The mattress has a soft and a firm side, which was perfect for my back problems! The water pressure in the bathroom shower was excellent – super good! The personalized service was exceptional; Sherry, the Assistant Manager in the lobby, deserves special praise. She noticed I hadn't come to the restaurant for breakfast one day and proactively messaged me to ask if I needed breakfast delivered to my room. It truly made me feel at home! The buffet restaurant's service was just okay, and the food quality could be improved.

This hotel experience was fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, with brand-new, smart facilities. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; I slept like a baby. The staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. The pool was the cherry on top, and there's also a large dog-walking garden that's absolutely stunning at sunset.

Both my room and public areas of the hotel were attractive and spacious.  It has a lovely location on the river with beautiful grounds lushly planted, a fantastic swimming pool that’s a bit separated from the young children’s pool and is quieter.  The hot spring spas were wonderful, especially the first one where hundreds of fish nibble away at the dead skin on your feet and extremities.  All of the staff were friendly and helpful.  One of the managers even noticed that I was a guest on my birthday and prepared a cake for me.  I hope that I can return one day.  Both restaurants offered good food and service.

Stuck in Haikou due to a typhoon, I unexpectedly extended my stay at Mission Hills for another night and blindly chose the Renaissance, which turned out to be a delightful surprise! The hotel's overall ambiance is superb. The entire room features bright, soft, warm-toned decor, and the bedding is incredibly soft and skin-friendly, making for a very comfortable sleep. The balcony offers an expansive view directly overlooking the golf course and outdoor pool – truly breathtaking. Amenities like the infinity pool and kids' club are shared with the neighboring Ritz-Carlton, yet the price is only half, offering incredible value for money. The service was an added bonus, especially Cherry at the front desk! Knowing we were feeling down due to a cancelled flight, she proactively helped us upgrade our room based on availability, instantly lifting our spirits about being stranded. Her service wasn't rigid or formulaic; it felt warm and personal, like chatting with a close friend. Upon learning we had an early morning flight the next day, she thoughtfully arranged for a packed breakfast. We rushed out at 5 AM when it was still dark, and my child accidentally left their pajamas behind. Cherry promptly contacted us and helped mail them back – such meticulous and thoughtful service. Overall, the stay was stable and incredibly comfortable. This is a hotel I'd definitely return to and one that brings exceptional peace of mind!

Flying into Haikou for a layover or an early flight? This is the hotel for you! Vienna International (Meilan Airport branch) truly has 'stress-free' in its DNA. Upon landing at T1/T2, just call the hotel and a car will pick you up. They offer 24-hour free airport shuttle service – how amazing is that?! For departures, there's a shuttle every half hour. Just book in advance, and you won't have to rush; you can sleep in without worrying about missing your flight. Right behind the hotel is a street full of local snacks! Tunchang vanilla duck, Xiangou beef, tropical fruit stalls... You don't have to go far to try all the local specialties, so you won't go hungry even if you arrive late at night 🍍 They have a buffet breakfast, free laundry room, gym, and a children's play area – fully equipped! In the lobby, there's even self-service coffee and partridge tea. My recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Haikou, truly met international 5-star standards in every aspect. The hotel boasts an excellent location and top-notch facilities. The room layout was well-designed, offering outstanding views, and the dining and recreational amenities were comprehensive. The hotel's family-friendly program is incredibly mature and well-developed. The dedicated kids' club is fully equipped, regularly hosting children's themed activities such as baking, outdoor sports, and engaging educational programs. The rooms even come with a full set of exclusive children's amenities, perfectly catering to families. The service team was professional and meticulous. A big thank you to Winni and Michelle for their warm hospitality during my stay!

The new Chinese palace-style at Haikou Marriott is incredibly photogenic! The ocean view rooms on West Coast are absolutely stunning; wake up and open the window to a beautiful blue sea and sky. The outdoor pool is surrounded by swaying palm trees, and the private beach is clean and uncrowded. The Hainan noodles with freshly squeezed coconut juice for breakfast were excellent, and the service was warm and efficient. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the old city, so having a car is more convenient. The front desk staff were very welcoming and check-in was fast. It's also convenient for dining and getting around. Our butler, Fiona, was very attentive and arranged everything perfectly.

I’d been looking at this hotel for a while and finally booked it. It’s definitely a great option for families. What really stood out was the swimming pool, which is divided into several areas, and that’s fantastic! One area has a large water slide and operates from 1-5 PM on weekdays. On Saturdays and Sundays, it's open in the morning too. Then there’s a diving pool perfect for younger kids that opens at 8:30 AM, which is great for an early dip. And finally, there's a lap pool with lanes. So, it really caters to a variety of needs, which I found excellent. The butler service was also top-notch. They checked in daily to see if we needed anything or had any issues, and they were always quick to resolve them. Plus, when our flight was delayed today, they proactively offered a late checkout until 3 PM. We didn't actually need it, but the fact that they offered without us asking shows how thoughtful and great they are. The hotel also offers a travel photoshoot with 5 free photos. If you’re good at photography yourself, you can just pick those 5. Their photographers do a good job too. However, considering how hot it was, I felt a bit bad for the photographer, so I ended up choosing 5 extra photos. They even gave me one more for free, but the price wasn't cheap; 6 photos cost 200 RMB. Overall, it’s still a good deal. If you’re confident in your own photography skills, just choosing the 5 free ones is perfectly fine. They don't force you to spend extra; it's all optional, which is great.

Overall, my stay was incredibly satisfying. My kids absolutely loved the children's play area and the outdoor water park. The hotel staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, taking great care of us. I'd especially like to commend Rebecca and Justin from the front office department. They truly reminded me of Hilton's consistently high service standards, delivering service that exceeded expectations even though the hotel was very busy these past two days due to a Latin dance competition. I will definitely choose Hilton again for my next stay. I highly recommend Hilton Haikou Greentown; it's the top choice for families with children.

The hotel security at the entrance was excellent, helping with parking, waiting while I charged my car, and then notifying me when it was ready! The handsome guy at the front desk was super enthusiastic and even gave me a free room upgrade! The hotel has a kids' play area, a rooftop pool, billiards, and table tennis. The breakfast was plentiful! They even offer free specialty noodles at 10 PM! Facilities: Perfect! Cleanliness: Spotless! Environment: Lots of great food options nearby! Service: Enthusiastic!
