We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located. We especially enjoyed the wide selection at breakfast, with plenty of choices available. The staff at the restaurant were attentive, friendly, and welcoming, making our dining experience even more pleasant. We also loved relaxing at the Infinity Pool, which was a great highlight of our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay at Oakwood Batam again. Highly recommended!

Apart from the facilities being a little old, everything else was quite good. I would like to make a small suggestion. My child has visited twice, but was reluctant to enter the indoor playground on both occasions because it felt a little scary. The environment in the playground is somewhat dark. Perhaps the playground could be redesigned to be cleaner, brighter, more cheerful and welcoming. I believe this would make children feel more comfortable and encourage them to enjoy the play area more.

The hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is small and dirty when we were there. Kids walking around at the breakfast area and jumping in and out from the pool to breakfast area. No proper towels provided for the pool. My room is clean but face a block of construction wall which looks really eerie at night. I think they are in the midst of extension their hotel. Blackout twice but power came back fast. Despite the small imperfect, it is still a very comfortable hotel which I will go back to in Batam.

Had a pleasant stay at Panbil Residence Batam. We booked a 2-bedroom apartment and were impressed with how spacious, clean, and comfortable it was. The apartment comes with a kitchen and a cosy living room, making it feel like a home away from home. It was also convenient for families or groups who prefer extra space and the comfort of an apartment setup. Overall, a great place to stay in Batam. Highly recommended for those looking for a clean, spacious, and comfortable accommodation

This is a pleasant hotel located near Harbour Bay, although it is not within comfortable walking distance. The food and service were both very good. A special mention goes to the chef preparing the fried noodles—they were outstanding, and I would happily return just to enjoy that dish again. The guest room was comfortable, but the furniture showed noticeable signs of wear and would benefit from refurbishment or replacement. The swimming pool access felt a little unusual, as the entrance is located next to the restaurant, while the changing rooms are quite a distance away, making it less convenient for guests. The gym is spacious, which is a great feature. However, many of the machines were out of order, so maintaining or replacing the equipment would significantly improve the fitness facilities.

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at Harmoni One Convention Hotel & Service Apartments. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and the bathtub was a lovely bonus. The honeymoon decoration with rose petals, balloons, and towel swans was beautifully arranged, and the hotel also kindly accommodated our request for the red sofa by the window. It made our stay even more special. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and all the facilities were clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and rooftop area, as well as the gym. We also tried the spa, and the massage was very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, especially being close to Batam Center Ferry Terminal and Mega Mall. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service, cleanliness, facilities, and value for money. Thank you, Harmoni One, for making our honeymoon memorable. We will definitely come back again! 👍🏻👍🏻

Had a pleasant stay at Beverly Hotel Batam. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location was also convenient for getting around Batam. Overall, a good hotel for a short stay, and I’d be happy to come back again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Grand Eska Hotel & Suites! What stood out for me was its proximity to ESKA Spa & Wellness, convenient location, reasonable price, and most importantly, the friendly and helpful staff. I also really appreciated the flexibility with check-in. Although the room keys could only be collected after 2pm, the hotel was happy to let me check in earlier and leave my bags with the concierge. This meant I could head out and explore Batam without having to worry about my luggage. If there was one area for improvement, it would definitely be the towels. I think the hotel could do with a fresh set of good-quality white towels, as the current ones looked a little old and musty. I was honestly tempted to bring my own when i come back next time! 😅 Other than that, it was a really pleasant and comfortable stay. With new towels, it would have been pretty much perfect! Would definitely consider staying here again, especially for the convenience, value for money and wonderful service. ⭐️

Good location with many food options nearby. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall. Breakfast is superb, delicious local tastes. The room is clean but lacks amenities, especially hand towels and hairdryers.

I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Resort Batam from check-in until check-out. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite, which was incredibly spacious and perfect for families or groups. The generous living space made our stay even more comfortable. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a sink and a microwave to the unit, which would make it even more convenient for longer stays. 😅 The facilities are truly superb. The swimming pools are large and perfect for both adults and children. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa offers a great place to unwind and recharge. Families will especially appreciate the kids’ game area and leisure room, which provide plenty of entertainment options. Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, spacious accommodation, and outstanding facilities made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort Batam to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely return in the future.
