KkhaikhaisgWe were greeted with their warmest welcome from their staff.
There also provide us complementary snacks and drink for our 2 night shortaway.
And the hot shower and comfortable bed is what need from a massage and shopping at grand batam which is a walking distance.
We also provide hi tea voucher which we used it after we checked out.
It was so good. We may come back for the third time for more..

MMHM & D 2 J’sIf you are looking for a place that is away from the noise you can consider this hotel, it’s not that far from Nagoya and Grand Batam mall with grab which cost about IDR60-75k depending on the choice of vehicle.
The room we got was worth the price paid for but I recommend for lake view as the one I chose was the view of the garden but what I see is the apartment just across our windows.
The room is well maintained and clean, nice and comfy bed and pillows.
Do take note that you hear music from morning till almost 10pm which was played from the open bar even I was on the 8th floor.
Those who are thinking of using the gym, there is only 1 treadmill and the rest of the electric equipments are not working but you can do your run outside as the area is a gated private residential.
Food for breakfast was provided with many options and my daughter and I was very happy with the varieties and I was surprised that they even have steamed sweet potatoes and tapioca which I have not seen in most places I’ve been, it was very thoughtful of them.
The staffs are very friendly and always ready when you need help and kudos to the restaurant team that serves breakfast, they are very attentive and fast and stayed calm even when the place was packed of people on the weekends .
Overall my stay was very pleasant and happy to come back again.

One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the staff service. The team was very friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever needed. I would especially like to mention a staff member named Berkat, who truly went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and ensure that our stay was comfortable. His helpful attitude and dedication made a very positive impression on us and added warmth to the overall experience.
The environment of the residence is peaceful and relaxing. Unlike hotels located in crowded tourist areas, this property offers a calmer atmosphere that feels more suitable for families or travelers who simply want to rest and unwind. The surroundings are quiet, and the overall ambiance is comfortable after a long day of sightseeing.
The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room tidy, and the facilities provided were sufficient for a family stay. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment-style setup gave a more homely feeling compared to a standard hotel room.
One thing to take note of is the location. The residence is located quite far from Batam’s main city or town area, roughly around 20 minutes away depending on traffic. This means you may need extra planning if you intend to travel frequently into town for shopping or dining. Fortunately, the property provides a scheduled shuttle bus service, which is very helpful. However, guests will need to follow the shuttle timing strictly, as it operates based on a fixed schedule.
Overall, Panbill Residence Serviced Apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent hospitality from the staff. While the location may not be the most convenient for those wanting quick access to the city, it is still a good choice for families or travelers looking for a peaceful accommodation experience in Batam.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is small and dirty when we were there. Kids walking around at the breakfast area and jumping in and out from the pool to breakfast area. No proper towels provided for the pool. My room is clean but face a block of construction wall which looks really eerie at night. I think they are in the midst of extension their hotel. Blackout twice but power came back fast. Despite the small imperfect, it is still a very comfortable hotel which I will go back to in Batam.

BB E Christina OngCheck in and out is easy. Requested quiet room on the booking but have to repeat when checking in to ensure you get the quiet room. The first 2 nights Monday and Tuesday was quiet but on Wednesday there were thumping drum beats throughout the night even though we were on 11th floor!. There's club on 4th floor. The amenities were as described but only one hand towel although the booking was for 2. When enquired about another hand towel, the reply was only one is free. Drinking waters replenish daily. Housekeeping was good. Hotel not near any shops within walking distance. Unbeknown us, we walked walked to Nagoya food court on the first day - not to be advised. No pavement or road crossing. Just take Grab even if 3 to 4 mins drive. It is safer. It cost c£1 per journey.

CChrichillI had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my husband and son, where I celebrated my birthday. The room was clean and comfortable, and all staff were courteous and attentive.
Special thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Bart, for being kind and approachable. It is no wonder the team is excellent under your leadership. Thank you as well for the complimentary drinks. I also commend Pritty for her excellent service at the restaurant. The food was very good, especially the carbonara.
I truly appreciate the thoughtful birthday greeting from Zamzam, Noven, Aura, and the rest of the team. Thank you to the front desk and all staff for the warm hospitality.

The housekeeping team deserves immense credit for keeping every corner of our villa pristine throughout our stay, ensuring we never had to worry about a thing.Beyond the beautiful room, our trip was packed with memorable experiences. We are a couple that loves a mix of relaxation and adventure, so we decided to try the ATV riding offered at the resort. It was an absolute blast. Racing through the trails together brought a fantastic rush of adrenaline and added an exciting, adventurous spark to our romantic vacation. AAnonymous UserIHG. Holiday Inn. It seems like this hotel at Batam has been neglected. Many of the amenities are lacking in maintenance. The pool, gym, kids club.....the list goes on. Staff are excellent. But why has the hotel not kept up with maintaining it well when it's such a popular hotel. Covid took havoc world wide. But many hotels have bounced back and are welcoming guests with renewed hope. Hotels needs to constantly upgrade so that guests want to keep coming back.
Slippery walkways, itchy body after sleeping on the bed and toilets that lack are some of the features at Holiday Inn Batam.
Time to see how you can improve your rating. Its a great hotel if you improve on the upkeep.
Never too late to start. Looking forward to coming back in 2026 if there are improvements.
