Mehood Elegant Hotel (Haikou Qilou Old Street Branch)

Extremely satisfied! The stay was really comfortable. The rooftop pool offers great views, but since it was too hot, it was really only good for taking photos as it's outdoors. The air conditioning in the room cooled down very quickly after being turned on! I'm super happy with the 19th-floor facilities, which are excellent – a gym, Pilates studio, laundry and drying room, etc. The laundry room even provides an iron and a sink, which is a great attention to detail. There are also plenty of washing machines, so you don't have to worry about availability. My only minor complaint is that the wash wasn't always very thorough; I'd recommend handwashing items first before putting them in. The breakfast was also very diverse, and they even offer a late-night snack (until past 11 PM, which I unfortunately missed). Overall, I'm very satisfied! I'd definitely come back if I have the chance!

Amazing value for money! They offer 20 different free amenities, and when I asked the staff, they confirmed that all guests staying at the hotel can use them for free. The owner is really generous. The rooftop view is fantastic, and there's a plunge pool up high which is very refreshing. The cleaning staff (Auntie) in my room cleaned and checked in on me daily. Service is excellent! 👍🏻

It was a scorching summer day, but thankfully the hotel had plenty of water! 😂 They offered both hot and cold, which was a thoughtful touch. A special feature was the Partridger tea, which you can only find in Hainan. The lobby was cool and clean, and felt quite grand. Nearby, a famous spot for snacks is Xitian Temple.

One thing I really liked was that the hotel lobby offered a lot of snacks, especially the ice cream in summer which was a real lifesaver! They also had a vending machine, so you didn't have to go out in the sun to buy cold drinks. The hygiene was good too, nice and clean.👍🏻

Great value for money, and I spontaneously decided to stay an extra night! I especially want to commend the food and beverage service here; it's consistently reliable. Plus, they offer a free shuttle to the duty-free shop, which is very convenient.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Qilou Old Street, within walking distance. The surrounding area is bustling with shops and restaurants, making dining and shopping very convenient. The hotel facilities are clean and hygienic, and it even includes breakfast and afternoon tea.
