AP Premier Batam

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Great location and value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Hotel team was so lovely to decorate the room for my Birthday and celebrate with me on the night. Kudos to the team!!! Had a pleasant stay throughout the 2 nights 😍

🏠 hotel - looks and feel really old and don't think it has been renovated since opening - no mention of closure of the bar at lobby only upon arrival and asked that they said they close for 3 days ✨ room - housekeeping was super under standard, found cereal in the edges of the couch - housekeeping everyday ONLY made the bed, nth else got cleaned, threw the clothes we left on the bed either on the table next the standing lamp or the couch - aircon in the room was either super cold (even at lowest setting or off-ed and will be stuffy 🚽 toilet - horrible condition. bathtub was dirty, super hard to drain (unless drain plug is taken out) - NO hot water - when using the shower, tried to use the shower head but water will keep flowing from both taps - bidet had 0 water pressure - under the sink looked like it has never been cleaned and super rusty 🏊 amenities - indoor pool was so underwhelming there was only 3 chairs for u to sit beside the pool - genuinely looked really sad and small 🍳 breakfast buffet - nothing was nice, only fried kway teow was good, but only on the first breakfast, the next time we returned it was bad - bad spread/variety of food to choose from 👩🏻💼 service - overall was good, was greeted kind and friendly - helpful and helped us checked what we needed and got people to come check out the things pretty quickly - staff that came to check out the things needed wore boots into our room and toilet and left dirty foot prints 📍 location pretty central, grabbing around was okay but location not near any walkable convenient stores but 5mins drive to habourbay terminal and 15mins drive from batam centre terminal near nagoya by grab will not return again.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is generally clean and the front desk staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The room itself was tidy and the bathroom was in good condition. However, we stayed in Room 426 and had a very difficult time sleeping. The bed makes a lot of loud noise every time you turn over, which made it almost impossible to get a good night's rest. If you are looking for quality sleep, I would recommend requesting a different room. The worst part is I forgot to ask for changing another room😇😇😇

Breakfast menu still need to look on. Room for inprovement.

The main reason I continue choosing this hotel is because of the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. A special appreciation to Joices, Wani, Alin, Yani, and Salsa for their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness throughout my stay. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel facilities and environment perfectly suited all my needs, making the stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Beyond the names mentioned, every member of the team — from room service, housekeeping, welcoming staff, to the drivers — shared one common objective: putting the customer first. Their teamwork, dedication, and genuine hospitality are truly commendable. I would also like to sincerely thank the hotel management for employing and nurturing such excellent staff. It clearly reflects the hotel’s high standards and commitment towards customer satisfaction. Great work to the entire AP Premier team — keep up the excellent service!

The room is clean, spacious, and bed is comfortable. Had a good 2 nights stay. Breakfast also superb! Definitely will choose this hotel again in future.
