Spa Hotels in Haikou

This was my second stay at Z奢 in Haikou, and the hotel staff were as welcoming as ever. From helping with table reservations, luggage assistance, arranging for forgotten items to be sent back, to complimentary souvenirs, and the children's center's attention to kids – you can really feel the vacation and family-friendly hotel atmosphere. Oh, and the roujiamo at breakfast was delicious! A big thank you to Lina, Wang Nan, and Hailey for their excellent care.

This hotel experience was fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, with brand-new, smart facilities. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; I slept like a baby. The staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. The pool was the cherry on top, and there's also a large dog-walking garden that's absolutely stunning at sunset.

After a week in Haikou, the most memorable spots were Qilou Old Street, Huacai, and the South Gate of Hainan University. Our stay was incredibly comfortable. We chose the Pullman Haikou for its full sea-view suite with a large balcony. The front desk staff, Joan, noticed we preferred a quiet room and proactively arranged a higher, quieter floor for us. She also added us on WeChat to provide timely updates, important information, and details about exclusive benefits. Any requests we had during our stay were promptly handled. It was a fantastic experience, and we're very grateful. The two young ladies at the executive lounge also provided excellent service.

Five-star review for Tracy! I often come to Mission Hills for golf, and I always stay at the Renaissance Haikou. I want to specifically commend Tracy at the front desk. She's incredibly efficient, handles check-ins smoothly, and patiently answers any questions. The location is super convenient for hitting the greens. Overall, it's a great experience, and I'll definitely choose the Renaissance again for my future golf trips!

Traveling to Hainan with my kids during the summer vacation, the hotel's shuttle picked us up promptly from the airport in the early morning. The front desk staff was very polite and even provided children's toothbrushes for my two kids. There's a supermarket next to the hotel, and dining options are also convenient. It was a wonderful stay. I'll definitely book this hotel again for my return flight connecting through Haikou. Very satisfied!

Facilities: Meets five-star standards. Cleanliness: Very clean, and the room was new and well-maintained. Environment: Many commercial areas nearby, convenient for shopping and dining. Service: Enthusiastic and proactive, with 24-hour service. It would be even better if the breakfast selection were richer. Also, scanning a QR code to do laundry was a bit cumbersome. But overall, it's a hotel with excellent value for money that lives up to five-star standards.

Atmosphere: The lobby is grand and elegant, with luxurious and high-end decor. The views are absolutely stunning, and the public areas are clean and quiet. Hygiene: The entire room was meticulously cleaned, with no dust in the corners, no odors in the bathroom, and clean, soft bedding. Service: The staff were warm, polite, and responsive, offering thoughtful assistance without being intrusive. They made me feel right at home and were proactive in offering help. Room: The room was spacious, soundproofed excellent, with a comfortable mattress, quality amenities, and plenty of natural light. Dining: The breakfast selection was rich and varied, with fresh ingredients and delicious made-to-order options, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes.

🌻 I stayed at the Marriott Hotel for my vacation in Haikou. A butler proactively contacted me before check-in, and the check-in process was smooth upon arrival, with the staff introducing the hotel's services. The hotel's location is excellent, with a beach nearby and adjacent to the convention center. It's about 3 kilometers from the duty-free city, with a fixed shuttle service daily. 🌻 My room was on the 7th floor of the West Wing's executive level. The room was spacious, facing the sea with a balcony, offering panoramic views of the hotel. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub, with stable water pressure and temperature, making for a comfortable shower experience. Toiletries were complete and of good quality. The 8-foot king bed ensured a good night's sleep. Housekeeping was good, and supplies were replenished promptly. Some of the electrical outlets in the room were a bit old. 🌻 The lobby is on the 3rd floor, and breakfast is served at the Western restaurant on the 1st floor from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The food variety was rich and delicious, featuring local delicacies and catering to international guests' tastes. The restaurant also provided baby cutlery. Both the Chinese and Western restaurants offer full-course meals. 🌻 The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including children's and adult swimming pools, and a natural hot spring. During the summer holiday, there were many children and various activities. Guests on the executive floor can enjoy executive benefits, such as afternoon tea from 2 PM to 5 PM at the executive lounge on the 8th floor, light snacks from 5:30 PM to 7 PM, and drinks served until 10 PM after dinner.

The hotel environment is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is warm and attentive. We had a wonderful stay these past few days, it's very suitable for families. The overall experience was excellent, and our butler Joan was very nice, even bringing us small desserts. The hotel is right by the beach, so you can also take the kids to dig in the sand and play in the water~

I have to say, this trip was truly unforgettable. Putting everything else aside, I was assigned a room incredibly far away. Then, I had a free seafood porridge with Zao Po Cu sauce from the hotel for dinner at 5:30 PM. I didn't sleep a wink that night due to severe diarrhea, to the point of dehydration. I even suspected ****. If I hadn't had to rush back to the office for a meeting the next day, I honestly would have needed to go to the hospital... I couldn't even move on the plane because of the stomach pain. The hotel manager explained that it was because it was my first time having Zao Po Cu and it could be irritating. But I went to Sanya in July and had Zao Po Cu hot pot and had no issues whatsoever. This was truly memorable. If I had kept the ## proof, I would really go back and argue with the hotel, but never mind. Anyway, for those who want to experience diarrhea and vomiting, I recommend it!
