcoming, especially Nurul, who helped us a lot, and our children really liked her. We are very grateful for her warm service. We suggest the hotel maintain the table tennis and billiards facilities on the 10th floor. Also, air conditioning should be provided in the table tennis room even during off-peak hours, not just when there's a high occupancy on weekends.

The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and very comfortable. It's right next to the golf course, offering beautiful views. It was quiet at night, which made for a great sleep. The breakfast had a good variety, and the fresh fruit was delicious. For dinner, there were plenty of great food options to choose from when ordering à la carte.

I arrived from Singapore by ferry to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. During peak hours/traffic, it took about 15-20 minutes. I took a Grab, but for some reason, I couldn't pay via the app when I got off, so I had to pay cash! The hotel is conveniently located right next to a large shopping mall with direct access. There's a pretty good massage place in the mall. The hotel surroundings are beautiful. I've been there two or three times, highly recommended.
