The hotel seems dated, but has a vintage feel to it with a grandfather clock in the lobby. Location is quite good, near many malls and amenities. Shampoo and shower gel not the best, no lotion or shower robe provided. Housekeeping responses quite fast. Breakfast was okay, decent variety, not much processed proteins, have good choice of fruits. Swimming pool water looks green and cloudy, gym has good number of equipment, but also dated, which can appeal to some especially with having iron plates. Gym is indoors but not air conditioned.

Planet Holiday is conveniently located a short 5-minute drive from Nagoya Hills and Grand Batam Mall. The hotel also offers a variety of local eateries for guests to explore. The hotel features a comfortable bed, strong air conditioning, spacious bathroom, a swimming pool and a room with a great view. The breakfast buffet is also highly recommended.

The location is good and the hotel is clean too. The only issue is the toilet sink got stuck easily at L16. The hotel is quite old and will require maintenance.

We had a pleasant stay for 3 nights, booking room for 3 adults. Check-in was smooth and easy. The staff were generally helpful. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with the necessary amenities. The hotel is about a 5-minute drive to Nagoya Hill.

Stayed for a short trip. Room was clean and comfortable, location is convenient near shops and food. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was simple but decent. Overall a good stay for the price, suitable for a quick getaway.

Check in and out is easy. Requested quiet room on the booking but have to repeat when checking in to ensure you get the quiet room. The first 2 nights Monday and Tuesday was quiet but on Wednesday there were thumping drum beats throughout the night even though we were on 11th floor!. There's club on 4th floor. The amenities were as described but only one hand towel although the booking was for 2. When enquired about another hand towel, the reply was only one is free. Drinking waters replenish daily. Housekeeping was good. Hotel not near any shops within walking distance. Unbeknown us, we walked walked to Nagoya food court on the first day - not to be advised. No pavement or road crossing. Just take Grab even if 3 to 4 mins drive. It is safer. It cost c£1 per journey.

The hotel service is good and friendly . Room is clean. Just that the lift always need to be ait very long time.. can see the room is old but we'll maintain. The ox tail soup is recommend for the hotel restaurant. Swimming pool can see that always clean in the early morning. Gym has no air con. Within the hotel have private ktv and club. Is nice if you want to go for dancing fun. Or just chill at the bistro bar at level 2 with live band. This hotel is very near to nagoya mall. Only 3 min drive will reach.
